- Mostly BoBoiBoy's relationship with his family. All of them are busy with their respective jobs/activities but remain a stable family.
- BoBoiBoy is a nickname that's existed since he was a baby, implying to be an Affectionate Nickname from his parents.
- Amato and his wife are busy parents due to their responsibilities as an ambassador and superhero respectively. However, unlike many examples of fictional busy parents who are somewhat neglectful, they still care about their only Son BoBoiBoy. Realizing that they'll have difficulties in taking care of their son during his pre-teen life and knowing he is content to live with Granddad and his new friends at Rintis Island, they decide to allow him to permanently stay there as long as he's happy.
- In fact, Amato still has an old photograph of him and his son. He promises that he will return as soon as his mission is over.
"Wait for me, BoBoiBoy. I'll be back soon."- While Granddad is still saddened over his wife death, he stays strong and moves on to have normal life, doing all he can to care for his teenage Grandson who's following the footsteps of his heroic parents.
- If you follow the Mechamato series, it's shown that young Granddad and his wife are indeed a happy couple and loving parents.

- The interaction between BoBoiBoy's Elemental Form is can be heartwarming and funny at same time as their bonds resemble with real siblings rather than "my other self". Special mention how Fire react to see Water for the first time in Season 3 of Episode 25. Fire clearly excited to see Water it looks like how an older brother happy that he finally got a little brother as a playmate.BoBoiBoy Fire : "Hahaha~ BoBoiBoy Water~ Finally I can meet you for real *jump and hug Water's Bubble Sphere*BoBoiBoy Water : "Hei ! Don't try to ruin my Bubble like that ! "
- Some mini-stories posted on Official Monsta's Instagram and Twitter involve the main character. It's nice to see BoBoiBoy and his team being able to have fun like normal teenagers despite their status as heroes.
- The friendship between BoBoiBoy's Team. By the end of the original series, Gopal, Yaya and Ying are really saddened over BoBoiBoy's departure after his school vacation is over and BoBoiBoy promises he will come to see them again soon if he has the time. Several months later, BoBoiBoy has indeed returned as a new student of Rintis Elementary School and permanently stays on the Island.
- Fang's Character Development. Initially he doesn't care about anything aside from his mission and his popularity. He butts heads with Boboiboy and even allies himself with his enemies. However, he warmed up to BoBoiBoy's Team's over time and realized that he does enjoy his "fake" life as a normal citizen and is touched to see their determination going as far as to chase him through space in order to save him from his strict older-brother simply because they care about him that much. Thankfully, Kaizo is not completely heartless, displaying a better respectful side of him towards the young heroes.
- Although Fang returns to space after their graduation at Primary School and becomes a full-time member of TAPOPS between The Movie 1 and Season 1 BoBoiBoy Galaxy series during their early life as Secondary School students, Fang eventually returns to earth as a school student in Season 2 BoBoiBoy Galaxy, once again allowing him to have normal life with his friends.
- In fact, in Issue 12 of BoBoiBoy Galaxy show that Fang declare that his current home is Earth. Proved that Fang now consider himself as part of humans like his friend.
- The brothership between Kaizo and Fang. While Kaizo is serious, strict and borderline militaristic, he's never abusive.
- Though Adu Du always hits Probe with his mug due to his annoying quirks, he actually cares deeply about his Robot Buddy and his temporary Heel–Face Turn during Season 3 original series is because Adu Du wanted to fix Probe with help from BoBoiBoy's Team.
- In the first movie, Adu Du is established to be Bora Ra and the Tengkotak's big fans who want to join them. All it takes to make him change his mind is them mocking his and Probe's friendship. Even when Bora Ra threateningly glares at him in response, Adu Du doesn't back down and keeps glaring back.
