    Makoto Naegi

Makoto Naegi

Stand: Ooda-Booga Boogie

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/makotonaegi2048.png

The Ultimate Lucky Student, Makoto Naegi is an optimistic young boy.

His Stand, Ooda-Booga Boogie (named after a song by Nerdcore rap group JT Music), manifests as a powerful aura that stores kinetic energy inside his body.

  • Adaptational Badass: He was a normal high school student among Ultimates, but here he has a Stand. Since it's noted that all Ultimates have a Stand, this shows that Makoto is definitely equal to any of them.
  • Battle Aura: His Stand manifests as a powerful aura that gathers and stores kinetic energy inside his body.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: He's the same All-Loving Hero from canon, but if someone proves to be a criminal or is otherwise unrepentantly dangerous, he will not hesitate to take them down.
  • Class Representative: He's such a Hope Bringer, able to keep the entire class glued together, that they easily elect him for this position.
  • Meaningful Name: The chorus of the rap the Stand is named after (in tribute to Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy) perfectly explains how Makoto can build up kinetic energy, then unleash it with tremendous force.
  • No-Sell: When the kinetic energy built up by his Stand reaches maximum, it actually protects him from anything that could harm him, such as arms fire, physical attacks, falling from massive heights, or being crushed.
  • One-Steve Limit: Averted, as he shares his first name with Makoto Niijima, who shows up in Phantom Thieves Origins.

    Kyoko Kirigiri

Kyoko Kirigiri

Stand: In Sync

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kyoko_kirigiri_illustration.png

The Ultimate Detective, Kyoko Kirigiri is the daughter of Hope's Peak Academy's headmaster, Jin Kirigiri.

Her Stand, In Sync (named after American boy band *NSYNC), is embedded in her eyes, giving her vision that functions like augmented reality.

  • Alliterative Name: Like in canon, Kyoko Kirigiri.
  • Demoted to Extra: She doesn't get as much screentime as in canon.
  • Heads-Up Display: Her Stand, In Sync, gives her this. As her Stand is in her eyes and thus function similarly to augmented reality, she can pinpoint locations of other humans via x-ray, highlight important details, and calculate distances between her and important locations depending on what her current task is. This ability can be turned on or off at will.
  • Mythology Gag: Koichi scouted her when she caught the Serial Killer Sparkling Justice, who was mentioned in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
  • Ship Tease: It's hinted that she and Makoto still wind up as a couple during the story.

    Byakuya Togami

Byakuya Togami

Stand: Infinite

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/byakuyatogami2048.png

The Ultimate Affluent Prodigy, and the current heir to the Togami estate, one of the richest families in the world.

His Stand, Infinite (named after a Dangerkids song), possesses the ability to create virtual worlds and perception-altering constructs that are extremely similar to the real thing, whether it be objects or people.

  • Adaptational Nice Guy: While still snarky in his own way, he's more than willing to work with his classmates.
  • Badass Boast: While fighting the artificial Stand users in Cruel Angel's Thesis, Byakuya has this to say in response to them saying he's a man playing god.
Byakuya: "With a power like this, becoming a god isn't that hard at all, so I don't even bother. The truth is, I'm not playing god. This whole time... I've been playing human!"
  • Expy: His Stand has the same powers and appearance as its namesake.
  • I Am Not Left-Handed: He shows just how much power he truly has to the fake Stand users in Cruel Angel's Thesis.
  • Logical Weakness: Like most Stand users that have invincible Stands, the only way to take out Infinite is to take out Byakuya, as he can't use his Stand to affect his own physical form.
  • Ship Tease: He seems to actually enjoy Toko's company.

    Junko Enoshima

Junko Enoshima

Stand: Centuries

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/junko_transparent.png

Originally known as the Ultimate Despair and the main mastermind of the Tragedy, Junko Enoshima in this universe is a much more noble individual. While unofficially known as the Ultimate Analyst, her official title is Ultimate Fashionista.

Her Stand, Centuries (named after a Fall Out Boy song), manifests as a small, sentient journal that responds to whoever writes in it and presents accurate analyses of the information provided by the writer.

  • Adaptational Heroism: Probably one of the biggest examples in the series, going from an absolute monster obsessed with spreading despair to a friendly school girl.
  • Adaptational Sexuality: Canon Junko had no romantic or sexual interest in anyone, being only concerned with spreading despair. Here, because things happened differently, she winds up developing a crush on Mondo Owada.
  • Awesome by Analysis: Despite appearing as a small journal, Centuries is sentient enough to respond to Junko's observations and thoughts with accurate analyses of the information presented. This can range from explaining the intentions of bio-terrorists, to foiling sabotage attempts by rival models or predicting the chances of hooking up with a cute classmate she fell in love with. Manifesting Centuries is what prevented Junko from becoming the psychopathic, despair-obsessed girl she was in canon, as her Stand both provided a healthier method to express her thoughts and deconstructed her canon beliefs regarding despair.
  • Friend to All Children: She still winds up as a babysitter for the Warriors of Hope kids, but due to changed circumstances, she winds up as a much better role model. It helps that the kids have much more stable family lives.
  • Love at First Sight: She starts developing a crush on Mondo Owada, a classmate of hers, the moment she laid eyes on him. She even blushes when she writes into Centuries about them getting together and receives a very high probability of it happening.
  • Point of Divergence: Having an intelligent Stand that is sentient enough to understand and respond to her words in a human-like manner gave her a lot of perspective, making her realize her idea of despair being chaotic and unpredictable was a fallacy.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Since she doesn't have a despair fetish like in canon, she doesn't go through the process of literally every original execution culminating in getting Squashed Flat.

    Mukuro Ikusaba

Mukuro Ikusaba

Stand: Mr. Big

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mukuro_ikusaba.png

The Ultimate Soldier, Mukuro Ikusaba is Junko's older twin sister.

Her Stand, Mr. Big (named after pop-rock band Mr. Big), manifests as a large rifle that fires bullets made of Stand energy. With it, Mukuro is able to apply various status effects to both her enemies and her allies.

  • Adaptational Heroism: She goes from being her sister's unquestioning servant in spreading despair to being on the heroes' side thanks to her sister also getting hit with this trope.
  • Foil: Like Hol Horse, her Stand takes the form of a gun. But instead of a revolver with infinite bullets that can be mentally controlled, it's a rifle with infinite bullets that can either heal or debilitate.
  • Healing Shiv: Unlike Emperor, which works almost like an ordinary firearm, Mr. Big can induce various positive and negative status effects, like paralysis and healing.
  • Irony: She's in many ways the perfect soldier, yet her Stand is designed for support and healing rather than frontline fighting or even sniping.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, she is speared to death multiple times by Junko while pretending to be her twin sister. Here, she survives due to changed circumstances like Junko manifesting her own Stand.
  • Super-Soldier: Much like canon, she doesn't have a scratch on her from her numerous battles.

    Kiyotaka Ishimaru

Kiyotaka Ishimaru

Stand: Citizen Soldier

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ishimaru_art.png

The Ultimate Moral Compass, he believes in merit over all. He's also much friendlier than his strait-laced demeanor would suggest.

His Stand, Citizen Soldier (named after a 3 Doors Down song), takes the form of a jet pack that not only lets him fly, but it also gives him both great flight maneuverability and the ability to fire rockets and bombs.

  • Adaptational Origin Connection: In canon, Taka's grandfather was a disgraced former prime minister. Here the man never even got elected.
  • Bad Powers, Good People: His Stand is a powerful militaristic death dealer, yet he's one of the most noble and heroic members of the cast.
  • Mythology Gag: While his Stand is active, his hair goes pure white and his eyes gain a red glow to them, much like in canon when he'd convinced himself that he and Mondo had their souls combined into one being.
  • Odd Friendship: Like in canon, he, a class representative, ultimately forms a brotherly bond with the delinquent Mondo.
  • Ship Tease: He's paired with Mukuro a lot, and she is noted to have a crush on him.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, he was bludgeoned to death by Hifumi Yamada, who acted under Celestia Ludenburg's instructions. Here, due to changed circumstances and choices preventing the Killing Games from taking place, he survives way past his canon death.

    Toko Fukawa

Toko Fukawa

Stand: The Devil Within

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fukawa_art.png

The Ultimate Writing Prodigy, author of several popular romance novels, including her biggest classic "So Lingers the Ocean".

Her Stand, The Devil Within (named after a Digital Daggers song), manifests as a stun gun that Toko uses to shock herself, altering her physiology and sharpening all of her physical abilities.

  • Adaptational Attractiveness: She's noted to be much nicer-looking, and to actually bathe more.
  • Creepy Good: Activating her Stand puts her just on the edge of sanity, but she's aware enough to keep from going over and remains one of the heroes.
  • Point of Divergence: For having one author gaining a Stand, a serial killer was never born.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: The first sign her Stand has properly affected her is that her eyes turn a vivid red color.
  • Ship Tease: She seems to have a much better chance with Byakuya then she ever did in canon.
  • Split-Personality Merge: Implied with the way Toko's Stand works, her Genocide Jack persona merging with her as she repeatedly used her Stand.

    Sayaka Maizono

Sayaka Maizono

Stand: Nebula

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/maizono_art.png

The Ultimate Pop Sensation, Sayaka Maizono is a famous idol singer and an old friend of Makoto Naegi.

Her Stand, Nebula (named after a Hatsune Miku song), lets her control sounds similar to Sonic Youth, though in her case, she generates increasingly powerful energy spheres the longer she sings.

  • Adaptational Angst Downgrade: In canon, her Fatal Flaws were emotional dependence and the fear of abandonment, both of which stemmed from being raised by a neglectful, Workaholic father. Her attachment to her bandmates made her vulnerable to Monokuma's psychological manipulations, kickstarting the Killing Games out of fear for her bandmates' lives the moment it looked like they were in trouble. She also mentioned in a conversation with Makoto that she did "terrible things" to achieve her dream as an Idol Singer. Here, she doesn't have these issues due to changed circumstances and a changed setting.
  • Adaptational Heroism: In canon, while she was too nice to commit cold-blooded murder, she did try to murder Leon in hopes of getting out of Hope's Peak Academy and rejoining her bandmates, kickstarting the Killing Game. Here, she doesn't do this.
  • Glass Cannon: While her Stand is great for offense, it's horrible for defense, so Sayaka is at her best while she's with a group.
  • Kamehamehadouken: Her singing gets transformed into powerful energy spheres that she can launch at enemies.
  • Ms. Fanservice: She's first mentioned having done a swimsuit magazine, which really shows off her figure.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, she was the first victim of the Killing Game, having been fatally stabbed in the gut by Leon in response to her trying to kill him. Here, this doesn't happen.

    Leon Kuwata

Leon Kuwata

Stand: Quicksilver

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kuwata_art.png

The Ultimate Baseball Star, a Brilliant, but Lazy athlete who relishes the chance to fight evil.

His Stand, Quicksilver (named after psychedelic rock band Quicksilver Messenger Service), allows him to convert any metal or mineral particles in the air into explosive projectiles similar to cannonballs.

  • Abnormal Ammo: Quicksilver uses minerals from the environment to fire off powerful projectiles.
  • Adaptational Heroism: In the game, he was the first "Blackened" of the Killing Game (he did claim self-defense, but the circumstances around it make him more guilty than he thought). Here he's a true hero among the team.
  • Extra-ore-dinary: Quicksilver draws in minerals, especially metal, to create powerful projectiles to attack enemies.
  • I Know Madden Kombat: Instead of using his Stand the way one would expect, Leon makes use of his baseball skills and throws his Stand's projectiles like he's throwing a pitch.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Yeah, Leon doesn't have to worry about getting pelted to death by a pitching machine in this story.

    Hifumi Yamada

Hifumi Yamada

Stand: Rewrite

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hifumiyamada2048.png

The Ultimate Fanfiction Creator, Hifumi Yamada is a rotund-bodied member of Class 78.

His Stand, Rewrite (named after a Paul Simon song), is bound to his writing utensils and lets him make anything he writes a reality.

  • Adaptational Heroism: He was (technically) one of the killers in canon, having been coerced into killing Kiyotaka. Here he's definitely a hero, alongside the rest of his class.
  • Good Counterpart: To Mitsuo Kubo of Phantom Thief Joker Part 1. Both are physically unattractive Otaku, except Mitsuo Kubo is a total creep who resents the world for ignoring him and tries to get attention by killing people, while Hifumi Yamada is a social butterfly and has a lot of friends. They're also Stand users, except Mitsuo Kubo's Stand, Space Invaders, consists only of toy blocks, reflecting the Psychopathic Manchild he truly is, while Hifumi Yamada's Stand, Rewrite, is incredibly versatile and has useful applications. Goro Akechi even states that compared to someone like Hifumi Yamada, Mitsuo Kubo is "at the other end of the spectrum".
  • One-Steve Limit: Averted, since Hifumi Togo shows up in a later story.
  • Required Secondary Powers: Since his Stand needs coherent sentences to properly function, a lot of its effectiveness comes down to Hifumi's writing skills. Fortunately, as the Ultimate Fanfiction Creator, his writing skills are top-notch.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, he was killed by Celeste in an effort to create a chaotic murder scenario that she could use to escape. Here he suffers no such fate.

    Aoi Asahina

Aoi Asahina

Stand: Ocean Blue

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/aoi_asahina_illustration.png

The Ultimate Swimming Pro, an expert athelete with a love for donuts.

Her Stand, Ocean Blue, (named after indie pop group The Ocean Blue), appears as a cybernetic humanoid that can charge and shoot out Aoi's body fluids as projectiles.

  • Alliterative Name: Like in canon, Aoi Asahina.
  • It Runs in the Family: It's noted that her younger brother is also a capable athlete, though it's not known if he's also a Stand user.
  • Logical Weakness: After a time using her Stand, she needs to allow her body to rehydrate, or she starts to weaken.
  • Required Secondary Powers: Since her Stand frequently uses her own body fluids for attacks, they tend to be expelled more easily to allow frequent attacks.

    Chihiro Fujisaki

Chihiro Fujisaki

Stand: Digital Love

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/chihirofujisaki2048.png

The Ultimate Programmer, Chihiro Fujisaki is a young boy who cross-dresses as a girl.

His Stand, Digital Love (named after a Daft Punk song), appears as a laptop containing an Alter-Ego program, allowing him to hack into any computer with a modem and access information normally barred from hackers.

  • Magical Computer: His Stand manifests as a laptop containing an Alter-Ego program. This laptop can hack into any modem-using computer and access information ordinary hackers can't, which is then fed directly into his brain.
  • Playful Hacker: His Stand can crack just about any system, but he's one of the good guys.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon, he accidentally pressed one of Mondo's Berserk Buttons by asking if he could train with him to become stronger, unaware of Mondo's issues and resentment. This leads to Mondo beating him to death with a dumbbell in a fit of rage. Here, he survives because Mondo's older brother, Daiya, survives, rendering all of Mondo's canon issues relatively nonexistent and leading to them becoming good friends.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: As in canon, he's a boy who dresses like a girl, and is so feminine-looking that many of his classmates didn't realize his true gender at first. Mukuro even had an Unsettling Gender-Reveal moment when she realized the "girl" Mondo was hanging out with is actually a guy. However, Junko quickly figured out his secret because his style of dress (i.e. Victorian) was incredibly old-fashioned.

    Mondo Owada

Mondo Owada

Stand: Howlin' Wolf

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/owada_art.png

The Ultimate Biker Gang Leader, Mondo Owada is the leader of the Crazy Diamonds biker gang.

His Stand, Howlin' Wolf (named after Blues musician Howlin' Wolf), takes the form of a grey, cybernetic wolf that can unleash supersonic howls.

  • Adaptational Angst Downgrade: Canon Mondo was a Broken Ace who suffered from both an extreme inferiority complex and Survivor Guilt regarding the death of his older brother in a traffic accident, caused by his own recklessness that stemmed from said inferiority complex. He also suffered from stress over fulfilling all his promises, including the promise made to his older brother to keep the Crazy Diamonds gang together. All these issues led to Mondo killing Chihiro in a fit of rage. Here, Mondo was able to save his brother by awakening his Stand, Howlin' Wolf, before Daiya got killed by an oncoming vehicle, preventing the issues he would suffer in canon from ever surfacing.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Canon Mondo was a Sympathetic Murderer who killed his friend Chihiro in a fit of rage after both his inferiority complex and envy towards the latter boiled over, only to realize what he had done once his senses return. Here, due to changed circumstances and choices, Mondo doesn't have his canon counterpart's issues and thus never kills Chihiro, so they stay good friends.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: While one of the nicer students of Class 78, canon Mondo was a Jerk with a Heart of Gold whose Fatal Flaws included a Hair-Trigger Temper, an Inferiority Superiority Complex, and Survivor Guilt over causing his older brother's death in a traffic accident. Here, he's still hot-blooded, but changed circumstances like Daiya Owada's survival and Hope's Peak Academy being led by actual Reasonable Authority Figures means that Mondo is emotionally healthier than his canon counterpart. He also has a much better relationship with Chihiro as he isn't envious of the latter to the point of homicidal fury, like what happened in canon.
  • Always Second Best: Deconstructed. There's no denying that he is very talented as his Ultimate title shows, but being constantly treated by the Crazy Diamonds gang as an inferior leader to his predecessor and older brother, Daiya, eventually led to him challenging Daiya to a motorcycle race in order to prove himself. While tragedy was averted thanks to him manifesting his Stand in time, his experiences later led to him bonding with Kiyotaka, who had the misfortune of being a crooked politician's grandson.
  • Delinquent Hair: As in canon, he has a large, orange pompadour shaped like a corn cob.
  • Gale-Force Sound: His Stand, Howlin' Wolf, is capable of unleashing powerful sonic howls. This power is what saved his older brother from dying in a traffic accident, and would later prove quite handy in crises like stopping Honami Sato and her forces.
  • Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: While searching for survivors of the zombie attacks, he came across a hysterical woman named Leah Stein, who had just lost her baby to zombies. He gave her a sharp slap to make her snap out of her emotional upset and agree to be led to safety.
  • Horse of a Different Color: His Stand, Howlin' Wolf, is large enough to be ridden by anyone. This can be confusing to non-Stand users; one woman he helped rescue rode Howlin' Wolf to the Security Room in Willamette Mall due to her broken ankle, but was confused over why she was somehow floating in midair.
  • Mistaken for Gay: Inverted. Mukuro thinks he and Chihiro are dating because they both go to the gym so often, but Junko clarifies that he and Chihiro are only friends and that he isn't attracted to men. This leads to an Unsettling Gender-Reveal moment where Mukuro is shocked upon realizing that the "girl" Mondo was hanging out with is actually a cross-dressing boy.
  • Noble Wolf: Befitting his more heroic character, his Stand is a grey, cybernetic wolf named Howlin' Wolf. Its appearance is described in Jojolion as "noble and fierce".
  • Odd Friendship: He's the Hot-Blooded Ultimate Gang Leader who heads the Crazy Diamonds gang after his older brother, Daiya, graduated. Like in canon, he initially comes to blows with the obsessively principled, hard-working, and strait-laced Kiyotaka, only to befriend each other later over their shared personalities and desire to prove themselves in the eyes of others.
  • Point of Divergence: While he still impulsively challenged Daiya to a motorcycle race in canon, the "nail" was awakening his Stand, Howlin' Wolf, whose sonic howls saved Daiya by not only blowing him away, but also destroying the engine of the vehicle that would have fatally struck him in canon.
  • A Shared Suffering: Part of the reason why he ends up bonding with Kiyotaka here is because he sympathizes with the latter's desire to restore his family name after his crooked politician grandfather tarnished it. Given that he himself was constantly compared to his older brother, Daiya, after inheriting leadership of the Crazy Diamonds gang, he knows where Kiyotaka is coming from.
  • Sketchy Successor: While he is the leader of the Crazy Diamonds gang and is undeniably talented (as shown with his title as the Ultimate Biker Gang Leader), in the past, his gang constantly compared him to his older brother, Daiya, who previously led them before his graduation. This led to his canon action of challenging Daiya to the motorcycle race that killed the latter in canon, only to end up saving his brother from a fatal traffic accident with his then-newly-manifested Stand. It also later leads to him sympathizing with Kiyotaka over the latter's issues of being the grandson of a crooked politician, as he understands how people can judge someone based on the flimsiest excuses.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Canon Mondo was executed in the most horrific way possible — trapped in an electrified death cage and dragged at high speeds by a motorcycle he was tied to, until he was reduced to nothing but paste by the resulting g-force. Thanks to Kakyoin's intervention, he gets to live, as the Killing Games never happened in this setting. He himself also saved his older brother, Daiya Owada, from being killed in a traffic accident by awakening his Stand in time.

    Sakura Ogami

Sakura Ogami

Stand: Red Garland

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ogami_art.png

The Ultimate Martial Artist, a muscular woman who's an expert in mixed martial arts.

Her Stand, Red Garland (named after American jazz pianist Red Garland), possesses powerful fists and can knock out someone temporarily with a single punch.

  • Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: Her Stand manifests as a large warrior dressed in red armor, which fits a big buff red-skinned schoolgirl like herself.
  • Boring, but Practical: Red Garland just has incredible strength and can fight alongside its user, but that's all it needs to win most fights.
  • Required Secondary Powers: Sakura's talent as the Ultimate Martial Artist acts as this for her Stand, which canonically is rather inaccurate to compensate for its strength.
  • Shipper on Deck: When she overhears Junko and Mukuro teasing each other about their crushes on Mondo and Kiyotaka respectively, she encourages them to act on their feelings.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: The Lighter and Softer world of JoJo means Sakura never has to resort to suicide just to stop everyone from killing each other.
  • Violence Really Is the Answer: During the Willamette incident, while searching for survivors, she comes under attack by Burt Thompson and knocks the wind out of him in self-defense. When she explains why she was there, he asks why she didn't explain herself earlier, to which she replies that he wasn't likely to listen in his frenzied state.

    Yasuhiro Hagakure

Yasuhiro Hagakure

Stand: Deep Purple

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/yasuhirohagakure2048.png

The Ultimate Clairvoyant, he's capable of seeing anything anyone would want to know. And with a higher accuracy rating than you might expect.

His Stand, Deep Purple (named after hard rock band Deep Purple), can not only generate smoky mists, but also manipulate air and atmospheric density.

  • Adaptational Badass: Unlike his canon counterpart, a Phony Psychic who believes that he's the real deal, he's a Stand user with the power to manipulate air and atmospheric density and pressure. It's also implied here that his talent as the Ultimate Clairvoyant is legitimate since fate is a real, tangible concept in the JoJo 'verse, as shown previously with Avdol's fortune-telling and Boingo's Stand Thoth.
  • Having a Blast: One of the first tricks Hiro does with his Stand is to create an explosion using the surrounding oxygen.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Deep Purple's mist has a variety of effects, and Yasuhiro's well-versed in all of them, so he knows how to handle himself in a fight.
  • Poisonous Person: Deep Purple can create poison in the air, making breathing fatal.

    Celestia Ludenberg

Celestia Ludenberg/Taeko Yasuhiro

Stand: Poker Face

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/celeste_art.png

The Ultimate Gambler, she hides her boring life behind a gambler's lifestyle, going so far as to use an alias almost constantly.

Her Stand, Poker Face (named after a Lady Gaga song), manifests as a poker deck containing fifty-two cards imbued with her own Stand energy; each card has its own special powers and can act as projectiles depending on what type of poker hand she draws.

  • Adaptational Heroism: Since the Killing Games don't exist in this story, she never concocts her complicated murder scheme from canon.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: She gets along much better with everyone than in canon.
  • Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: Poker Face appears as a magical deck of cards imbued with Stand energy, which is very fitting for a student whose Ultimate talent is gambling.
  • Expy: The powers created by the cards in her deck are supposed to be a match to Kamen Rider Blade.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: In canon she was set to be burned alive, only to get run over by a fire truck. Yeah, she doesn't have to be concerned about that here.
