Courtenay Taylor (born July 19, 1969 in San Francisco, California) is an American voice actress who has provided her voice for many video games and other works. Her voice can provide a variety of different characters, from the aggressive Jack to the fierce Juhani and the illusive Scarlet Lake. Outside of games, she also provides the voice for Starla (Muscle Man's equally fat and green wife) in Cartoon Network's Regular Show and the second voice of K.O. (replacing Stephanie Naldony) from OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, another Cartoon Network show.
