  1. "Dexter’s Date": The Lobe's plot to cripple the television industry interrupts Steff and Dexter's first date.
  2. "The Freakazoid": In a parody of The Godfather, Freakazoid has to grant all requests made to him on his birthday. As a result, he cannot stop the Lobe's latest crime spree, since the Lobe requested that he leave him alone.
  3. "Mission: Freakazoid": In a parody of Mission: Impossible, Freakazoid and his friends travel to Vuka Nova, the brutal police state, to rescue the Douglas Family from Chesky Beresch Prison.
  4. "Virtual Freak": The Lobe traps Freakazoid and Cosgrove in a shoot-'em-up video game, while the characters they were playing as wreak havoc in the real world.
  5. "Hero Boy": Guitierrez returns and creates a "Freaka-Clone" to ruin Freakazoid's reputation.
  6. "A Matter of Love": Cosgrove begins dating cosmetics queen Mary Beth, ignoring poor Freakazoid in favor of her. As Freakazoid starts trying to fill the void that Cosgrove left, he begins to notice that Mary Beth is not what she seems.
  7. "Statuesque": Waylon Jeepers has finally perfected his Medusa Watch, which turns humans and pigeons into stone. When Steff gets petrified, Freakazoid must seek a cure.
  8. "Island of Dr. Mystico": While flying a plane of his archvillains to a new prison, Freakazoid (unsurprisingly) ends up crashing the plane on an island, which is owned by a mad scientist.
  9. "Two Against Freak": Cave Guy and Cobra Queen have joined forces to obtain the Diamond Hat of the Czars, while Freakazoid tries to learn the art of telekinesis.
  10. "Freak-a-Panel / Tomb of Invisibo": Freakazoid contends with Cave Guy, and his unpopularity, at a sci-fi convention. / An invisible villain from ancient Egypt has been released, and is causing havoc throughout the world.
  11. "Normadeus": The Lobe kidnaps PBS's famed carpenter, Norm Abram, and forces him to build a wooden device that would destroy Freakazoid.
