Heartwarming / The Little Prince

Go To

  • And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: it is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.
  • The Fox describing the joy he will now feel at the sight of wheat fields after being tamed by the Little Prince, for their similarity in color to his hair will remind him of their time spent together.
  • The Little Prince's description of his relationship to his Rose, and what made her unique for him, compared to the other roses on Earth. Bonus points for having learned this through his taming the Fox.
  • The fact that the aviator refuses to let the Prince die alone, and insists on staying with him until the very end of his journey, no matter how painful it is for him. And in the end, when he goes to recover the Prince's body, he finds nothing there, giving him (and us) a bit of hope that maybe, just maybe, the Prince really did return to his beloved asteroid after all.
