The following is a list of episodes for the mid-2000s NBC sitcom, 30 Rock. Loosely based on Tina Fey's time as a head writer for NBC's Saturday Night Live, this sitcom follows a sketch show head writer named Liz Lemon and how her new boss (played by Alec Baldwin^note who is a frequent host for SNL) has changed the show to make it feature a new cast member: a B-level black actor (Tracy Morgan) whose erratic behavior and rap sheet is longer than his acting credits.
