• When Scales is abducted by the adult dragon.
• It's absolutely heartwrenching when Sintel realizes too late that the dragon she just killed was the very same one she had been looking for the entire time. Put yourself in the same shoes. A little dragon that you cared for as a child, the one you've been looking for for an eternity, is now all grown up, and about to die because of you, all because you didn't know it was the same dragon you loved so much. At the same time, she's realized she's wasted her life looking for the dragon as she looks at the blood and sees herself as not a teenager but as an older woman. The only good thing to come out of this is Scales' offspring following after her.
