• The Ditz: She's known for her rather airheaded way of thinking and her complete lack of mathematic skills (her mathematic skills is about the level of a primary school student). Her collaboration with Gwelu improved her math skills somewhat.
• History Repeats: At one point, she watched a clip of herself where she played the same game twice (one year ago and one month ago) and reacted to the same question the exact same way. While watching that clip, she still reacted the same way she did the first two times because she forgot the content of the question again.
  "Eh?! Humans can be made into soap?!"
• Situational Hand Switch: Her sheath is on the right side of her hip and she's shown holding her sword with her left hand in her key visual, but she's actually right-handed. In her 3D debut video, she's about to draw her sword with her left hand, but because of the camera work, the sword is already fully drawn in her right hand, something she would later acknowledge after it's been pointed out to her.

• Only One Name: The only 2020 member without a surname.
• Person of Mass Construction: Ibrahim plays Minecraft extremely frequently, and is a very skilled builder. He managed to build a beautiful little town all by himself in the Nijisanji Minecraft server over the course of just a single month.
• Token Minority: He has darker skin than most other Livers and came from a foreign place known as the Corvus Empire.

• Converted Fanboy: He started playing Uma Musume and got invested in the game of all things.
• Determinator:
  • He did a speedrun of Pokemon Sapphire with only a Mudkip.
  • When preparing for a Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes collaboration with Fumi, he spent 10 hours over 3 days memorizing the manual, to the point where he could solve multiple modules while waiting for Fumi to respond.
• Disproportionate Retribution: Nagao and Kaida had an escalating prank war in Minecraft that started because Kaida filled Nagao's garden with bamboos. After several back-and-forth pranks involving sending loads of plants or animals to the other side's house, Nagao decided to end the prank war once and for all by burying Kaida's house under a mountain over the course of a 9-hour stream.
• Familiar: Has a shikigami named Muu-chan drawn by himself who's actually a Shiba Inu despite their appearing like a cat.
• Identical Stranger: Not the character himself, but his voice sounds similar to Ibrahim's. There was even a Meifu (Melissa, Furen, Ibrahim) stream where he was invited to do a prank on Furen by pretending to be Ibrahim during the stream.
• It Gets Easier: When explaining why he's got long hair, part of his story is that he saw so many of his colleagues die that he eventually got used to their deaths.
• Long-Haired Pretty Boy: He's got very pretty face and very long hair. When Chigusa asks him about the story of why he's grown his hair so long, Nagao explains that one of his dead colleagues commented on that he looks good with long hair. And while he had short hair at some point and several dead colleagues throughout the years, his long hair is a reminder of his dead colleague from his early exorcist career.
• Poor, Predictable Rock: Music-wise, he can only sing and play the Cajun.
• Samurai Ponytail: Nagao is a Japanese-styled exorcist (祓魔師, futsumashi), and his hair fittingly has a samurai ponytail.
• Ship Tease: With Fumi whenever they collab together as Fukeizai. He often goes great lengths in order to please her, such as memorizing the manual in Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.

• The Baby of the Bunch: Arguably the youngest member in VΔLZ.
• Beware the Nice Ones: Despite his lax personality, he can and will be intimidating if necessary.
• Fanboy: Has stated to be a fan of Vocaloid.
• In Touch with His Feminine Side: He can be a bit girly at times such as talking about makeup.
• Long-Haired Pretty Boy: He received his second costume on December 12th and has kept it permanently ever since.
• Man of a Thousand Voices: He can do a lot of different voices, including high-pitched female voices.
• Only Sane Man: He's more down to earth than his genmates.

• The Night Owl: He sometimes streams in the night hours, either playing a horror game, singing some vocaloid songs, or talking with his viewers.
• Nice Guy: Compared to Nagao, who is a bit of a childish jester, and Kaida, who is socially awkward, Genzuki is conventionally nice and sociable.
• Put on a Bus: In February 2021, Genzuki decided to take a 3 week streaming hiatus in order to take care of himself and focus on more of his cover songs. He later returned streaming on March 9th.
• Renaissance Man: Of the music variety. He can play a plethora of instruments such as the piano, guitar, cello, recorder, clarinet, drums, kalimba, percussion and the trumpet. He also mixes some of his songs for himself and other livers as well.
• Spell My Name With An S: Invoked in a Mario Kart Tournament, Kenmochi Toya misread his name as Gentsuki Toshiro.

• ASMR Video: Some of his videos includes ASMR content.
• Butt-Monkey: Happens frequently, much to his dismay.
  • One such instance involved multiple other streamers writing wishes while posing as him in Minecraft, which ranged from the hilariously lame ("I want to be cool-wait, I'm already cool!", written by Yorumi) to the absolutely absurd ("I want to sumo wrestle with a girl!", by Ars Almal, before she redacts it for thinking she's gone way too far). Only Chigusa seems to take the lightest of mercy on him, mostly because he's right there with her, by adding "I want to continue having fun in Nijisanji".
  • Another instance where his listeners playfully tease or even bully him for fun.
  • In another instance his English speaking fans tempted him to hold hands on Valentine's Day.
• Cloudcuckoolander: He tends to say completely random things, almost rivaling Fuwa Minato
• Covert Pervert: Happens occasionally such as this one here.
• Does Not Like Spam: He's not fond of Tomatos.
• Hidden Depths: He has a license degree in teaching, but never uses it.
• Idiot Hair: A piece of his hair sticks up, befitting his silly personality.
• Jack of All Trades: He has the most solo content in all of Nijisanji. In addition to his guitar streams, he also does chatting, single-player games, FPS, horror, casual games, and ASMR.
• No Indoor Voice: Speaks very loudly, almost to the point of Suddenly Shouting.
• Otaku: He's a huge anime fan and often sings Anime songs during his Karaoke streams.
• Person of Mass Construction: Haru is the most active liver on the Nijisanji Minecraft server's "new" world, and he's completed a range of projects including a town, the traditional Japanese-styled "Neo Gion", a modern-styled aquarium, various resource farms, and a 21-floor high-rise (the rooms of which can be claimed by other livers).
• Team Mom: He takes up this role in his VΔLZ collaborations (Nagao, Genzuki, and Kaida), where he is the most reserved member of the trio and cares the most about his companions... at least it was until his Manchild antics slowly started to gain prominence.
• Too Kinky to Torture: He gets excited at the thought of someone or something hurting him.
• Vocal Evolution: He started off with a deep voice before it got higher over time.

• Significant Birth Date: Subverted. According to Sango she was meant to be born on March 5th, and was named as such, but she came out a day late.

Melissa has stated on Twitter that they self-identify as genderfluid, with their own perception varying between male and female, but in other streams has stated that having no gender might be a better description.
