WARNING: MAJOR AND UNMARKED SPOILERS AHEAD!

BoBoiBoy is actually slowly losing his memories
The season 1 episode said that BoBoiBoy loses his memory the longer he stays split up. It's never mentioned again in any of the other episodes or the movie, but at various times he's been shown to be forgetful with peoples' names, dates, and whatnot. Maybe he actually is slowing losing his memory...

Gopal's power is more powerful than merely turning things to food and back
If the others' powers are all more than they initially seemed, it stands to reason that the same is true for Gopal's food transmutation powers. Potentially, he could change things to just about anything else he wanted, which would make his the most powerful of their collective powers, even likely more so than BoBoiBoy's. Of course, in this case, his potential is held back by his demeanor, temperament, and general immaturity, so until he gets past those hurdles, he's stuck transmuting things into food and back.
  • Think that's been confirmed. In season 1 it's said that he can change anything into anything through molecular manipulation but for now he can only do food. He then gained the ability to change things from food back into what they were, and in the sequel, we see him actually changing something into a non-food item (a basket).

Boboiboy's true power is actually Alchemy
Alchemy is a branch of both science and magic in which the user manipulates (or transmutate) any elements into a weapon or something else, though it comes to an equivalent exchange as always. It was stated that Boboiboy has the ability to "control" any elements known to the planet with the power band that was given to Ochobot, and it was stated that it's the most difficult power to control. Ochobot might have mentioned the equivalent exchange as part of the difficulties as such that Boboiboy begins to lose memories for too long. Other than that he has the ability to summon his elemental clones, similar to making a Homunculus in alchemy and there is even a catch in summoning them also. As for the upgrades, that's also Alchemy too. From Thunderstorm's blade, Cyclone's hoverboard, and Quake's gauntlets, this might have been the work of Alchemy also as it was created through the elements also.

tok abah use to rescue power sphere during his youth
he mention he glad that boboiboy followed his footstep and ochobot start to question when did tok abah rescue power sphere

BoBoiBoy's nickname was the result of some baby babble
It seems odd that he has such a nickname even before he got the ability to split into, well, 3 boys. So my guess is that it's alike to Fang's case; he couldn't say his real name properly and randomly said something else during infancy which stuck as a nickname (Fang mispronounced his name as Pang when he was younger and it became Kaizo's pet name for him ever since)BoBoiBoy
  • Possibly true. The name already exist when he still a toddler. In "Temani Raya" video show that he also being called as "Oboi" and its possibly his real name all along.

Amato eventually will help BoBoiBoy in future
Season 2 Galaxy and The movie show that 3rd tier Elemental Powers is so powerful that can turn that can turn the users borderline into Humanoid Abomination if the can't control it just or getting Drunk with Power and made the users become power-hungry villain. Giving that Amato fully aware about his son power, he should know about the power of 3rd tier form too and of course he can't just let BoBoiBoy handle it all by himself. The only reason why BoBoiBoy able to calm down after lose control of his Tempest form because the original user (Kuputeri) is still alive therefore she can help him. But the rest original user of elemental power aside Kuputeri and Hang Kasa are killed by Retak'ka.

BoBoiBoy has Poliosis
For anyone who doesn't know what is it, Poliosis is the decrease or absence of melanin (or colour) in head hair, eyebrows, eyelashes or any other hairy area. Most of Poliosis are harmless and can be hereditary from dominant genetic.

In first movie, its shown that BoBoiBoy has little white streak on his hair and become more prominent when he grows up. Fans first time theorized it was a effect of his Elemental Powers. However, after we see his father and Granddad used to have this, with BoBoiBoy already has this since birth, there is possibility BoBoiBoy's paternal side inherited this condition.

Amar Deep and Deep from Mechamato are related
Amar Deep could be Deep's Son since both of them share same skin tone and eyebrows especially since Mechamato is prequel about Amato who is BoBoiBoy's father.

Potential Fusion Forms
Feel free to add guesses below whether it follow the naming format in Malay or if it makes a new element,

  • Blaze + Quake = Magma
  • Ice + Solar = Glass
  • Cyclone + Thunderstorm = Typhoon
  • Thorn + Quake = Moss
  • Blaze + Thunderstorm = Plasma
    • Or Blaze + Hali(lintar) = Haze. Except that may work better for Cyclone + Quake/someone else.

BoBoiBoy Tempest's scarf is actually a weapon
Both Kuputeri and Retak'ka have their own weapon on their Tempest form, such as Combat Hand Fan for Kuputeri and sharp long hair with Retak'ka. Giving that BoBoiBoy Tempest wear very long scarf and the "3" symbol decoration looks very sharp like knife, there is possibility that his scarf not only just a accessory but also his weapon.

Pian
is current MaskmanaThe mid-credit scene of Mechamato The Movie shown Mr.Aman (the 3rd Maskmana) show his Maskmana uniform to his only son who also Amato Best Friend, Pian. The current Maskmana show to be male and more laid-back compare to the past incarnation and in Issue 24, although his real face is shown since it only show his mouth, the current Maskmana looks more youthful than his past predecessors.
  • Confirmed in "Temani Raya" video where the costume is still in progress on his room.

Retak'ka use Tempest form for winning against Pyrapi and Mawais
From Issue 18, Hang Kasa stated that Pyrapi and Mawais almost succeed defeat Retak'ka on their duel but suddenly quickly defeated and killed by the villain with his dirty method. Its unclear what kind a dirty method that Retak'ka uses on them. From the theory, Retak'ka actually use Tempest Form since he already defeated Kuputeri and take her Wind power before facing Pyrapi and Mawais at Baraju.

One of most popular theory is about the Elemental Forms have their own consciousness. Two previous Elemental Power holder said that BoBoiBoy need to learn control the 3rd tier form or the power itself will take over him. In fact its not the first time BoBoiBoy being "take over" by his Elemental Form since he already ever experience this in Season 3 of original season where he unknowingly transform into BoBoiBoy Fire during midnight to unleash his stress of his heroic duty. This is proof that Elemental Power can take over the user body if the user in lowest state either because the user almost die in battle like how BoBoiBoy Tempest and Kira'na Voltra experience this or they are unable to control their emotion become stable.

Qually actually descendant of King Balakung
Season 2 of BoBoiBoy Galaxy. In the arc focusing on learning his 3rd tier form, BoBoiBoy and his team meet three direct descendants of the original Elemental Master. With the exception of the "Windara Arc" and "Rimbara Arc", "Windara Arc" where BoBoiBoy meets Kuputeri since she is still alive and well, while in the "Rimbara Arc" there is no mention if King Balakung has a descendant since they only meet Gaharaum, Balakung's best-friend and royal chef. From a mini-story about the Hang Kasa flashback, the unmasked King Balakung resembles an adult version of Qually with long hair and beard. There is the possibility that Qually and his parents are his descendants. But for some reason, his descendant doesn't continue his position as King of Rimbara because they need to hide from Retak'ka and any bad guys after Balakungs death. This could be true, because Qually already knows about Gaharum, determined to be his student to become the greatest chef in the galaxy and possibly want to get the Oakuat Seed to get some hidden power.
