- My God, What Have I Done?: It seems that this is Linda's reaction to Megan's death, but ultimately subverted.
- Oh, Crap!: Judy has this reaction when she gets spotted and run down by Sankey and the skinheads.
- Portmanteau: The title comes from "Piss" and "sisters" mashed together.
- Skewed Priorities: Taystee is upset at how low Bayley's arrest ranks at nine between "Internet" and "Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Takis in the commissary."
- Sinister Sorority Sisters: it's revealed that Linda was responsible for her tyrannical sorority sister, Megan's, death. Megan was an Alpha Bitch who demanded that Linda go with her because she wanted to pee outside. Despite Megan being clearly intoxicated, Linda ditched her, and she froze to death outside in the snow. When the cops come, Linda immediately cries Crocodile Tears, gets let go, and becomes just as much of a tyrant as Megan.
- Title Drop: The title comes from Megan needing Linda to accompany her to pee outside, saying they're "Pissters."
