Dora and Boots meet a little purple alien named Winky, and they must help him get back to his family before their spaceship returns to the Purple Planet without him.

- Continuity Nod: This is the second time Dora and Boots help a space creature since "Journey to the Purple Planet".

- Race Against the Clock: Dora and Boots must bring Winky to his family before the spaceship takes off without him.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Swiper shows up to swipe Tico's blanket, but Winky will have none of that and uses his powers to trap Swiper in the air. Then, when Tico's blanket is returned to its owner and Swiper is released, he begrudgingly accepts defeat and runs off.
