- When Cynder tells Malefor that she wants to be a Skylander, he disowns her, and tells her that they are now enemies. He also says that he will not save any tacos for her.
- In Thankstaking for the Memories, Kaos notes that he misses Glumshanks and his mother. Meanwhile, Kaossandra and Glumshanks initially state how wonderful it is to celebrate the holidays without Kaos, but they both clearly miss him.
- Eon revealing what happened to the members of Spyro's species, and Spyro breaking close ties with the old wizard as a result.
- Which led to Eon wanting to make it up to Spyro in season 3, but he got turned into Dark Spyro.
- Eon getting vaporized as a result of preventing a collapsing Conquertron from destroying the Core of Light. Although he has Ascended to a Higher Plane of Existence.
