Spoilers Off applies to all Funny pages, so all spoilers are unmarked. You Have Been Warned!

When you put these two shows together, something is bound to get a chuckle.

  • Lawnmower Dog, Charles/Spot demands to know what became of his testicles, asking various members of the Loud family. Leni misunderstood it as "test results" and earnestly tries to find them, even apologizing when she can't. Despite being the Big Bad of the episode, Spot doesn't have the heart to correct her and thanks her for trying.
  • In April Fools Drools, Cable Rules!, Lisa becomes increasingly baffled by the nonsensical commercials and tv shows on the Interdimensional Cable TV. But the "Real Fake Doors" commercial is what causes her to throw up her hands in defeat and bang her head against a wall.
    • Equally as funny are Rita and Lynn Sr.'s growing frustration with being unable to find anything suitable for the kids to watch.
Rita: Isn't there anything on here that's child friendly?
  • At one point in The Citadel of Ricks, Rick, Lincoln and Lisa run through a montage of alternate universes. Including a Gender Swap AU of the fic's first chapter, a chapter of Syngenesophobia, and an AU where Naruto Uzemaki is Lincoln's brother. That last one's too weird even for the Rick living in that universe.
Naruto House Rick: Seriously, how did this happen?
  • Luan gets an admittedly clever burn on Rick at the end of Fandom Assimilation when Unity leaves Rick for Beta-7.
Luan: Guess he should be called Alpha-7, because it looks like you're the beta now!
  • The B-Plot of Get Schwifty is Adapted Out in favor of an adventure with Lori and Mr. Poopybutthole, but there's still a reference to it.
Lori: So, did I miss anything while I was gone?
Luan: Well, after those giant heads appeared, Scoots tried to set up a cult and-
  • Dark example in The Rickshank Redemption, Lori tries to dig up Rick's corpse from L is for Love Potion. Except she accidentally dug in the wrong spot and dug up Lana, promptly causing her to freak out.
  • Rick and the Casagrandes features Rick meeting the titular family and dismissing them as repeating a lot of the same gimmicks as the Loud family, culminating in a comparison to The Cleveland Show
Rick: Hey, you guys remember when Family Guy had that spin-off show? You know, The Cleveland Show? Boy, what a misstep that was. I mean, first of all, who the hell wanted to see a show about Cleveland? I mean, some side characters are just better off staying side characters, you know? There-There was really just no point in making him move away. Second, the show was basically just the same as Family Guy. Same kind of jokes. Same writing style. You even got the same kinda set up. Same amount of family members, a group of friends. Except they're all way less interesting or funny. They pretty much turned Cleveland into Peter Griffin as well. The whole show was pretty much just a worse version of Family Guy. There was literally no point to it existing. Well, apart from it being a poor attempt to appeal to a minority group which didn't even really work. It's no wonder the show got cancelled.
    Lori: (headdesks)
  • Lynner Takes The Stone has Rick dealing with Lynn's antics after losing during game night, including her still trying to showboat while everyone is trying to sleep.
Lynn: I CAN GO TO SLEEP THE FASTEST! I CAN ALSO SNORE THE LOUDEST!
Rick: LYNN, SHUT THE FUCK UP!
  • Pickle Rick's Geriantics turns the Pickle Rick meme on its head by Luan explaining to Rick how the original joke of the episode isn't funny. Minutes later, Pop Pop sees Pickle Rick for the first time and declares it "the funniest thing [he's] ever seen".
    • Later in the same chapter, Rick's attempt to scare the nursing home attendant fails. All he can say is "Dang it."
  • At one point in The Man With The Plan, Officer Lori and Officer Rick drive past Linkoln and Lucyna in the street fighting each other. Mildly amusing on its on. Very amusing when both of them would later be revealed as fighters in a game often compared to Super Smash Bros.
  • A dark humor example- in the wasp universe in Raw Deal: Rick, Die, Repeat, the Wasp Louds are feasting on a caterpillar version of Flip. While he's still alive.
  • A small moment in No Such Thing as Luck; after Lincoln breaks her out of Lynn's brainwashing, Lucy looks into a mirror to see herself wearing a cheerleader outfit and hisses, but inwardly thinks she looks cute in pigtails.
  • During their subplot in Nicktoons Unite!, Lynn and Lucy dress up and act the exact opposite of their normal personalities; Lucy being more girlish and Lynn becoming a goth. This completely confounds the rest of the family.
