Unsurprisingly, SMG4's videos are full of opportunities for laughter.

Right in the beginning, it seem like the celebration for the 10th Anniversary of SMG4 starts with him recreating the first ever episode "the cake is a lie"… until Mario goes completely off script when a Teletubby delivers him a pizza. And of course he dances naked on top of it.
- After that, SMG4 started thinking about what he should do for his 10th Anniversary while Mario is throwing Peach into the castle causing her to explode in the background. By the time SMG4 addresses Mario again, Mario had already exploded and turned into a coin.
The road trip montage
- The duo listening to the “Reese’s Puffs” meme song
- The cows and milk cartons from Mario goes to the fridge to get a glass of milk are still fighting.
- The telletubbies tied up a Toad.
- The space battle they drive through, with Old Man in a bathtub and the Mario Head using laser eyes.
X and FM reenacting part of the Soup Store scene from Code MENT.
Everything involving Heavy Squid posing as Meggy, right down to Lizzie Freeman singing for him in the song under a "Meggy Filter".
Meggy: (after hearing HS sing) "I can't believe Heavy Squid was able to mimic my voice so much. That was impressive."
Moments earlier, Heavy punching Bob. He ends up crashing into a memorial for Desti, causing a picture of her to get impaled on one of his swords. Her mourning teammates all point their guns at him and open fire offscreen.
- Even Meggy found the scene to be hilarious when she reacted to it!
Mario going on a rampage trying to steal toast from Shy Guy. When he's denied, he brandishes a bat and promises to "do something very illegal." Then Shy Guy closes the door on his Pingas. When he chases after him into the restaurant, he's still stuck in the door.
SMG4 getting chased by Villager after making Bowser cry.
Villager: "You wanna ruin my life?" (holds up his ax) Okily dokily!
SMG4: (Head shrinks) "Ooohh my ass.."
In the process of running from Villager, SMG4 interrupts Baldi's show, adding him to the mob chasing him.
Baldi: "Oooh, you better believe that's a paddlin'."
The very next time we see SMG4, he's running past two news anchors as one asks, "Would you guys consider jacking off to be a sport?"
SMG4: (screaming as he runs out of frame, only to reenter the frame) "Yes!" (continues running and screaming as Villager is right is on his heels)
- During her reaction to this scene, Meggy snarks, "Of course. He would say that."
While hiding from his own angry mob, Mario runs into Toad, and can only stare and shake his head in desperation.
As the angry mobs chasing Mario and SMG4 combine into one massive mob, Mario says at least things can't get any worse, only for the Chain Chomp from Who let the Chomp out? to join the chase.
Chain Chomp: WHAT THE FUCK IS A SONIC?
"Oh you"
- "I ALMOST JUST DIED YOU PIECE OF SH*T!"
While hiding from Zero; SMG4, SMG3, and Mario hide under a pile of Mario recolors. Mario's reaction after the danger has passed…
Mario: "I like men now!"
SMG1 and 2 pull a Big Damn Heroes moment and get the others into their wagon so they can escape the corrupted memes... and their truck has to back up like an old car, complete with beeping.
SMG3 showing his softer side:
SMG4: "Wow, you actually saved me."
SMG3: "Ugh... Remember, I only need you alive to turn those corrupted memes back. I would love to see you die otherwise."
SMG4 (With the biggest shit-eating grin ever): "You're so Tsundere, SMG3!"
["Oh you", music plays in the background]
SMG3: "NO I'M NOT, YOU BAKA!!"
After SMG4 finds a camera and gets into contact with the others, SMG2 comes to the back to join the call... by jumping through the back window of the truck he and SMG1 were driving, as evidenced by the crashing noise and the huge shard of glass stuck in his head.
While the description of 0's backstory is Nightmare Fuel, there's something hilarious about it being preceded by a screen saying "EXPOSITION TIME" with cheerful stock music.
- Also, while SMG1 is explaining the backstory, he's holding the communication tablet in one hand... and driving with his feet.
When SMG3 pops in to tell SMG1 and 2 about his Guardian Pod, they start geeking out over him like they did with 4. Funny enough on its own, but this also implies that they both failed to notice that SMG3 had been there the whole time.
Mixed with awesome, Bob and Boopkins unleashing "the ultimate rap finisher". It's them rapping so fast that they start floating and the zombies literally bow before them. Everyone else's reactions are either confusion or disbelief.
- Also, look at Boopkins' lips.
While the reveal of the Hobos's identities as SMG1 and SMG2 is one hell of a Wham Line, SMG4's reaction is hilarious.
SMG4: Wait what? WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT?! (...) WAIT! YOU CAN'T JUST DROP SOMETHING LIKE THAT ON ME!
Mario's response to finding out he's "the Avatar"? Use "earthbending" (i.e. throw a rock) at SMG3.
Once all is said and done, FM remarks that it's crazy how Zero was looking for Mario this whole time… except he's using a Demoman voice clip.
FM: "Imagine if I hadn't been drunk!" (laughs)
- Now watch the movie again under the idea that FM really is drunk throughout this whole thing. It's just as enjoyable.
When the modern cast is all together, there is one member glaringly missing – Meggy, who is off vacationing in Port Aurora. When Boopkins says that the gang's all here, a Gilligan Cut happens showing Meggy in Port Aurora telling Auri Bori that she feels she's being left out of something.
- Later, when Meggy herself reacted to the movie and saw this scene, she was less than thrilled about the likelihood someone had bugged her room.
  "What?! Where did he get that?"
