Unlike the previous years, the Japanese talents debuting in 2022 (bar Salome) are graduates from Virtual Talent Academy, ANYCOLOR's pilot project in the latter half of 2021 to train newbie streamers and entertainers.

• Cute Little Fangs: Yotsuha continues her "mama's" trademark of cute fangs. They're more obvious when she opens her mouth or smiles.
• Like Brother and Sister: With Luca and Alban of the EN branch, who she shares a character artist with. She refers to both of them as "onii-chan", and they likewise dote on her in return.
• Ordinary High-School Student: Lorewise she's the most normal of her wave. While Muyu is a half-demon and Nei is capable of seeing fairies, Yotsuha is just a completely normal student.

• Birds of a Feather: With Seraph, who is similarly odd and tends to speak on reflex. This has lead to Akira nearly losing his mind over the course of one of their VALORANT collabs as he simply couldn't keep up with the ridiculous tangents they would go off on together and being the tsukkomi for both of them.
• Dream Eater: She consumes nightmares, leaving people with good dreams. On the other hand, this causes her own sleep to get worse. This later became a Chekhov's Skill, as she ended up eating one of Seraph's nightmares as part of the setting for one of his lore drops.
• Half-Human Hybrid: Half human, half youkai.
• Like Brother and Sister: With Akira, with whom she forms the duo Spy☆Dream.

• Huge Guy, Tiny Girl: With Seraph in their NijiQuiz appearance, as he's One Head Taller than her.
• Like Brother and Sister: Has this dynamic with Seraph, who she refers to as her "fucking cheeky little brother". Likewise, Seraph has called her his "scary older sister".
• Trademark Favorite Food: Blueberries, reflected by the blueberry fairies that surround her.
• Unaffected by Spice: She enjoys spicy foods (to the point where she has tabasco sauce hanging from her neck in her default outfit), and didn't react at all when she ate a wasabi cream puff in a punishment game.

Hyakumantenbara Salome (壱百満天原サロメ) is an ex-recluse who dreams of becoming a noblewoman. She became a liver in hopes of giving those in a similar predicament to her past self a reason to smile.

Introduced right after Nijisanji's official channel hit one million subscribers, Salome is the first Nijisanji liver to debut without a group or duo. She became the fastest Nijisanji liver to reach 100,000 subscribers (barely 3 hours after her debut stream) and passed 500,000 subscribers less than a week after her debut; she is also the fastest VTuber to ever reach 1 million subscribers, reaching the milestone after a mere two weeks and beating Gawr Gura's long-standing record time of 40 days. Salome has surpassed Kuzuha as Nijisanji's number one liver in terms of Youtube subscriber count.

She is good at holding conversations, often talking so fast that translators have trouble keeping up.

• Animal Motifs: The scorpion.
• Bilingual Bonus: Part of her surname has "hyakuman" in it, which is Japanese for "one million". Coincidentally, she was introduced not long after the official Nijisanji channel hit the one million subscribers milestone.
• Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick: Her debut had her present her residential card, resume, ID card, and photos of her gastroscopy.
• Fangirl: She revealed herself to be a fan of the Vocaloid KAITO and his voice provider Naoto Fuuga during her Zettai Zetsumei Toshi 2 playthrough.
• Hikikomori: She used to be one in the past.
• I Just Want to Be Special: The reason why she picked up the mannerisms of an Ojou.
• Motor Mouth: One of her special qualities is being able to talk really fast.
• Noblewoman's Laugh: After all, she is...
• Ojou: Has the aesthetic down pat (helps that she apparently already had Regal Ringlets and a refined way of speaking), but is still working on attaining the personality and financial prosperity of one.
• Overly Long Name: Her full name is very long no matter in which language it's written. In Japanese, it's written with five kanjis and three katakanas, making up a total of eight characters, which is pretty long by Japanese standards.
• Regal Ringlets: Her hair is full of them.
• Revisiting the Roots: Part of what makes Salome unique even among the other livers is that her content production is a throwback to the era of the "Four Heavenly Kings" of VTubing, with a fairly rigid streaming schedule and strong adherence to Kayfabe. The fact that she has such a strict schedule makes it very easy for viewers to plan around without taking too much of their time.
• Sophisticated as Hell: Has a habit of repeating vulgar English phrases she hears in games and adding "desu wa" to them. The most popular examples being "Fuck you desu wa" and "Kiss my ass desu wa" when hearing Ethan swear in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
• Verbal Tic: "Desu wa". The added "wa" represents her unique form of nobility.
