- In the author's notes of the 7th chapter of Super Paper RWBY, the author made a fan-made cast list for the OCs that appear in this fanfic series...
- Milestone Celebration: For the 100th chapter of Super RWBY Chibi, the author went back to the roots of the side story and had all the skits be about Mario Party.
- For the 151st chapter of Super RWBY Chibi, the author made one dedicated to the Pokémon series.
- For Chapter 200 of Super RWBY Chibi, the author decided to end the chibi story on a high note, by having the characters take part in the Olympics, and after that one final song is played to say goodbye to Chibi.
- Meanwhile with Chapter 100 of Super RWBY Gaiden, the author decided to have Hades do a recap of the entire series up to this point, leading to a lot of hilarity and the fourth wall getting broken quite a lot. This was later repeated for Chapter 200 with Deadpool joining in, the author, and Ibuki being in the audience and turning the thing over to Sabrinaverse Hades to tease the author over his predictions of the Super Smash Bros. roster for Wii U and 3DS and Ultimate as well as to Narrator Hades to recap the events of IF.
- Outdated by Canon:
- The ending of Fusion depicts an X-Parasite evolving into a new SA-X and heading to the planet ZDR. In Metroid Dread, the SA-X only makes a cameo as part of a recap of Metroid Fusion and does not put any more appearances in the game. Likewise, the Fullmetal Alchemist characters leaving the Galactic Federation in disgust over their corruption with Promised Day being about Samus and her team fighting back against the corruption and 3D Land has Samus revealing a Neo Galactic Federation was created to protect the galaxy.. A month after Fusion was released, It turns out that the Federation in the game was a rogue faction in the Galactic Federation's military and the main Federation itself still holds Samus in high regard, which Metroid Dread confirmed.
- Seven Sirens states that Cuphead happened first, followed by The Cuphead Show!. The ending of the series finale of The Cuphead Show has it be the other way around.
- Recycled Script:
- In both "The Reason You Suck" speeches given by Ridley to Samus, in Fusion, and Dark Samus, in Galaxy 2, Ridley ends up reusing parts of Watts' "The Reason You Suck" speech he gave to Cinder during Volume 8 of RWBY.
- Dark Samus is killed in the same way that Cinder killed Pyrrha in canon.

- During their multiversal travels in Chapter 46 of The Blue Huntsman the versions of Snake and Mewtwo from that story end up meeting the Super RWBY Sisters version of Mewtwo during the events of RWBY: Isle of Armor. They even have a conversation where they warn the Super RWBY Sisters Mewtwo about the incoming threat of World of Light before departing.
- This gets a callback in Chapter 50 of that same story, when Mewtwo from Super RWBY Sisters sends the Mewtwo and Snake of The Blue Huntsman a note that informs them about what Ridley and Dark Samus did during the events of Super RWBY Galaxy 2. Even advising them to put both Ridley and Dark Samus under house arrest when they eventually show up in that story, to avoid what happened in the Super RWBY Sisters universe from happening in The Blue Huntsman universe.
- During Chapter 10 of the story RWBY The Hedgehog, Sonic comments about the times the Super Monkey Ball characters joined him and his friends in some kart racing and tennis. Saying that it’s similar to how Mario and his friends do things, after which he says that if Team RWBY knew Mario that they would be good friends with him, with one member of Team RWBY replying that they have a feeling that they already are good friends with him in another universe.
- Durning Chapter 18 while chasing Eggman and Roman during universe hopping, the heroes ended in the SRS universe during the event of Super RWBY Galaxy 2: Galactic Conquest Prime. Mario of SRS even talked to Sonic and gave his advice on not hacking Remnant to avoid a panic.
- During their multiversal travels in Chapter 46 of The Blue Huntsman the versions of Snake and Mewtwo from that story end up meeting the Super RWBY Sisters version of Mewtwo during the events of RWBY: Isle of Armor. - Series Hiatus: The series has experienced this on two occasions.
- The first hiatus happened during Mar 28, 2019 to Oct 16, 2019 due to burnout over the two long final chapters of Paper RWBY: The Thousand Year Door.
- The second hiatus happened on October 1st, 2022 to October 12th, 2022 in order to focus on finishing another story of the author's.
- Throw It In!: Due to a typo in Futaba's text message that the author didn't notice when sharing a scene with a friend, his friend noticed said typo where Futaba wrote "Calling Car" instead of Calling Card. When he pointed it out, both the author and his friend decided to roll with it, resulting in Ryuji spray painting a Mercedes Benz SUV in the Phantom Thief colors, complete with a typical message written on the doors!
- Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: The number of people spamming the author with requests for certain infamous characters to appear in his series is the reason why the author is no longer accepting character requests.
