Lucy Celeste

"I really like my team on a personal level, but man when the delivery in the kitchen isn't up to par, it is disappointing to have to deal with it."
Occupation: Prep Cook
Age: 24
Hometown: New Orleans, LA

  • The Ace: She's had very few mistakes in the competition so far, and outside of her poor performance on the Blind Taste Test, she's had very little issues.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: She's one of the nicer chefs of the season, but even she didn't hold back on her criticisms of Rodrigo making it into the Black Jackets.
  • Deadpan Snarker: She's easily the snarkiest chef of the season.
  • Expy: She's actually one of Sous Chef Heather. Both immediately established themselves as the front-runners and leaders of their teams, both are treated as Ms. Fanservice in their respective seasons even to the extent that Even Girls Want Her, and both were pretty nice to their teammates all things considered. It's even more fitting considering how Heather has stated she saw a lot of herself in Lucy.
  • The Flirt: She tends to flirt a lot with Tori.
  • Hero-Worshipper: She clearly looks up a lot to Sous Chef Heather, knowing how strong she is and admitting her advice is extremely helpful.
  • Honor Before Reason: She took her poor performance on the Blind Taste Test pretty well, admitting it was her fault they lost. Her being respected by the team however led to this sentiment going unnoticed, as Bruno and Tori instead blamed each other.
  • The Leader: She emerged as this on her first night with the Red Team, where she took charge of the fish station after Beatrice screwed it up.
  • Love Triangle: She had both Tori and Bruno fighting for her affection.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Considering how both Bruno and Tori have expressed attraction towards, she's this.
  • Nice Girl: One of the nicer chefs on the red team, even to the extent she's nice to Bruno.
  • Only Friend: She's pretty much the only chef on the red team to tolerate Bruno, as Pam and Tori especially disliked him.
  • Only Sane Woman: She's this by default. While Beatrice and Elizabeth were weak links, Pam was hit or miss, and Tori and Bruno often got into arguments, Lucy was really the only chef on red to not fall into drama and be able to cook. She's also the only chef to take Altair seriously as a threat.
  • Power Trio: With Tori and Bruno.
  • Ship Tease: She formed one with Tori as the competition progressed, as the two of them were shown to flirt quite a bit.
  • Star-Crossed Lovers: With Tori.
  • Well-Trained, but Inexperienced: Lucy has only been cooking professionally for about two years before applying to Hell's Kitchen. However, outside of a few mediocre challenge performances, Lucy's shown herself to be easily one of the strongest chefs on the Red team.

Victoria "Tori" Zhang

"Nobody gets between me and my girl!"
Occupation: Sous Chef
Age: 25
Hometown: Chicago, IL

  • The Flirt: She tends to flirt a lot with Lucy.
  • The Generic Girl: Outside of her friendship with Lucy, she hasn't really stood out much.
  • The Lancer: To Lucy.
  • Love Triangle: She was often competing with Bruno for the affection of Lucy.
  • Power Trio: With Lucy and Bruno.
  • Ship Tease: She formed one with Tori as the competition progressed, as the two of them were shown to flirt quite a bit. Eventually, it appeared that Lucy started to reciprocate her feelings.
  • Star-Crossed Lovers: With Lucy.
  • The Rival: To Bruno, as she dislikes his immature attitude.
  • Token Minority: The only chef of Asian descent this season.
  • Took a Level in Badass: While she was a good chef, she had a bit of trouble standing out early on. However, as the season progressed, Ramsay started to take notice of her strong performances, and even awarded her the first black jacket as a result.

Bruno Trent

"How about fuck you then? You know?"
Occupation: Steakhouse Chef
Age: 21
Hometown: Los Angeles, CA

  • Accentuate the Negative: This was the reason for his nomination in the final 10, where after his arrogance continued to rub chefs like Altair and Rodrigo the wrong way, on top of his middling performances, he ended up getting nominated over Altair despite Altair having a seemingly worse service.
  • Baby Of The Bunch: He's the youngest of the cast at 21, and has easily the most immature personality.
  • Can't Catch Up: Ultimately the reason for his elimination. Despite having a strong performance on the pass, he was still not up to the level of Tori and Lucy.
  • The Ditz: He completely forgot what "elevated" meant, resulting in him making a mere mac and cheese with not much else.
  • Expy: His immature behavior before slowly getting more mature, on top of being hated by everyone, brings many similarities to Season 7's Ben. Bonus points for being portrayed by the same user.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: While he wasn't a bad chef by any means, Bruno's arrogance rubbed the chefs on blue the wrong way, resulting in him being put up for relatively little mistakes. He was later this for a while on the Red Team.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: One of Bruno's biggest flaws was how quickly he could fly off the handle. One example of this was telling Sous Chef Heather to shut up after she found amusement in Tori's words. After Heather told him to repeat that, Bruno was called out for being disrespectful, and was kicked out of the kitchen.
  • Insane Troll Logic: For some reason after the loss of the Blind Taste Test, he blamed the loss of the challenge on Tori, saying that three out of four was not good...compared to his two out of four.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Bruno was downright rude on more than a couple of occasions, but he had instances where he could be genuinely kind.
  • Love Triangle: He was often competing with Tori for the affection of Lucy.
  • Motor Mouth: Bruno had a habit of being quite irritating to deal with in the kitchen due to him never really knowing when to be quiet.
  • Never My Fault: Bruno blamed Tori for the loss of the Blind Taste Test, and said he did so because he wanted credit. This was after the fact that not only had Tori gotten a 3/4, but Bruno scored only two, even mistaking pork for chicken.
  • No Social Skills: Easily one of Bruno's biggest flaws was that he didn't really know when to keep to himself, as several times him speaking up earned him the ire of Ramsay.
  • Power Trio: With Tori and Lucy.
  • Press Start to Game Over: Bruno was nearly on the receiving end of this, after speaking up one too many times during the signature dish challenge. Ramsay eventually threatened to boot him if he spoke up one more time.
  • The Rival: To Rodrigo when he was on the blue team. Upon being switched, he became this to Tori.
  • Too Dumb to Live: During the celebration service, Bruno started out by backtalking to Ramsay, which of course earned him the ire of him. Clearly not learning anything from his mistake, Bruno ended up mouthing off at Sous Chef Heather, causing her to get furious at him, and kick him out of the kitchen. He wound up being nominated and even nearly eliminated, but was sent back in line.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Bruno initially started as pretty hit-or-miss in the kitchen, and on top of his poor attitude, that led to him becoming a common nominee for elimination. However after a massive wake-up call, Bruno would start to seriously improve himself in the kitchen.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: At the start, Bruno was jerkish and very argument prone. However, after arguing with Sous Chef Heather and barely surviving elimination, he made a genuine effort to work on his attitude, something that didn't go unnoticed by Lucy and Tori.
  • True Companions: With Sebastian.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: As seen throughout the competition, Bruno was not a bad chef by any means, but his lack of maturity early on and poorly thought out decisions in challenges often resulted in him being put behind.
Placement: 3rd
Bruno's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - N/A

Altair Ibn Mohammad

"Rodrigo’s a danger to society, man!"
Occupation: Head Chef
Age: 25
Hometown: Brooklyn, New York

  • Cordon Bleugh Chef: His signature dish consisted of a roasted sheep head. While he defended it saying it was a delicacy in other places, Ramsay stated it was still awful.
  • Crippling Overspecialization: Altair often had trouble coming up with appetizing dishes in challenges, usually having some strange combinations that didn't work well. In service however, aside from a few hiccups, he's shown himself to be one of the better chefs on the blue team.
  • Deadpan Snarker: He has his moments of this, especially when it comes to Rodrigo.
  • The Ditz: He ended up as this during the celebration challenge. His whole time he struggled on understanding what Sebastian was trying to tell him, even going as far as to try incorporating lamb into his appetizer dish.
  • Glass Cannon: Service wise, Altair could have some really good performances, but at the same time when he crashed, he really crashed.
  • Foil: He actually wound up as this to Sebastian, at least when it comes to challenges. While Sebastian was The Ace throughout most of the season, he often had to suffer through punishments due to Altair and Rodrigo screwing things up. This resulted in him wanting nothing to do with his team and eventually, his skills starting to suffer. Altair on the other hand took the losses in stride, even when it was his fault, and didn't let any of his bitterness towards his or Rodrigo's mistakes get to him. As such, Altair wound up becoming the leader of the Blue Team as Sebastian's anger refused to simmer.
  • The Leader: He delved into this during the final eight, where he managed to barely get the kitchen together to make it through at least one entree. For his efforts, he was awarded with Best of the Worst.
  • Like Father, Like Son: Altair's family came from a long line of chefs, and he wanted to do them proud.
  • Only Sane Man: He gradually started to become this as the season progressed, as while Rodrigo got worse and the blue team's failings started to weigh down on Sebastian, he became the sole chef to really try to keep his head on straight. This was averted at the final 7 however, during the celebration planning challenge.
  • Poor Communication Kills: While taking over for Edd on the fish station, he misheard an order from Elizabeth, causing him to fall behind and argue a bit with her.
  • The Rival: He served as this to Elizabeth on her brief time on the blue team. Eventually became this to Rodrigo as his mistakes and ego began to spiral out of control.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Asked to be eliminated after a poor performance at the final five, with his guilt over lying about reheating his monkfish driving him to quit.
  • Token Minority: The only chef of Pakistani descent this season.
  • Took a Level in Badass: After several mediocre to outright bad performances, the blind taste test saw him score a perfect score of four out of four, and later that episode, be labeled with Best of the Worst during an otherwise disastrous service.
  • Underestimating Badassery: Much of the red team and Sebastian tend to lump Altair in with the weaker chefs due to his often poor showing in challenges. However, outside of those, Altair's proven to be fairly competent in the kitchen, even to the extent that he was named Best of the Worst and Best of the Best back to back. It was enough for Lucy to take notice of this.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: It's clear that Altair understands the basics of cooking quite well, but on occasion, he'll get messed up and come up with some poor ideas for dishes.
  • "Well Done, Son" Guy: His main reasoning for entering Hell's Kitchen was just to make his family proud.
  • What Were You Thinking?: His American Classics challenge saw him combine two dishes into one, making a spaghetti and meatball sub. On top of not being visually appetizing, it was criticized for making a different dish entirely.
Placement: 4th (Quit)
Altair's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - N/A

Rodrigo Borassi

"My dish is going to be great because it's unique, it's something that no one would expect, it's perfect."
Occupation: Prep Cook
Age: 24
Hometown: New Orleans, LA

  • Blatant Lies: In the final six, Rodrigo claimed that he could listen and was consistent, despite many of his mistakes coming from poor communication.
  • Crippling Overspecialization: Rodrigo was a strong link in challenges, coming up with strong dishes and putting in some of the strongest performances in them. When it came to service however, Rodrigo was easily one of the more inconsistent chefs there.
  • Deadpan Snarker: He's got his moments of this.
  • Depending on the Writer: Due to Rodrigo being portrayed by multiple users, his characterization wound up being extremely inconsistent. For the most part, he was a Small Name, Big Ego who made extremely dumb decisions and was just weak in the kitchen. On occasion however, he wound up being portrayed as a well-intentioned moron.
  • Epic Fail: His elimination service saw him cook garnish during appetizers multiple times, burn Ramsay's hand twice, and undercook his potatoes. This culminated in his ejection.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: As his attitude and mistakes started to seriously wear thin on the blue team, he became this.
  • Glass Cannon: Only really applying to his challenges. More often than not, Rodrigo could have some really strong performances there. At the same time however, when Rodrigo had a bad dish, it was really bad.
  • Idiot Houdini: Despite being one of the weakest chefs of the season, he made it to the black jackets, even over Sebastian.
  • Lethal Chef: During the Celebration Planning challenge, Rodrigo made the extremely dumb decision in trying to serve a lobster dish to Ryan's mother...even after it was specifically stated that her son was allergic to shellfish.
  • The Load: He gradually became this as the season progressed, as while Sebastian and Altair were still going strong, Rodrigo couldn't just go one service without making a mistake.
  • Never My Fault: After being called out for the lobster incident, Rodrigo's first instinct was to blame Sebastian for not telling him (despite Ramsay acknowledging that Sebastian did tell him), and then later on, he primarily blamed Altair for the loss.
  • The Quiet One: Rodrigo was notorious for his often-numerous communication problems.
  • The Rival: He was this to Bruno for Bruno's brief time on the blue team. He then became this to Altair as his mistakes kept piling up.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Rodrigo certainly believed himself to be way better than he actually was. While he was solid challenge wise, Rodrigo was often inconsistent in service.
Placement: 5th (Eliminated Mid-Service)
Rodrigo's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - N/A

Sebastian Di Modica

"Honestly, this team keeps dragging me down, I cannot keep going like this I have to do what's right."
Occupation: Executive Chef
Age: 51
Hometown: Los Angeles, CA

  • Book Ends: The dish that initially sent off Ramsay upon their first meeting was Sebastian's use of frozen calamari. What got him eliminated was his troubles with cooking calamari.
  • Cool Old Guy: He's fifty-one, easily the oldest chef in the competition, and one of the strongest chefs of the season.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Can delve into this from time to time.
  • The Determinator: After throwing his back out early on before the first service, he did his best to work through service. To his credit, he emerged as one of the stronger chefs of that service.
  • Ensemble Dark Horse (In-Universe): To the red team. He's pretty much the only chef there no one has anything bad to say about.
  • Foil: He actually wound up as this to Altair, at least when it comes to challenges.
  • The Leader: He serves as this to the blue team.
  • Only Friend: To Bruno, as he actually is willing to put up with him.
  • Only Sane Man: Deconstructed Trope. He's this to the blue team early on, being really the strongest chef on the blue team, but forced to suffer through several punishments as a result of the blue team's incompetence. However, his gradual frustration built up more and more, until it eventually bled into service and started to impact his performances, resulting in catastrophe.
  • Sanity Slippage: At the start of the season, he wasn't so bad, being more than willing to put up with his team. As the season progressed however, and the blue team's failings started to wear down on him, he got more and more frustrated with them.
  • So Proud of You: While he's eliminated before the Black Jackets, Ramsay tells him that while he may not be one, he could see how much Sebastian's grown, and told him that after so long, he finally believed in him.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: This is how he feels after losing the Celebration Challenge. While he scored a point (and probably had the best dish of the day), he was dragged down by Altair's ditziness and Rodrigo serving shellfish. Needless to say, he was not very pleased with that.
  • Took a Level in Badass: Back then on Kitchen Nightmares, he was a poor cook who tended to cut corners. However, upon his return, he's actually proven himself to be one of the strongest chefs of the season.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: In his original appearance in Kitchen Nightmares, he was rude and refused to take any sort of responsibility. However it's clear that age has greatly mellowed him out, as he's a lot more cordial with Chef Ramsay.
Placement: 6th
Sebastian's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - N/A

Pamela "Pam" Horton

"That boy's language, especially towards a sous chef, I'm shocked."
Occupation: Catering Chef
Age: 46
Hometown: Mount Pleasant, SC

  • Achilles' Heel: Inverted. Everywhere else she's unspectacular, but she's been shown to be a solid link on the apps station. The sixth episode however subverted this, where she crashed on the apps station and barely avoided elimination.
  • Cool Old Lady: She's 46, and easily one of the more laid-back chefs on the red team, although she heavily dislikes cursing.
  • The Generic Girl: Hasn't really stood out that much.
  • Failed a Spot Check: During the relay challenge, Pam made the mistake of forgetting to fire the salmon when there was only five minutes left. Despite Lucy's best efforts, the dish was criticized for having a small portion, and the blue team won as a result.
  • Nervous Wreck: She was this in her final service, as her frazzled nerves made it hard for her to bounce back on meat.
  • Nice Girl: She's more than willing to lend a hand to a chef in need, such as Faye during the final nine.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Her name is Pamela, but she's often referred as Pam throughout the season.
  • The Worf Effect: She started out fairly decent, being one of the strongest chefs on the red team alongside Lucy and Tori. However, she started to seriously tank around the final eight, with her barely avoiding elimination the first time due to Elizabeth running out of chances, and then not having a terrible service the following episode. One episode later, and she tanked on meat, resulting in her elimination.
  • Unknown Rival: She's this to Bruno. Many times in her confessional, she would privately state her dislike of Bruno due to his rude attitude.
Placement: 7th
Pam's Elimination Comment - "I'm disappointed in myself. I came in here and told myself that I was never giving up, and I never gave up on trying to win this competition, but I ended up losing confidence in myself, and that's my biggest regret here. I wanted to win this for my family and I tried to push every service, but I don't know, wipes tear, I just didn't feel like I was worthy."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “Pam may have her motherly instinct intact, but I'm looking for someone who can run a restaurant, not a babysitter.”

Elizabeth Casey

"Tonight is the night that I need to prove to Chef Ramsay that I'm deserving of this executive chef title. I know I earned it."
Occupation: Executive Chef
Age: 31
Hometown: O'Fallon, MI

  • Crippling Overspecialization: Outside of her poor signature dish, Elizabeth was actually quite strong in challenges, and even netted the blue team the win in the Blind Taste Test. Service-wise however, she tended to struggle, more often than not.
  • The Determinator: At the very start of the competition, Elizabeth had a lot to live up to as one of the few executive chefs in the competition, but she struggled so hardly out of the gate that Ramsay doubted her credentials. A switch to the blue team would challenge her to earn not only that grand prize, but Ramsay acknowledging her as deserving of that executive chef title.
  • Epic Fail: Her final service saw her absolutely tank the fish station after getting reamed out by Sous Chef Heather for trying to read orders ahead of time. It was enough for Ramsay to eliminated her without a plea.
  • High Hopes, Zero Talent: She zig-zagged this a lot. With the history of executive chefs on the show, one would expect Elizabeth to be able to be one of the strongest links on her team. Unfortunately for her, she started as easily one of the weakest chefs on the show, even being nominated despite doing nothing wrong and just being a weak link. However, a team switch would allow her to regain some lost ground, being labeled as the Best of the Worst that night. However, she went right back to struggling, and she was gone not long after.
  • The Leader: Was this to the blue team upon her switch, where despite her strong efforts, she ended up not being able to secure a win in both challenge and service.
  • Nervous Wreck: Was this in her final service, where after being reamed out by Heather, she was frazzled quite a bit on fish, resulting in Altair stepping in to help her out.
  • Pointy-Haired Boss: She's an executive chef, but still one of the weaker chefs of the season.
  • The Rival: She served as this to Altair on her brief time on the blue team.
  • Too Dumb to Live: Elizabeth made the absolutely baffling decision to try and read out future ticket orders while Ramsay was out of the kitchen in order to establish herself as a leader. Unfortunately, all that resulted in was Sous Chef Heather coming in and ripping her a new one. That, alongside her less than stellar performance that night, resulted in Ramsay eliminating her without a plea.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: Her first service on the blue team was very good to her. She had one of the strongest performances during the challenge service, and while during the later service her team didn't win, she did manage to get Best of the Worst.
  • Took a Level in Badass: At the start of the competition, she was one of the weaker chefs on the red team, such to the extent that she got nominated despite doing nothing wrong. However, after a switch to the blue team, she finally got a groove going, and managed to emerge as the Best of the Worst on her first night with the team. Unfortunately, that didn't last for long, as she would return to struggling soon after, and was eliminated not long after.
Placement: 8th
Elizabeth's Elimination Comment - "I wanted this job so badly, and I wanted to prove myself to Ramsay badly as well. I know I've earned this title, but it sucks that Ramsay couldn't see it. It's just...it just sucks, you know?"
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “Elizabeth's an executive chef, and tried her best to prove that to me by reading out orders ahead of time. Doing so however added a new order tonight, and that was to end her dreams of proving me wrong.”

Faye Ashley

"What the fuck? I did good?"
Occupation: Pastry Chef
Age: 29
Hometown: Illinois City, IL

  • Achilles' Heel: While Faye wasn't a fantastic chef to start with, she easily struggled the most when it came to the meat station.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Has her moments of this.
  • Heroic BSoD: Had one of these during punishment after the American Classics Challenge. She started to doubt her spot in the competition, thinking she jumped into the competition too quickly without thinking.
  • Hidden Depths: She used to be a cheerleader in high school.
  • The Load: As nice as she was, Faye wasn't a very useful chef in the kitchen. She was ineffective at best during service, and whenever she crashed, she crashed hard.
  • Nice Girl: Easily one of the nicer chefs on the red team.
  • Non-Gameplay Elimination: After being dragged into the pantry room after messing up on the fish station, Faye admitted that she wasn't ready. Ramsay ejects her right there.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: In her final service, she finally managed to sent up some perfect quail. Unfortunately for her, that was the last time she sent anything acceptable to the pass that night.
  • Took a Level in Cynic: At the start of the competition, Faye was more than ready to prove herself as a valuable asset to the team. As the competition progressed however, and after her poor performance in the American Classics challenge, she lost all confidence in herself. It eventually got to the point where she took herself out of the competition after she answered "no" to Ramsay's question on if she was serious about the journey.
Placement: 9th (Eliminated Mid-Service)
Faye's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “Hell's Kitchen is a race to get better and rise above the competition. Altair and Elizabeth may've led the blue team into a pile-up, but Faye drove right off the cliff.”

Edwardo "Edd" Kennedy

"Someone sing me a lullaby for goodness sake."
Occupation: Line Cook
Age: 25
Hometown: Orlando, FL

  • Bystander Syndrome: Ended up as this in his final service, where his struggles on fish led to both Altair and Sebastian taking over, and him being eliminated later that night.
  • Butt-Monkey: Says he's felt like this since day one, although it isn't really without reason.
  • Cordon Bleugh Chef: His signature dish consisted of a roasted crocodile head. Ramsay noticed that it was not only ridiculous, but undercooked.
  • Deadpan Snarker: As seen in his quote above.
  • Epic Fail: His final service saw him completely shut down on the fish station and stall the kitchen, resulting in both Altair and Sebastian jumping in to try and fix it.
  • The Load: After Mitch went, he was left as easily the weakest chef on the blue team.
  • Never My Fault: Has a shade of this at elimination, stating that he's felt like a butt-monkey since day one. However, much of that treatment is somewhat justified, considering how poor he was in the kitchen.
  • Not Helping Your Case: At elimination, he stated he's felt like the Butt-Monkey since day one, and wanted to change that. However, Edd, when asked if he was stronger than any chef in his team, admitted that he was the weakest, meaning that not only did this make his supposed butt-monkey status justified, but it gave Ramsay the justification to eliminate him.
  • The Quiet One: Completely shut down on his final service on fish, not talking at all and only hastening his elimination.
  • Shorter Means Smarter: Averted. He was one of the weaker chefs on the blue team.
  • Too Dumb to Live: When asked who's the stronger chef between him and Altair, he hesitates and admits that he's the weaker of the two. After Ramsay asks if he's stronger than anyone in the blue team, Edd admits that there isn't, and he gets eliminated immediately after.
Placement: 10th
Edd's Elimination Comment - "TBA."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “Edd's got a big heart, but tonight, his performance tonight matched his height. Small.”

Mitch Kaufman

"Everything I did in Hell's Kitchen was a 4 or a 5 easy."
Occupation: Sous Chef
Age: 32
Hometown: Scottsdale, AZ

  • Epic Fail: His second service on meat saw him bring up several raw and overcooked meats, on top of talk back to Ramsay, resulting in his ejection from the competition.
  • Jerkass: He constantly bad-mouthed his fellow chefs and Gordon himself.
  • The Load: Easily the weakest chef on the blue team, to the extent he was ejected from the competition.
  • No Sympathy: He didn't care at all about Sebastian's health, and just wanted him gone.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Mitch had a massive ego, and clearly believed everything he did was great. Unfortunately, his cooking couldn't not match his ego.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: About the only thing that went right for him was netting the blue team the win in the duck cutting challenge, unfortunately, that same episode he wound up getting ejected.
  • Token Minority: The only black chef of the season.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: Didn't stand out much due to his early elimination.
Placement: 11th
Mitch's Elimination Comment - “Everything I did in Hell’s Kitchen was a 4 or 5 easy. I am a skilled chef in the kitchen, I should not have been eliminated for having one bad night. Even if I am eliminated I will continue to be a great chef because when it comes down to everything I was the best chef there by far."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “When it comes to Hell's Kitchen, everyone has a journey. Mitch's journey was going out those front doors after being exposed for a quack chef.”

Beatrice Stumpf

"This sucks...I knew I made a mistake coming back to the kitchen...
Occupation: Retired Chef
Age: 51
Hometown: Laramie, WY

  • Cordon Bleugh Chef: Her signature dish consisted of a "four cheese pizza", one that was so unappetizing that Gordon didn't even bother tasting it.
  • Epic Fail: Her entire tenure throughout the competition. Her signature dish was labeled as one of the worst of the day (and considering what other dishes there were, that's saying something), and then she proceeded to mess up multiple scallops, and then butcher lamb so badly it got her kicked out of service.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: She really believed herself to be way better than she was, and thought that the women were going to lose without her.
  • Sore Loser: Beatrice did not take her elimination well, thinking that Gordon made the wrong choice, and that Elizabeth should've gone instead of her.
  • The Load: Easily the worst chef of not only the red team, but the entire season.
  • Too Dumb to Live: Let's see, cooking multiple scallops to order, resulting in a lot of them being over-cooked is a good way, and follow that up with her coming back multiple times after being kicked out to the dorms, on top of admitting she cared at a nine on a scale from one to ten, and Gordon's decision became very easy.
  • We Hardly Knew Ye: She was the first eliminated, and thus, not much stood out about her.
Placement: 12th
Beatrice's Elimination Comment - "Chef Ramsay made the wrong decision tonight. 110%. Liz should be the one going home, that bitch can't lead nor cook. She fucked up and I'm the one who is to blame. I gave it everything and all I get is bitches and Chef on their periods. Knew I shouldn't have shown up as I'm way too good for this shit. Have fun losing ladies without me there."
Ramsay's Elimination Comment - “Beatrice came out of retirement because she wanted to live a dream. Seeing what she did to the scallops tonight, my dream? For her to stay retired.”
