  • Pokémon: The Series: In "A Dancing Debut!", Jessie and Meowth see a strange painting. Meowth thinks it looks like an Ekans that swallowed a Mamoswine while Jessie thinks it looks like a hat, referencing the drawing from the story.

  • The prince cameos in Suore Ninja and is shown to be an acquaintance of Brother Antoine.
  • Gorthan, an alien scientist known to indulge in Klingons Love Shakespeare, is particularily fond of the book, and it's quoted directly several times in the issue he has the largest part in.

  • In one Peanuts strip, Peppermint Patty is not impressed that Marcie read The Little Prince until Marcie says she read it in French.

  • In missing. (1982), Beth tells Ed, her father-in-law, about how Charles (her husband) used to read a chapter of "The Little Prince" every night when they were first married.

    Literature 
  • In Fate/Requiem, "Prin" is the unnamed Servant found by Erice Utsumi as the last Servant of the World. His childlike appearance and fascination with the world around him make Erice believe that he's the Little Prince despite him denying it. To test his identity, Erice copies the drawing that most adults mistake for a hat but the Little Prince correctly identified as a snake that swallowed an elephant; he correctly identifies it. It turns out that he isn't in fact the Prince, but his current form is molded by Erice's personal adoration for the story.
  • In I Want to Eat Your Pancreas, Sakura lends the protagonist her copy of The Little Prince and he promises to return it in exchange for a promise that she'll tell him when she will die. Both promises are broken due to her murder. The animated movie contains a long sequence with visuals based heavily on the novella's watercolor illustrations.
  • In Planet Earth Is Blue, The Little Prince is Nova's favorite book. She has a beat-up copy that she's taken with her from foster home to foster home. Nova and Bridget once dressed as the Little Prince and the Fox for Halloween.

  • "The Little Prince", written by Yehonatan Geffen and composed by Shem Tov Levi, compares a fallen soldier who was a charming person in life to the eponymous character in the book.
  • "Little Traveler", composed by clear and sung by Hatsune Miku, is said by the video description to be based on "a certain story where the rose is a Tsundere".
  • "to Asteroid B-612", composed by sasakure.UK and sung by lasah, is told from the prince's point of view.
  • Genesis wrote a suite of songs loosely inspired by the book, titled "The Story of Albert", which they ultimately split up on the studio recording for several reasons. The songs "Behind the Lines", "Duchess", "Guide Vocal", "Turn It On Again", "Duke's Travels", and "Duke's End" comprise the suite. The artwork for the album they appear on, Duke, is also a style pastiche of Saint-Exupéry’s illustrations for the novella.

    Video Games 
  • Animal Restaurant: The characters Prince the Gardener and Little Fox and the Little Fox series of letters are an extended reference to The Little Prince. According to Prince's profile, the letters he reads are from B612, the Little Prince's home asteroid. One of the pictures in the Sketch Artist minigame depicts him in the role of the Little Prince, sitting on an asteroid with a single rose growing on it. The star-and-rose-themed restaurant facilities also appear to be inspired by the book.
  • Deiland is about a young prince who lives on a tiny planet. One mission is to get a very old book on the same theme.
  • An NPC modeled after the Little Prince can be found in the Nihal Desert area of MapleStory.
  • Star Control 2 has Admiral ZEX of the VUX give you a fetch quest involving a search for the dangerous VUX Beast, said to be found on a planet near a yellow star in the "Linch-Nas-Ploh" constellation, which is VUX language for "the snake-like creature who has swallowed the elephantine beast", a nod to the drawing that the narrator of The Little Prince makes of a snake swallowing an elephant.
  • Sky: Children of the Light collaborated with The Little Prince in the eponymous Season of The Little Prince. You follow and help the Little Prince as he explores the world while experiencing the events of the original book.
  • Fate/Grand Order: The character Voyager is an Anthropomorphic Personification of the space probe Voyager 1, but design-wise he's inspired by the Little Prince. His appearance (little boy with blonde hair, blue eyes and large yellow scarf), inquisitive nature, and his space-faring tendencies are all present. It's revealed that he deliberately looks this way since he was originally summoned by Erice Utsumi, whose favorite story is The Little Prince, and he wanted to take on a form that would appeal to her.
