- Awesome, Dear Boy: Many users on the real life Chaos Theatre forum wanted to take part in the game, as it was a game about said forum. All of the user enemies were users of the forum who volunteered to get a cameo in the game. The same can be said for the admins and moderators of the forum.
- Follow the Leader: After this game was released, several users who enjoyed the game made their own Spiritual Successors in RPG Maker, one of which being Ethernet Odyssey. Sadly, all of those became Vaporware, especially since the Chaos Theatre forums shut down.
- One-Hit Wonder: This is the only work of the developer that has gotten several downloads and attention. His other finished game, Prepare to Die, which is a Nintendo Hard 2D shooter developed on Game Maker, is incredibly obscure.
- Release Date Change: The game was originally going to be released in March 2012, but was moved to early November of that year.
- What Could Have Been: There were two user enemies who did not make it in the final game — Getocoolaid and Ultimate Show Man. There exists data on a weapon called an Oscar that would've been dropped by Getocoolaid.
