- Demonic Spiders: The Alien Commanders, who were equipped with Acid Hounds and Teleport ability, making them very frustrating to deal with. In the final level of the human campaign, you only have four minutes to take all three Commanders down before the asteroid storm hits. It can be very frustrating to fight them, especially if you lose your allies for good.
- Game-Breaker:
- The Invincibility Power-Up in the first game makes it easier to take down the Alien Commander. Especially since you have ten lives to work with and he only has one.
- The Rocket Launcher is one of the most powerful weapons in the first game, and you're probably going to need it's firepower.
- In the second game, any weapon that can kill an enemy in one hit is often worth using in a loadout, such as the Shotgun, the Holy Grail, and the Rocket Launcher, provided that the enemy doesn't have the perk to counter it, or a shield powerup.
- YMMV on this, but the Frozen Death weapon in the second game. The Player/Alien Commander starts with this as their main weapon in the semi-final mission of Alien Campaign. This destructive weapon fires dozens of homing rockets and is noted to be incredibly powerful in-universe, and it is a complete upgrade of the Ice Hunter, but you are going up against the Raze Soldier and Johnny Rockit, who are wielding a Rocket Launcher and an Ion Cannon, respectively.
- In the third game, there are certain weapons that do surprising amounts of damage such as the Punisher, the AAR, and the Burster.
- The third game also has premium weapons as well.
- Player Punch: In the final mission of the human campaign, you and your allies are in a race against time to defeat the three Alien Commanders in four minutes. The Raze Soldier has multiple lives and 500 percent health. However, your three allies aren't as tough as you and they only have two lives. If they run out of lives, they die for good and you get a heartwrenching message from the three of them:
- That One Level: The final level of the Human Campaign can be beat through enough trial and error, but the final level of the Alien Campaign is a whole nother story.
