  • How does the war start this year? Mario claims that he's better than SMG4. Cue SMG4 doing the FUUUU- face.
    • Their race at Bob-omb Battlefield consists of Mario getting a head start, SMG4 throwing a Bob-Omb at him, and SMG4 finding the plumber pole dancing the goal flag.
    • Mario sabotaging SMG4's cannon launch by dropping a Bob-Omb in it.
      SMG4: I can beat Mario! I am the master!
      Mario: Delivery for the "master".
      SMG4: ...what the...?
      *(cue hissing)*
      SMG4:AHHHHH-!!'''

  • How do SMG4 and Mario initially decide to settle their differences? By playing Mario's Early Years: Preschool Fun.
  • The challenge where the duo have to survive the longest after stealing Toast Shy Guy's Toast including Mario disguising himself as a banana peel. All culminating in Toast Shy Guy kicking away a warp pipe SMG4 was going to jump down (Complete with "I Believe I Can Fly!") and Mario getting blown up by Toast Shy Guy using a bunch of guns (Mario in slow motion: HOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLYYYYYY SHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTT! Toast Shy Guy: Yeah, toast! *GIANT EXPLOSION* Mario: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!)
  • The challenge where they are dared to go one day without eating spaghetti.
    Mario: EUGHAHA!! YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!! AHHHHHH!!!! *runs off screaming and jumps through a window. SMG4 watches on with a "meh". look*
  • The challenge where they eat Tubby Custard and are forced to give compliments to the chef.
  • One challenge involves Helping Granny Cross the Street. SMG4 literally attaches rockets to the old woman so she can cross the street faster. Which then backfires and allows Mario to win. He then dances to September by Earth, Wind, and Fire.
  • The next challenge has who has the bigger PINGAS. SMG4 can only begin to say "Oh God" as he's whacked by Mario's giant Pingas.
  • Good lord, the Princess Peach impressions.
    Mario: It's-a me, Princess BITCH!!
    SMG4: I'm a fucking pretty princess!
    • Near the end of the challenge, they go to Bowser's lair, traumatizing the latter and literally flying after him like a certain flock of gulls.
  • The rap battle. Doubles as a Moment of Awesome when they team up against Bowser and his raps.
  • The Stinger, which features Toad still standing with the bag of garbage and ultimately leaving in frustration.

2017

  • Mario easily trumps SMG4 in the taco-eating contest by eating over seven million tacos in one bite.
  • In an attempt to make Bob popular (as per the challenge), SMG4 advertises him as if he were some sort of clean-all rag.
    SMG4: Clean your walls, toilets, roofs, and, uh... (footage of Bob being used to wipe Wario's ass) miscellaneous!
  • Tossing him into a running taxi, shooting down his Clown Car while he's kidnapping Peach, and trashing his McDonald's meal won't make Bowser shed a single tear, but what does reduce him to Inelegant Blubbering is telling him he's adopted.
  • Mario attempts an I Surrender, Suckers on Meggy. It fails. In that same challenge, SMG4 getting hit by a train as he tries to land a shot on Meggy.
  • Bob and Fishy Boopkins teaching science class. That is all.
    Fishy Boopkins: Okay, now we're going to learn about electronics! Who wants to defuse this bomb? *giant :D face*
    (Mario and SMG4 flip out)
  • The rap at the end is full of funny moments.
    • Both Mario and SMG4 trade insults with each other during their raps.
    • Fishy Boopkins tries to rap and fails. SMG4 calls him a salad in response.
    • Bob interrupts the rap at the end by advertising his social media accounts. The blank looks on everyone's faces says it all.

2018

2019

  • The preview shows SMG4 and Mario pointing guns at each other and proceeding to do something serious...play Duck Hunt.
  • The opening scene with SMG4 and Mario playing Super Smash Bros. and beating each other's high scores.
  • How do SMG4 and Mario get X involved with WOTFI 2019? They FUCKING kidnap him, complete with him screaming as he's dragged away! FM notices them, but decides to relax instead of saving X.
  • The first challenge is trying to survive getting eaten by Kirby. Kirby sucks everyone up but when he sucks up Mario, he turns into the Mario Kirby he turned into in "Kirby Phones Home" and wants to die.
  • Mario losing his arm to SMG4 in the arm wrestling match. What is the first thing Mario realizes now that his hand is severed? He can't fap!
  • When SMG4 steals Tari's duck, he is guilt-tripped by her Puppy-Dog Eyes. When Mario steals it, he is blindfolded so he can't get guilt and then gets hit by Thomas the Tank Engine.
  • The entire scene where they try to get Waluigi into Smash.
  • SMG4 and Mario are then challenged to be a better anime waifu. They attempt to woo Joker, who takes out his neutral special, a gun and blasts both of them.
  • Mario's attempt at building a Minecraft house.
  • SMG4 fails at making SMG3 laugh, but Mario succeeds solely by hitting SMG4.
  • Oh good lord, the next challenge is trying to recreate Tari's cyborg arm.
    • SMG4's arm is seemingly a success; and he has the Heavy demonstrate by plaing 150 games in 5 seconds. However, the arm has to go because its planet needs it and rockets Heavy into the sky.
    • Mario's arm is the Infinity Gauntlet. Upon seeing SMG4's, Mario deems the Gauntlet weak and throws it away. Cue Thanos finding it in the trash can.
  • The Meggy impressions are just as funny as the Peach impressions from 2016's, if not more.
  • The next challenge is to have a drawing contest against Axol. Axol creates a replica of Ryu using his Inkweaver. SMG4 creates a Kermit replica that defeats the fake Ryu.
  • The rap battle is X's attempt to have SMG4 and Mario compliment each other, but really they suggest games to fight in. Bob, Fishy Boopkins, Saiko, Axol, and even Shroomy take part in the rap, as well.

2020

  • "Hello, mother f*cker!"
  • SMG3 attempts to drag the Glitchy Gang back to the Internet Graveyard by sicking the Oof Buttons (AKA the copyright strikes from previous videos, now given an official name) on them. Susan shuts down this attempt easily.
    Susan: GO DO YA HOMEWORK OR NO MINECRAFT TONIGHT!
    Oof Buttons: Yes Mum... *buttons leave to do homework*
  • The very first challenge is between Boopkins and Rob to see who can punt Jubjub the farthest. Boopkins can't bring himself to do it, Rob physically can't because he doesn't have legs. Mario takes over for the challenge and knocks him out of the park.
  • One of SMG4 and SMG3's challenges is to correctly prononunce "Wojcicki". Since Susan's frozen in time the two get punished in several creative ways in her stead, such as being forced to watch Kawaii Mario dance, and dick flattening.
    • After over 400 million rounds of this, their tormenters are reduced to skeletons and Wimpu just suggests they use a text-to-speech program. SMG4's phone explodes trying to.
  • Luigi and Melony compete to see who can last longer watching "Two Piece". Axol notes they're the first people to come watch it, and clearly doesn't mind the the fact the two are being forced to as part of the challenge.
    • Both are aroused by the watermelon character. Steam is erupting from Melony's headphones, and Luigi breaks the TV with his erect nose.
      Super Nut
  • Saiko vs Anti-Shroomy has the two trying to do as much illegal stuff as they can without getting caught by Hal Monitor. Their shenanigans inlcude Saiko switching furry porn onto Steve's laptop (while he was listening to "Bakamitai"), and Anti-Shroomy going on a rampage with SpongeBot SteelPants. Mr. Monitor eventually catches Anti-Shroomy when he was about to chainsaw the Old Man (because he was jaywalking), and kicking Saiko into the sky for not obeying a "no thots" sign.
  • Bob and Rob end up teaming up to defeat Matt in a tennis match. They end up doing a Fusion Dance and it almost works until Rob gets distracted by corn.
  • Meggy fights Steve in a Minecraft battle. Right as Steve is about to hit her, she holds one of his beloved chickens to render him powerless. Then this happens:
    Steve: Oh, you think (in another voice clip: "chicken") is your ally? You've merely adopted the chickens.
    • Steve proceeds to summon a horde of chickens, and Meggy's horrified reaction freezes with a "we'll be right back" message.
  • The little ditty Bob sings when it's his turn to fix Toad and Toadette's relationship:
    Bob: Bob the Builder, can we fix it?
    Bob the builder... no it's f*cked.
    • Jubjub at least tries to get them to hug it out. Unfortunately, Toadette uses this to suplex toad, fracturing his skull Mortal Kombat style and sending him straight to the hospital.
      Four Dancing Toads in the hospital: "Men! We don't know what we did!"
  • The teletubbie challenge has Mario and Jubjub navigate an obstacle course to obtain the Tubby Custard. However at the end of the course, a giant Tinky Winky appears guarding the Tubby Custard. While a bunch of other teletubbies attack the giant Tinky Winky like the cast of Attack on Titan, Mario yells, "AWWW, HELL NO!" and runs away while Jubjub collapses.
  • The obligatory rap battle of this episode:
    • Rob vs Bob.
      Rob: I am a chad cause I eat corn.
      You are a virgin who just views porn.
      Bob: What I watch is a mystery
      cause I clear my internet history. (Rob has a wide-eyed expression)
    • Tari's... attempt at dissing Belle. Her reaction says it all.
      You're so mean, and as cold as ice.
      Aw, sorry. That wasn't very nice.
    • Saiko still raps entirely in Japanese. It's still hilariously contrasted by the English work of everyone else, and made even funnier when you remember she sang "Darkest Hour" in perfect English.
    • JubJub and Weegee doll's segment. It's just them repeating their name, like they normally do.
    • Meggy becoming Suddenly Voiced for this rap (due to SMG3 pushing a button on his remote only for Mario to kick him out of the way and the laser hit Meggy).
    • After Meggy tells everyone to stop fighting and the real foe is SMG3, we get this from Meggy and Mario:
      Mario: Using them for his own gain? Ooh, Meggy, you big brain!
      Meggy: Thanks, Red rolls eyes I'm sure they're nervous!
      Mario: No problem, Meggy, at your service!
    • In the rap battle's climax, SMG3's gang has been turned against him, so he eats the remote to gain its power and summons an army of copyright strikes. The following montage is both gangs managing to fend them off in their own unique ways. These include:
      • Weegee Doll randomly becoming super saiyan.
      • Belle keeps one occupied by playing video games with it as Tari cheers her on.
      • Melony somehow managed to kill one of them.
    • At the end, SMG3 who is in the Internet Graveyard, sets up a sign reading "SMG3's New Podcast" and welcomes viewers saying that this time, it'll be perfect. He then asks "Soooo...uh...do you wanna listed to me rap?"...to an Ugandan Knuckles who promptly eats the guy.

2021

  • Swag attempts to stop Zero by telling him he's banned from XBox Live. He's swatted away and crashes into Chris who is in the middle of calling him a "stupid f-"
  • SMG4 and SMG3 are able to turn things around by holding hands and using their meme powers. The rest of the gang isn't surprised by the two displaying Reality Warper powers and are more focused on them holding hands.
    Bob: Ew, why are you holding hands?
    Tari: I think it's sweet.
    SMG3: PRETEND YOU SAW NOTHING!
  • Dr. Eggman is seen sending off his son, Eggbaby, to go to school, commenting that it's "the best day of his life". Then as they're hugging, SMG1 and SMG2's meme powers cause Eggbaby to fly into the sky and turn into energy with Eggman making a Big "NO!" before he himself is also turned into energy. They get turned into a rock and couch which get used to beat up SMG0 before they turn back to normal and run off.
  • The "best Luigi impersonation" challenge. From Hugh Neutron accidentally saying "it's-a-me, Mario!" to Mario somehow beating Luigi.
    Luigi: Damn, he's good.
  • "Who can wake up Melony?" has Mario and Meggy go to all manner of extremes to try and wake Melony up, from dunking her in a harbor (much to Mr. Monitor's displeasure) to shoving her in a washing machine. Melony manages to sleep through everything... until Meggy surrounds her with towers of amps and blows up the Earth by playing "Mario screaming earrape" through them... and even then, Melony wakes up gently, declares "Oh boy, 3AM!" and starts ravenously chowing down on a pizza.
    Meggy's floating skeleton: Heyyy! That's pretty good!
  • "Who can get Mr. Hall Monitor to commit a crime" has Saiko kicking over a recycle bin, causing Mr. Monitor to chase after her by transforming into a police car. After avoiding all of Saiko's attempts to get him to hit someone during the chase, he finally catches up to her in a grass field... only for her to point out the sign saying "DON'T STAND ON THE GRASS," causing him to let out a Big "NO!" and explode.
  • How Mario loses in "Who can go the longest on the internet without looking at NSFW content". First he looks up "boobies" finding pictures of the sea bird, then he looks up "Thicc Fat Ass" and ends up finding tons of pictures of overweight donkeys. Then he looks up his own name and…
    Mario, in Tabi's voice: OH MY GOD! THEY'RE DRAWING PORN OF ME!
  • The "Who can post Eggman's nudes the fastest" challenge, where Mario and Melony chase a naked Eggman in an attempt to take a nude photo of him. Melony wins by disguising herself among other watermelons at a Fruit Cart and ambushing Eggman. He reacts accordingly.
    Robotnik: What do you want from me?
    Mario: Dick pics. (smiles wider and creepier, then gets a chair thrown at him.)
  • In "Who can beat Saiko in a game of Guitar Hero", Saiko has such a phenomenal performance she earns two million points. When SMG4 plays, he does so badly he gets over 23.6 quintillion negative points. Meanwhile, Mario just sits there playing a regular acoustic guitar.
    Mario: This is a song I call "Parkinson's". Randomly and rapidly strums the guitar
  • In "Who can beat Belle in a Speedrun", Mario challenges Belle in Minecraft only for Belle to beat him within minutes. Luigi, on the other hand, chooses Rock Simulator 2014. Luigi "plays" until Belle loses her patience and rage quits.
  • "Who can create the strongest password" has Melony summoning Satan (depicted as The Oni) to take her to hell, steal a keyboard, and make a password out of satanic symbols before adding "123" to the end. The password strength indicator explodes.
  • This little gem from Sonic after Mario breaks his legs by shooting them.
    "If bread in french is pain, then I own a F%#@!^G BAKERY!!!"
  • SMG3 slapping SMG4 with an enlarged hand for thinking he could stop a brainwashed Mario with just words.
  • SMG3's dramatic departure being ruined.
    Mario: Hey! You two should kiss! [both SMG3 and SMG4 punch him]

2022

  • The opening statements by Lawyer Kong and Meggy quickly devolve into Volleying Insults (with OBJECTION said before every insult, of course) before spiraling into a straight-up fist fight. Mario, who up until this point openly disliked being in court, starts to enjoy it, declaring that court is fun while eating popcorn.
  • Melony and Wario are challenged to listen to Bob's life story without cringing. Wario doesn't even get past the first sentence.
    Bob: It all started when I got my ovaries.
    Wario: (Starts flying around the room) OH NO, ME HEART STOPPED! I'M F[bleep]ING DYING! (proceeds to disintegrate)
    • Melony "survives" Bob's life story by using fake eyes to hide that she's slept through it.
  • "Who can win against Kirby in a Dream Buffet-styled race?" Mario puts up a hell of a fight, even sabotaging Kirby with a lemon, only to find at the weigh in that they both got the exact same amount at 7.40000 million pounds! Mario is briefly shocked before he suddenly eats his hat bumping him up to 7.40001 and allowing him to gloat his victory to Kirby, which of course leads to him being inhaled and Kirby subsequently weighing 14.80001 million pounds, thus beating Mario. SMG4 wisely decides to just not even try.
  • "Who can build the best ship?" Bowser builds a ship using random props, plus Kamek and Steve. Whimpu creates a different kind of ship: himself and Bowser's mom.
    Whimpu: YO MAMA!
  • One challenge is to commit the largest amount of copyright infringement. Of course, SMG4 is already on trial on those exact grounds. He starts celebrating before getting a No-Holds-Barred Beatdown from the Nintendo Ninjas.
  • Luigi and SMG3 are challenged to be the least funny, much to the latter's indignation. As you might expect, SMG3 "wins" with a Bad Luck Brian meme, while Luigi's inability to do anything due to being scared out of his mind sends the audience into hysterics.
  • "Challenge: Be the first person to find One Piece." 145,299 episodes later, nobody does.
  • Mario and Meggy are to go head to head in a studying challenge. Meggy is immediately declared the winner before either can start.
    • And when Mario DOES try it, his brain goes smooth and his head catches fire.
      MARIO'S BRAIN IS NOT OKEY DOKEY!
  • The Kirby lore reduces Meggy to a skeleton, and even Mario, the nominal winner, is screaming to be killed. Even Sora from Kingdom Hearts is not immune to this.
  • Karen wins both of her challenges easily. In the Onlyfans challenge, she shows a foot (not her foot, a picture of a human foot) and gets showered in cash, and she wins the self portrait challenge after drawing an Autism Creature with cat ears because Mario put too much detail in his.
  • Mario and SMG4 try to go the longest without saying a single meme, and they both try baiting each other into breaking. And then the waiter, a Red Crewmate, shows up.
    Mario: Can… Mario get a triple Among U- (Screams to stop himself) I MEAN FUNGUS burger.
    SMG4: Can I just get fries with t-tomato sus-OH FU- (Buzzer sounds)
  • "Who can survive being with clones of yourself the longest?" Melony quickly launches into a battle with her clone over a bed. Toad, being Toad, is completely unfazed by having a clone of himself and they just stand by and bond while drinking coffee and sharing a hearty laugh about women.
  • Shroomy finds himself in a shroom eating contest. His initial (understandable) apprehension turns into enjoyment when he tastes it and starts scarfing down shrooms at the same rate as Mario, much to Toad's horror.
  • According to SMG4 the show's all about love, imagination, and getting assaulted by the Teletubby Po.
  • If you pay attention during Karen's segment of the rap, Lawyer Kong looks utterly confused to have her on his side, giving a baffled Aside Glance during her lines. He isn't controlling her at all (and in fact can't, due to her being an Original Character), she just hates her life THAT much.
  • When Lawyer Kong loses, he just completely gives up and turns into Funky Kong. He reappears during the epilogue to try and sell guns to everyone he'd just faced in court. They're interested.
  • Tari lamenting that her friends did an entire arc without her.
  • When SMG4 is changed into his design from "If Mario Was In... Splatoon 3", Melony, Tari, and Saiko quickly turn to SMG3, who just shrugs it off right before his own transformation. The thoroughly anti-climactic way in which SMG3 changes also gets a small laugh, especially after the grandiose and dramatic transformation that his counterpart went through. Just the girls turning to look at him, him shrugging in return, and then just popping into his new form.
    SMG3: AHH! I'M ASIAN!
  • Luigi has an odd impression when he notices Saiko welcoming SMG4 into a "Permanent Body Club" (who is holding up a sign while wiggling back and forth saying "One of Us, One of Us"). That might be why he dons the Breaking Bad look at the end of the episode.
  • Why does Miyamoto force Bob and Boopkins to get redesigns too? He’s sick of commenters bringing them up whenever Nintendo shows a Spike or Garo.
  • Once the video ends, Luke cheers "Nintendo didn't kick my ass!"
    • Luke goes more in depth about the redesigns, including how he's worried he might get DMCA'd for real, complete with Miyamoto's face shaking violently on screen.
    • He assures the viewer that characters like Mario and Luigi are safe, however. This is completed by Mario kicking his movie design away.

2023

  • SMG3 explaining how the Spy Rizz Watch scores how well (or poorly) he and SMG4 did.
    SMG3: If it goes up, it means they picked the right choice. If it goes down, it means THEY SCREWED US!
  • The Meme Guardians try to get into the casino by scaring Mario. They do this by disguising themselves as Monster Clowns, which initially doesn't faze Mario. Until SMG3 accidentally knocks SMG4's mask off. This of all things is what makes Mario run away screaming from the "scary clown".
  • SMG4 tries to hack the security cameras — and only succeeds in hacking Luke dancing onto the monitors.
  • The SMGs try to escape Chris and Swag using tear gas, only to be affected themselves because there's no windows in the elevator they're in. To add insult to injury, Chris and Swag turn out to be immune to tear gas due to their experiences in World War II.
  • When trapped in a crashing elevator, SMG4 tries to BLJ out of there. This amounts to slapping his limbs against the wall, being completely unable to do it like Mario can. Chris and SMG3 can only stare in bewilderment as the elevator hits the bottom, especially as Swag joins in the failed BLJ action.
  • Mario hijacks the interrogation mission to use against SMG3 to get the key to his notebook. Unfortunately for the latter, the audience made the "right" choice in torturing him with cringe memes. Besides making the Spy Rizz go down, it makes Mario's "Mario Rizz" go up.
  • The SMGs run into Depresso in the vent, who was apparently forbidden from performing his comedy act in the casino by Marty. Considering that all his jokes are of the awful, clichéd variety you'd find in a children's joke book, you can't help but think he might've had a point there…
  • SMG3's trolling succeeds in directing all of the weaponry towards Mario… and getting the safe triple-locked.
  • Upon being confronted with THE POWER OF MEMES, which takes the form of a Club Penguin avatar that approaches Mario, dances and disappears, Mario recalls being popular in Club Penguin and falling from grace after his friends left him for penguins with cooler clothes. SMG4 has no idea how to take it.
    SMG4: This is the weirdest WOTFI we've ever done...
  • Mario and Marty's arrest is on the newspaper SMG4's reading at the end... and its description offhandedly talks about The Amazing Digital Circus for... reasons.
  • Marty's motive for stealing the notebook was to learn SMG3's secret pizza recipe. The defictionalized sussy notebook contains what it was, as shown by this tweet:
    - Flour
    - Hot Sauce
    - 2 litres of baked beans
