Recovery

All Hyrule collectively heals from the Yiga Clan's massive attack and slowly unites as the defeated Yiga retreat and hide.

Tropes:

  • Avengers Assemble: Cerako goes and gathers all of the New Champions in a montage that shows what they and their people are doing to recover from the siege. Only the first and last segments for the Zora and Gorons outright show Cerako approaching and bringing them to Hateno Village.
  • Breather Episode: There's no fighting at all in this chapter, and instead deals with the quiet aftermath in a little bit of a lighthearted cool down with some quiet and sweet moments between the main cast.
  • Deflector Shields: Knowing that the heroes will likely find out where they are no matter what, the Yiga have Astor erect a barrier around the Great Plateau to keep them safe, even though it signals exactly where they are.
  • No Endor Holocaust: Word of God confirmed that while there were injuries, no one died on the heroes' side despite all of the fighting.
  • Trauma Conga Line: All of Hyrule is reeling from the attack by the Yiga while it is still healing from the Generational Trauma of the Great Calamity, and in addition to dealing with the daily threats they have to contend with already.
  • Sleep Cute: Link finds himself waking up in his bathtub with his grandchildren cuddling up to him.
