Spoilers Off applies to all Tear Jerker pages, so all spoilers are unmarked. You Have Been Warned!

  • "Jane will be remembered for her vlog, which no one actually watched." While it reeks of Skewed Priorities, it also shows how isolated Jane feels.
  • Jane's "I Want to Go Home" speech. It can have a strong effect. The worst part is that she doesn't have a place she could call her home.
  • She struggles to hold back tears while recalling Helen in episode 8. Her story about her only friend who was her support and inspiration and who died very young of cancer is heart-wrenching.
  • Jane's genuine distress in episode "I think I'm fired" (Ep. 23) when she cannot even express herself and is afraid she is about to be sacked and will have to leave. Apparently, Mr Rochester has found her videos and has seen them!
  • Jane finally opening up about her past in Ep. 32 'Draw My Life', when she talks about how cruel John was to her.
  • Jane speaking about having an uncle she wasn't aware of. He wanted to have a custody of her, but Mrs Reed was given it because a woman with three kids seemed better than a single guy.
  • The entirety of Ep. 56. Rochester's story is heartbreaking on so many levels — both because of the story itself and for how it pretty much breaks his and Jane's relationship.
  • Most of ep. 71, starting with Mary's teary "My girlfriend broke up with me, or I broke up with her, I don't know, but we broke up and I didn't want to and now I'm sad." Followed by Jane trying and failing to help her, and then both of them binge-watching Jane's videos, and when Jane leaves the room when the big revelation comes because she can't stand watching it again — Mary, who's been snarking, squeeing, laughing and raging at the various videos, now just watches in total, disbelieving silence.
