* ''Fanfic/IWokeUpAsADungeonNowWhat:'' The two Empires fighting over Central: The Khanites are a horde of barbarians whose culture is built on slavery and MightMakesRight, while the Velthians are actively attempting a program of genocide against anyone of Khannite descent. The Ariman Empire, meanwhile, is incredibly isolationistic and xenophobic to the point where any Ariman who leaves the country can never return. Central seems to be the only faction whose leaders aren't total monsters.

* ''Literature/TheBookOfMormon'': The usual endgame for cities and nations. Mormon asserts that this is LaserGuidedKarma and a part of natural law; "it is by the wicked that the wicked are punished; for it is the wicked that stir up the hearts of the children of men unto bloodshed."
** Lamanites massacring the city of Ammonihah. The attackers were lashing out in frustration after their assault on the peaceful people of Anti-Nephi-Lehi didn't go according to plan. The defenders had exiled everyone who believed in God and then burned their families.
** The final battles of the Nephites. The Lamanites feed their prisoners on the flesh of their own families. The Nephites rape their prisoners, torture them to death, and then eat them "like unto wild beasts".
** The total mutual annihilation of the Jaredite factions. Both sides are so "drunk with anger" that even the king can't stop his supporters from fighting.
** On a smaller scale, Korihor the anti-Christ, after being cursed mute and cast out, is trampled to death by the Zoramites, who have no sympathy for the poor.

* In the ''WebVideo/DreamSMP'', this is {{subverted|Trope}}. [[BigBad Dream]] states in Season 4 that he sees the server as this as he thinks that just about everyone on the server has done terrible things and openly sees himself as a bad person (not that he thinks there's anything wrong with that), but considering the facts that 1) not all crimes are equal (case in point, Dream himself is said to have crossed the MEH through copious amounts of child abuse [[spoiler:to the point his victim almost killed himself]], but most characters have not committed crimes to ''this'' severity), 2) some people have perfectly or at least relatively sympathetic reasons for doing bad things, and 3) several characters have recognized that their previous actions were bad and were actively [[TheAtoner working towards a redemption arc]], the Dream SMP actually leans closer towards either GreyAndGrayMorality, BlackAndGreyMorality, or MoralityKitchenSink than this trope. Also, considering the one voicing this opinion is ''Dream'', the resident child-abuser and serial killer who did so to satisfy his own ControlFreak nature and/or for his own amusement (and, for the record, is utterly ''shameless'' about this), we should probably take this viewpoint [[UnreliableNarrator with all the salt in the shaker]].

* Wrestling/KurtAngle vs. Wrestling/SteveBlackman at ''[[Wrestling/ArmageddonWWE Armageddon]] 1999''. Kurt Angle was an ArrogantKungFuGuy who thought very high of himself, but nonetheless he played the match cleanly and beat Blackman without using any cheap trick. Steve Blackman on the other hand, behaved like a SoreLoser and his decision to attack Kurt Angle after the match was uncalled for.

bad. One of the villains may be more sympathetic than the other, in which case it is ALighterShadeOfGray, or if one of the villains is far more sympathetic to the point of being capable of redemption, they become a SympatheticVillainDespicableVillain duo if the other stays completely and unambiguously evil.

* ''WebAnimation/AnimatorVsAnimation''
** Downplayed, depending on how you interpret the conflict between the animator and his creations. One would interpret that both the animator and the stick figures were completely flawed in their moral qualities. The animator was at fault due to his {{lack of empathy}} to his [[WhatMeasureIsANonHuman stick figures]] confining them and only created the stick figures just to fight them. He was, however, right to contain them as his creations had gone out of control with their destructive powers, [[OmnicidalManiac annihilating everything and everyone even to the point of destroying Alan's computer]].
** [[spoiler:Herobrine, the Big Bad of the original Minecraft video, Animation vs. Minecraft, fights off against King, the Big Bad of the AVM Shorts Season 3, for a good while during the episode "The King"]].
** Invoked in ''An Actual Short'' "King Orange vs. The Dark Lord" with two of the most strongest stick figure villains pitted against each other in the Nether. The fight ends with a biblically-accurate angelic version of a ''pig'' interrupting the fight where it turns out that both Green and Yellow were imagining the fight with toy versions of TDL and King respectively with Red interrupting the "fight" with his pet pig.
