  1. "The Legend of the Big Red Chicken": Dora and Boots set out in search of the "Big Red Chicken", after reading a story about him, to find out if he is real. August 14, 2000
  2. "Lost and Found": Dora and Boots find a lost little Baby Blue Bird who speaks Spanish. She's wet, cold, and misses her mommy. Dora and Boots need the viewer's help to bring the Baby Blue Bird back to her mommy in the Little Blue Tree. August 14, 2000
  3. "Hic-Boom-Ohhh": Dora and Boots are beckoned by an odd noise that they keep hearing. So they come to investigate. August 21, 2000
  4. "Beaches": Dora and Boots go to the beach to cool off on a hot summer day. September 25, 2000
  5. "We All Scream for Ice Creamnote ": The ice cream truck has sped off, but Dora and Boots really want some ice cream for a summer treat. Help them on a "delicious" adventure to Coney Island! August 28, 2000
  6. "Choo Choo": Azul the Little Blue Train does not have a whistle, but he can win one in a big train race to the Big Yellow Station. Dora and Boots want to help Azul come in first place, but they'll need the viewer's help as well to get over the mountain, through the tunnel, and past that sneaky fox, Swiper! August 14, 2000
  7. "Treasure Island": Dora and Boots go on a treasure hunt to find the pirate pigs' treasure on Treasure Island. But they need to find the blue key to open it. They also need the viewer's help to get past the Lookout Tree, across Crocodile Lake, and dig for the treasure on Treasure Island. Can they do it? September 18, 2000
  8. "Three Little Piggies": Oh, no! Three little piggies have escaped from their pen! Dora and Boots need the viewer's help to find the piggies before Swiper swipes their blue ribbons. Will the viewer help rescue the three little piggies? September 4, 2000
  9. "Big River"note : Dora never goes anywhere without her Backpack, and Boots never goes anywhere without his beloved red boots. But in this wild water adventure, Boots loses a boot in the big river! He'll need the help of Dora, Backpack, and preschoolers to get it back! October 9, 2000
  10. "Berry Hunt": When Dora is having a blueberry snack, Boots really wants some, but unfortunately she ate them all, so they decide to go on a search for more blueberries at Blueberry Hill. However, they must be very careful because Swiper the Fox lives there! October 30, 2000
  11. "Wizzle Wishes": Meet the Wizzle, a cute little creature who has lost his wishes and can't wish himself home. To help the Wizzle, Dora and Boots need to catch his run-away wishes before they all get used up! They can't do it without you! October 23, 2000
  12. "Grandma's House": In this updated version of Little Red Riding Hood, Dora and Boots must deliver a basket of treats to Dora's Abuela's house to help cure her cold. However, they have to watch out for Swiper, who is determined to swipe the basket. They also have to find a way over the Bumpy Bridge and across Turtle River. November 13, 2000
  13. "Surprise": ¡Feliz cumpleaños! Dora is throwing a surprise birthday party for Boots. Help them get to it on a surprise-filled trip past a herd of chickens, Swiper, and more! November 6, 2000
  14. "Sticky Tape": Dora and Boots must help Benny by fixing hot air balloon (with a hole in it) using sticky tape. But they have to hurry, because if they don't plug the hole in time, the balloon will go into Crocodile Lake! November 27, 2000
  15. "Bouncing Ball": When Boots got a super blue bouncy ball from the toy store, he accidentally bounces it too hard that it bounced down the hill. So, Dora and Boots have fun bouncing and jumping as they get it back. December 4, 2000
  16. "Backpack": When Dora received Backpack from her parents, she got more than just a gift. She got a great friend! Join Dora and Backpack's very first adventure together, as they solve a riddle at the Troll Bridge, climb the Big Rock, and try to return Dora's eight books to the library before it closes!   17. "Bugga Bugga": Mami Bugga Bugga Bug needs help carrying a cookie home to feed her little Bugga Bugga Babies. Will you help Dora and Boots on their adventure to the Big Blue Bush? April 30, 2001 (produced in 2000)
  18. "Fish Out of Water": While Dora and Boots are exploring on the beach, they find a lost baby red fish trapped in a small tide pool. It is up to Dora, Boots, and the viewer to help Baby Red Fish return home to the Red Rock at the bottom of the ocean. May 1, 2001 (produced in 2000)
  19. "Little Star": Dora and Boots want to make a wish on Little Star, the first star in the night sky. But suddenly, a speedy comet accidentally drops Little Star and she falls right to the earth! With the viewer's help, Dora and Boots set out to rescue the Little Star and bring her back home to her friend the Moon above the Tall Mountain, so that everyone can make their bedtime wishes!   20. "Dora Saves the Prince": Once upon a time, a mean witch banished Prince Ramon to the High Tower. When Dora and Boots read about it in their storybook, they immediately leap into the pages to save the prince! But they'll need your help to find the High Tower, watch out for Swiper, AND get past the witch together! Are you ready? October 29, 2001
  21. "El Coquí": Dora and Boots must help a little coquí frog, who is lost and can't sing unless he's at his home. Can they make it through the Echo Bush and across the ocean to get to Coquí's Island? They're going to need the viewer's help! May 2, 2001
  22. "The Chocolate Tree"note : Abuela tells Dora and Boots a story about a magical Chocolate Tree that lived near her house a child. Dora and Boots decide to find the chocolate tree to get chocolate (and a special gift) for her. May 3, 2001
  23. "Te Amo": An evil and cruel magician named El Mago turns the royal couple King Popo and Queen Maria into mountains. It is up to Dora and Boots to jump into the book and break the spell to save them. October 1, 2001
  24. "Pablo's Flute": Once upon a time, a young boy named Pablo had a magical flute that played "beautiful" music... that is, until he lost it in a storm! And now his farm is in danger of frying up! Dora and Boots must find the flute set out to bring it back to Pablo's Mountain to reverse the devastating drought. But to get over the Windy Bridge, through Spooky Forest, and get past Swiper the Fox, they are going to need the viewer's help! October 15, 2001
  25. "To the Treehouse"note : Dora and Boots are invited to the treehouse for a big thank-you party, and all of their friends are begging them to come. May 4, 2001
  26. "Call Me Mr. Riddles": Boots loves riddles! He loves them so much that he wants to be called Mr. Riddles. Now, he's confident he can solve the silliest riddle of all when he and Dora are chosen to put their riddle-solving skills to the test at the Tall Mountain in a big riddle contest. Can Dora and Boots make it over the Troll Bridge, through the Knock-Knock Door, and solve the silliest riddle at Tall Mountain? September 24, 2001

  1. "The Big Storm": Dora and Boots have to warn everybody in the rainforest about a big storm cloud coming their way. Not only that, but they also have to race home fast to outrun the storm cloud. Will they make it home okay? March 5, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  2. "¡Rápido, Tico!": Boots' new toy fire truck is atop Snowy Mountain, and he and Dora need to get it before Swiper does! Tico to the rescue! Dora's fastest friend will help her, Boots, and the viewer race over land, lake, sky, and snow to get to that fire truck! November 18, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  3. "The Magic Stick": Dora and Boots find a magic stick that can do a magic trick atop the Highest Hill. But to get there, they'll need the viewer's help to figure out all the ways to use that Magic Stick! March 12, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  4. "The Missing Piece": Dora and Boots put together a jigsaw puzzle. In it, there is a wizard named El Encantador. However, when the puzzle was put back together, he realizes that he is missing a piece! It is up to Dora, Boots, and the viewer to help him find it by going to the end of the rainbow. February 18, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  5. "Lost Squeaky": Squeaky, squeaky! Boots loves to squeeze his "adorably" squeezable new bath toy, Squeaky. But when Boots squeezes too hard and loses Squeaky in a stream, preschoolers need to help Dora and Boots head all the way to the Gooey Geyser to get him back! February 13, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  6. "Rojo, the Firetruck": Dora and Boots become firefighters and must help their new friend Rojo, a red firetruck on his first mission: save a kitten from a big tree. March 18, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  7. "Lost Map": Who does Dora and Boots ask for help when they don't know which way to go? The Map! But today, Map is kidnapped by a big silly bird who mistakes him as a stick, so Dora and Boots must make their own map and head all the way to the Tallest Mountain in order to rescue their friend! January 20, 2003 (produced in 2001)
  8. "El Día de las Madres": Dora and her friends are having a Mother's Day Party! But before the party, Dora needs to gather bananas, nuts, and chocolate for the cake. Help Dora find the cake ingredients, help Boots, Benny, Tico, and Isa prepare their Mother's Day gifts, and help watch out for Swiper! May 8, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  9. "The Golden Explorers": Dora and her friends form a soccer team named The Golden Explorers and have a soccer match against the big dinosaurs. To win, they have to kick the ball into the net and score a goal. Can they do it? September 16, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  10. "A Present for Santa": ¡Feliz Navidad! Merry Christmas! Dora and Boots want to add Santa's holiday cheer by bringing him a present! But to get all the way to the North Pole, they'll need some help from the viewers at home, from some new friends, and even from… Swiper the Fox! December 11, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  11. "Doctor Dora": Dora and Boots play doctor and find a way to make their friends feel better. They also need to help Benny cure his sneezes. September 17, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  12. "Pinto, the Pony Express": Giddyap! Cowgirl Dora and Cowboy Boots are ridin' Pinto the Pony Express to deliver a special package of cowboy cookies to Benny the Bull. But they'll have to wrangle up some help from the viewer 'cause there's another cowboy out on the range who wants those cowboy cookies: Swiper the Fox! Saddle up for one wild ride with Cowgirl Dora!   13. "León, the Circus Lion": Dora and Boots encounter a friendly lion named León, who wants to join the circus and become a circus lion. July 14, 2003 (produced in 2001)
  14. "The Big Piñata": Step right to the carnival with Dora and Boots! Help them win the Big Piñata by collecting 10 yellow tickets when they play carnival games. Just don't forget about Swiper! September 19, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  15. "The Happy Old Troll": Nothing makes the Grumpy Old Troll happy… except there are three things that make him happy (a purple baby petunia flower, fireworks, and flying horses, which is the Pegasus). Help Dora and Boots find those three things to see the Troll's Happy dance. September 20, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  16. "A Letter for Swiper": Nothing can stop them; they will not fail, Dora and Boots must deliver the mail! They need to bring extra special letters to Benny, Isa, Tico, and even Swiper the Fox…and fast! Help them outrun silly chickens, zip past falling nuts, and fight their way through a snowstorm to finally deliver Swiper's letter at Blueberry Hill! October 14, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  17. "Super Map!": Dora, Boots, and preschoolers need to hurry back down the Tallest Mountain to see the super-surprise awaiting them at Dora's house. Who is this a job for? Super Map! When Map puts on a magic cape and becomes a superhero, he can fly up high to give directions, use his super-breath and super-strength to move obstacles, and even help stop Swiper!   18. "To the Monkey Bars": Dora has tried and tried, but never conquered the monkey bars. If she wants to retry it, she'll have to prove it by going to Play Park. April 28, 2003 (produced in 2001)
  19. "Dora, La Música": The townspeople are having a musical parade, but when Señor Shush locks all their instruments in a music box, Dora and Boots take their own parade to the town! Help them find instruments for their friends, try to stop Swiper, and make great music! January 27, 2003(produced in 2001)
  20. "Hide and Go Seek": Dora and her friends are really good at hiding! To win Señor Tucán's big trophy, Dora will need the viewer's help finding her friends in the Spooky Cave, the Squirrel Trees, and the Rainforest! Ready or not, let's go find them! May 5, 2003 (produced in 2001)
  21. "Click!": Dora and Boots enter a photo contest that requires them to take pictures of certain wild animals, a Sleepy Sloth, a Mountain Goat, and Swiper the Fox to win. November 5, 2002 (produced in 2001)
  22. "Egg Hunt": It's an egg-cellent day for an Egg Hunt Adventure with Dora and Boots! They need your help to find the Big Yellow Egg with a big prize inside. Along the way, keep an eye out for other surprise-filled eggs, as well as a few surprises from Swiper the Fox! April 20, 2003 (produced in 2001)
  23. "Super Spies": Super Spies Dora and Boots need the viewer's help using their Spy Gadgets, from a pair of Spy Glasses to a Swiper Detector, to stop Swiper from swiping (and eating) Isa's cupcakes! December 3, 2007 (produced in 2001)
  24. "School Pet": Today, Boots is visiting Dora's school classroom, when they noticed their class' pet hamster named Mimo is missing from his cage! It is up to Dora and Boots to rescue him! They'll have to find nine missing boards to cross the Rope Bridge, and climb, swing, and slide their way through the Jungle to reach Mimo at the Pyramids and bring him home safe and sound.   25. "Whose Birthday Is It?": "Happy Birthday to you", plays the birthday balloon as it floats by high in the sky. There's going to be a birthday party today! But, whose is it? Join Dora and Boots on a birthday adventure as they go over Cupcake Mountain and across Sneezing Snake Lake to join the party at Play Park. The viewer will never guess whose birthday it is!   26. "Quack! Quack!": Jump into a coloring book for one colorful adventure. Baby Duck is lost and wants his Mommy! Will you help Dora and Boots bring Baby Duck back home to the Duck Pond? May 19, 2003 (produced in 2001)

    Season 3

February 24, 2003 – January 16, 2006 (produced 2002) 

This season is notable for being the only season with the Star Catching gimmick.

  1. "Dora Had a Little Lamb": Mary had a Little Lamb, its fleece was white as snow, but when the Little Lamb gets lost, Dora and Boots know where to go! Viewers join them as they jump into a big book of Nursery Rhymes to bring Little Lamb home to Mary. Along the way, they'll help nursery rhyme pals pick pickled peppers or climb a waterspout, all while helping Dora catch stars! October 4, 2005 (produced in 2002)note 
  2. "Stuck Truck": Calling all trucks! When Ice Cream Truck gets stuck in the muck, truck-loving Boots and Dora lead a rescue mission with all their truck buddies! But they'll need the viewer's help to save the day, watch out for Swiper and the Explorer Stars, and more! October 8, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  3. "Louder!": Dora and Boots need to help their friend Red Rooster get to the Highest Hill so he can wake up the sun, Because all their friends are still sleeping in their pajamas. Will you help them get the morning started? April 21, 2004 (produced in 2002)
  4. "Roberto the Robot": Dora and Boots encounter a robot named Roberto, who is lost. They must help him find his way back to his grandpa's robot workshop. October 9, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  5. "The Big Potato": When Benny accidentally turns himself into a potato using a magic wand that belongs to a friendly young wizard, Dora and Boots must take him to the wizard's castle to reverse the spell. October 15, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  6. "Journey to the Purple Planet": Dora and Boots go on an out-of-this-world adventure to help five stranded space creatures named Flinky, Inky, Plinky, Dinky, and Al get back home to the Purple Planet in outer space. October 28, 2005 (produced in 2002)
  7. "The Lost City": Dora has lost her teddy bear! Tico has lost his keys! Even Swiper has lost something! So Dora and Boots set out to find all the lost treasures at the Lost City. They'll need the viewer's help with the first Explorer Stars to race through the Number Pyramid and fix the Mixed-Up Jungle to get to the Lost City to find Dora's teddy bear… and all the other lost treasures too! February 24, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  8. "Meet Diego!": Dora introduces her cousin Diego to Boots (and the viewers) for the very first time. For their first mission together, Dora, Boots, and Diego must rescue Baby Jaguar from a big waterfall. Along the way, they zip-cord through the rainforest, move like animals, and learn to talk to howler monkeys, snakes, condors, dolphins, and baby bears too! Will they save Baby Jaguar in time? Only with the viewer's help! October 20, 2003 (produced in 2002)note 
  9. "Save the Puppies": Dora and Boots are "counting" on the viewer's help when they jump into a video game to save 100 puppies from a mean dog catcher. October 14, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  10. "¡Por Favor!": Join Dora and Boots on one "pleasing" adventure in which they must help a young King Kinkajou retrieve his crown and defeat their Swiper's ancestor by using the magic word: Please! ¡Por favor! October 10, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  11. "Baby Dino": When Dora and Boots find a lost baby dinosaur, they'll need Diego's help - and the help of some Explorer Stars - to get Baby Dino home to Dino Island! Can the viewer help too? October 22, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  12. "Boots' Special Day": Today is Boots' special day - un día especial! And he is going to do anything he wants, such as leading a big drum parade and visiting Diego at his Animal Rescue Center. But most importantly, he really wants to visit his dad at work, who was building an amusement park, and ride a big roller coaster. October 24, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  13. "To the South Pole": The Rescue Truck arrives at Diego's Animal Rescue Center to drop off an animal that's really lost - a penguin! Dora, Boots, and Diego will need to ride on a plane, a boat, and even a snowmobile to bring Pingüino back home to his family in the South Pole! Help them talk to animals along the way and catch stars! Even in the South Pole, Dora needs the viewer to keep an eye out for estrellas exploradoras…and for that sneaky fox, Swiper! January 16, 2006 (produced in 2002)note 
  14. "Dora Saves the Game": Dora's cousin Daisy is playing in a big soccer game that is showing on TV. Daisy's team is one player short, and she suggested that Dora can join the team to save the game, so Dora and Boots must rush to the soccer stadium so the game can start. But they'll need the viewer's help along with Diego and Noisy Star. Run, Dora, run! ¡Corre, Dora, corre! November 11, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  15. "Boo!": On Halloween night, Dora and Boots need the viewer's help to find their way through a pumpkin patch and fly by broomstick to get Little Monster back to his Monster back to his monster house before the clock strikes midnight! October 29, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  16. "What Happens Next?": The wolf huffed and puffed…what happens next? Dora and Boots use their imagination to add an exciting adventure to the end of the story! Join their journey through some classic tales. October 16, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  17. "Rescue, Rescue, Rescue!": Baby Jaguar is stuck in a tree! Isa is stuck in a Big Sand Hole! And Benny is stuck on top of the Gooey Geyser! Can the viewer help Dora and Boots race to everyone's rescue? October 13, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  18. "Boots' Cuddly Dinosaur": Boots is very excited for having a sleepover with Dora at her house. However, there is a very big problem: he can't find his cuddly dinosaur. Dora recalls that he left him at Play Park, so they have to rush there to get his cuddly dinosaur back before sunset. April 19, 2004 (produced in 2002)
  19. "The Super Silly Fiesta": The Big Red Chicken is hosting a Super Silly Fiesta today, and everyone is invited. There will be lots of silly snacks, silly games, silly hats, and even silly dancing! Unfortunately, the Big Red Chicken has a big problem: the cake for the party is missing! And he can't start the party until he finds it, so it is up to the viewer to help Dora and Boots to save the fiesta by going on a silly journey to help Big Red Chicken find out where he misplaced the cake. April 12, 2004 (produced in 2002)
  20. "The Fix-It Machine": There are holes everywhere! There's one in Boots' boot, in Tico's tire, in Benny's boat, in the Grumpy Old Troll's purple pants, and even in Map's picture map! So Dora takes them all to the Super-Duper Fix-it Machine so that they're as good as new. October 17, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  21. "Baseball Boots": Boots loves baseball! He is really good at throwing and catching the ball. However, he is not good at hitting and really wants to have his first big hit, so he and Dora need to go to the baseball stadium to see if he can really do it. October 23, 2003 (produced in 2002)
  22. "Best Friends": On Best Friends' Day, Dora and Boots are meeting on Rainbow Rock, but they're in two different places! Help them on two separate adventures to get together again! October 6, 2005 (produced in 2002)
  23. "ABC Animals": A is for Armadillo, but where are the rest of the animals in the ABC Book? They're all missing! It's up to Dora and Boots to jump into the giant alphabet book and help the little armadillo solve the mystery! They ride up the elevator at E and slide down a Slippery Slide at S. When they unzip the zipper at the letter Z, all the animals happily come tumbling out; it's a surprise party for Armadillo! April 22, 2004 (produced in 2002)
  24. "Job Day": Dora and Boots are wondering what they want to be when they grow up, so they get to experience many different jobs to help them come up with a good decision. April 20, 2004 (produced in 2002)
  25. "Dora's Pirate Adventure": Yo ho ho! Dora and all her friends are putting on a musical Pirate Play, and the viewer is part of the cast! But when the Pirate Pigs stole Dora's treasure chest of costumes to Treasure Island for betrayal, she and her friends need to set sail on a musical journey to get it back! Shiver me timbers! They'll need the viewer's sing-along to help to get past the Seven Seas, the Singing Bridge, the Big Bad Rocks, a wild whale, the evil sneaky Swiper, and more! Along the way, try to catch singing stars, including Hero Star, the biggest and strongest Explorer Star of them all! Dora's special musical adventure will have the viewer singing and exploring! So come on, mateys! ¡Vámonos! January 17, 2005 (produced in 2002)note 

    Season 4

October 6, 2003 – March 21, 2010 (produced 2003 - 2007) 

This season is notable for abandoning the picture pop-up sequence and being replaced with Map. This is the last season where Kathleen Herles voices Dora, Harrison Chad voices Boots, and the rest of the original cast to act before their departure.

  1. "Star Catcher": Dora receives a Star Pocket from her Abuela and learns how to catch stars, making her become a star catcher. But Swiper attaches it to a balloon, where a star-catching prince eventually gets ahold of it. Now, Dora and Boots need to go to the Cloud Castle to retrieve it and rescue Woo-Hoo with help from the viewer and four explorer stars. October 6, 2003
  2. "Dora's First Trip": At a family evening dinner at Dora's House, Dora tells the story about her first trip, the time when she met Boots (and also her friends Tico, Isa, and Benny, including her first archenemy Swiper) and when they had their first exploration together: the Fiesta Trio accidentally dropped their instruments while riding the bicycle and Dora and her friends helped them retrieve their instruments so they can perform a special song for a queen bee (who does not like to wait). April 7, 2006 (produced in 2003)
  3. "Star Mountain": Shortly after she got her star pocket back, Dora has recently got another present from Abuela: a new necklace that matches her bracelet. But when Swiper swipes the necklace and flung all the way it to the Giant Star on top of Star Mountain, a place where all the Explorer Stars live, Dora and Boots must go all the way up there to retrieve it with help from the viewer and three Explorer Star friends: Glowy, Saltador and Tool. Dora and Boots will never give up! March 12, 2007 (produced in 2003)note 
  4. "Super Spies 2: The Swiping Machine": Super Spies Dora and Boots have to stop Swiper with his new swiping machine from swiping Tico's birthday presents. March 14, 2008 (produced in 2003)note 
  5. "La Maestra de Música": Uh-oh! Boots's music teacher has a broken bicycle. Help Dora and Boots on a musical adventure to get la maestra de música to school on time! July 23, 2007 (produced in 2003)note 
  6. "Daisy, la Quinceañera": Dora and Boots learn a mambo dance and are invited to Daisy's 15th birthday party. They receive a call from Daisy saying that she needs her crown and shoes for the party. However, the party can't start without the celebrant's crown and shoes, so Dora and Boots have to hurry to give Daisy her special birthday present. Dora and Boots must take the fastest route to the party by going past the barn and through the rainforest. October 1, 2004 (produced in 2003)
  7. "Save Diego": Diego is an animal rescuer and a friend to all the animals, but now HE has gotten in trouble (when he tried to rescue a baby parrot) and needs to be rescued! Dora and Boots have to hurry because if he falls, he will get impaled by a large pile of prickers and thorns! April 17, 2009 (produced in 2003)note
