- Bunsen Is a Beast / Body and the Beast - Cheerful beast student Bunsen attends human school for the first time in hopes of proving that beasts and humans can co-exist, against the hopes of hall monitor Amanda Killman; Bunsen accidentally blows his head off his body, and he and his companions, Mikey and Darcy, try to reunite his head with his body before it's too late.
- Hide and Go Freak / Bunsen Screams for Ice Cream - Bunsen and Mikey hang out at Bunsen's beast house, but when a disguised Amanda Killman shows up and they play a game of "Hide and Go Freak", they find out Bunsen's house does not take kindly to bad people; Bunsen's love of ice cream almost gets him expelled when Amanda Killman tries to use it to get him out for good.
- Bearly Acceptable Behavior / Beast Busters - Amanda tries to get Bunsen kicked out of school when he brings a dangerous bear to class; Bunsen and Mikey have to rescue Amanda from sneeze beasts that Bunsen accidentally sneezed at her.
- Spelling Beast / Mikey Is a Beast - Bunsen proves bees are the best spellers ever when he turns into one and wins the spelling bee; An MMA fighter picks Bunsen to be his new mascot, so Mikey tries to prove that he is a beast too.
- Fright at the Museum / Handsome Beast - After discovering Bunsen's fun uncle "Uncle Funkle" at the Muckledunk Museum, Bunsen and Mikey try to sneak him out before Amanda finds out and reports them to Officer Steve Stevenson; After Bunsen eats a can of fancy body spray, he transforms into a human hunk and becomes the object of Amanda's desire.
- Tooth or Consequences - When Mikey tells Bunsen that he will be richer than Amanda after the Tooth Fairy leaves him money for all the teeth he loses during tooth losing season, Amanda vows to catch the Tooth Fairy. Amanda would have captured the fairy anyway, because she only gave her $5 per tooth, even though she appraised them at $66 per tooth.
- Beast of Friends - When Bunsen takes Mikey to Dimmsdale to celebrate his friendship with Cosmo from The Fairly OddParents!, trouble arises when Amanda Killman secretly follows them and teams up with Mr. Crocker.
- Thunder and Frightening / Eyes on the Pies - Amanda Killman and her right-hand woman Beverly try to scare Bunsen out of Muckledunk when they discover he is afraid of thunder and lightening; Bunsen begins to lose his memory via hiccups while trying to win some pies, and Mikey must help him find the right cure before it is too late.
- Happy Beastgiving / Beastern Standard Time - Bunsen and Mikey deliver dream gifts to the citizens of Muckledunk on the beast holiday, Beastgiving; Bunsen's internal clock gets thrown off during Daylight Saving Time.
- Unhappy Campers / Hall of Justice - Bunsen and Darcy try to help Mikey overcome his fear of the woods during a school camping trip; When Miss Flap replaces Amanda and Beverly with Bunsen and Mikey as the hall monitors, Amanda tries to exact revenge.
- Astro-Nots - While Bunsen and Mikey are on a field trip to MASA, they get a tour from Commander Cone and are accidentally launched into space.
- Cookie Monster / Braces for Disaster - Amanda Killman turns into a beast when she eats Bunsen's beast cookies against his warning; Bunsen, Mikey, and Amanda work on a school project, and decide to study minks when Amanda's new tightened braces cause her to make mink calls every time she says "beast".
- Hug It Out'ch / Guinea Some Lovin'! - Bunsen's Hugging Chair traps Amanda Killman and can only release her once she is happy; Bunsen and Mikey go to the pet store and Bunsen temporarily falls for a guinea pig named Sally.
- Mikey-plication / The Case of the Cold Case - In order to make time for their band Bunsen clones Mikey so that his clones can go to all of his after-school clubs; When Amanda Killman frames Commander Cone for stealing her phone case as payback for not giving her more ice cream, Bunsen and Mikey decide to become detectives to retrieve it.
- Bunsen's Beast Ball / Bromeo and Juliet - Bunsen's Beast Ball tells him and Mikey to do fun stuff; Mikey covets the lead role in a school play so he can get a kiss from Sophie Sanders, but a jealous Amanda tries to sabotage his chances so she can kiss him instead.
- Beast Halloween Ever - Bunsen and Mikey are determined to have the best Halloween ever, while Amanda tries to steal all the candy for herself.
