Imperator Rig Reek Refreese
Voiced by: Masaki Terasoma (Japanese), Gerardo Reyero (Latin American Spanish)
- Alliterative Name: Rig Reek Refreese. This quality is shared with his children Reliel and Redis.
- Bald of Authority: His head is completely devoid of hair.
- Cool Old Guy: He's a rather jovial person, and he's one of Touya's closest allies.
- Master of All: He briefly gains all of Touya's powers during the final battle against the Mutant Phrase through the use of a magic app that had been distributed to everyone's smartphones.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: According to Touya, he bears a striking resemblance to Bruce Willis.
- Parents as People: He confides in Touya that he's deeply worried for his daughter's future, which is why he's so pushy about her finding a fiance.
- Shipper on Deck: He mentions at one point that if Reliel wasn't already engaged, he'd happily offer her up to Touya as another fiancé.
Princess Reliel Rehm Refreese
Voiced by: Misaki Kuno (Japanese), Lindsay Sheppard (English), Nycolle González (Latin American Spanish)
- Alliterative Name: Reliel Rehm Refreese.
- Dark Secret: She's the author of a well-known BL series. She's desperate to hide this fact from her parents out of fear they'll send her to a convent to "purify her thoughts".
- The Jailbait Wait: Subverted. She asked Yumina if she could marry her brother Yamato, who was a baby at the time. Yumina shot her a fierce Death Glare and a Blunt "No".
- Life Imitates Art: An in-universe example. One of her series titled "Defenders of the Lily" is about a girl who's rescued by a valiant knight and falls in love, only to discover later that her savior was actually a woman. This ended up playing out for Reliel at a masquerade ball when she was saved from a creepy nobleman by a dashing young man, only to learn afterwards that it was Listis Le Triharan, the princess of the Triharan Holy Empire.
- Master of All: She briefly gains all of Touya's powers during the final battle against the Mutant Phrase through the use of a magic app that had been distributed to everyone's smartphones. Although it's unknown if she ever utilized it.
- Pen Name: She publishes her books under the name Riel Rifrese.
- Phoneaholic Teenager: Already an adult by the world's standard, she uses her phone to write her novels even in inappropriate time and place.
- Runaway Fiancé: Her fiancee left his noble life to be with a commoner girl.
- Ship Tease: She received this with Listis Le Triharan after the aforementioned masquerade incident.
- Write Who You Know: An in-universe example. She once wrote a play that featured main characters that were based on Touya and Yumina.
- Yaoi Fangirl: She writes her own BL material.
Prince Redis Reek Refreese
The Crown Prince of the Refreese Imperium.
- Alliterative Name: Redis Reek Refreese.
- Puppy Love: Early on in the series, Karen eagerly pointed out the romance blooming between him and Princess Thea of Mismede. They eventually got engaged.
Joseph
Elze and Linze's uncle on their mom's side. He and his wife raised the twins after their parents passed away.
- Country Mouse: His family lives on a farm in the countryside of Refreese. He often finds it difficult to converse with city folk.
- Give Away the Bride Because their father was gone, Joseph walked the twins down the isle during their wedding. To keep him from freaking out with so many royals in attendance, Touya used a hypnosis spell to mask his trauma beforehand.
- Trauma Button: Being around royalty sends him into a nervous frenzy. This is a result of something that happened to him in his youth. He gets better after Touya uses a hypnosis spell to calm his nerves.
Lana
Elze and Linze's aunt. She and her husband raised the twins after their parents passed away.
- Big Fun: She's on the heavier side, and she's incredibly friendly and welcoming to Touya.
- Country Mouse: Her family lives on a farm in the countryside of Refreese. Unlike her husband, she's much more personable and outgoing.
The Cousins
Joseph and Lana's eight children and the cousins of Elze and Linze. From oldest to youngest, their names are Emma, Aaron, Sheena, Allen, Kurara, Kirara, Allan, and Reno.
- The Ghost: Aaron left home to live in the city before the start of the story. To date he's the only cousin Touya hasn't met.
- Massive Numbered Siblings: A whopping eight of them. Ten if you count the Silhoueska twins who were raised alongside them.
- Promotion to Parent: Emma, the oldest sibling, helps her parents with raising the six youngest.
