- When Koromon decides to give his human friends a face hug. Anyone who seen Alien would find this horrifying.
- Keramon. Let's see... empty black eyes, a much-too-vacant smile and insanely long, boneless arms. He's even creepier when he appears in Digimon Data Squad as a Monster of the Week since he moves around a lot more. At least the Slenderman didn't have a face. Even Diaboromon's eye movements weren't this creepy.
- Keramon's entire Digivolution line is the stuff of nightmares. Kuramon maybe less so, but Tsumemon starts to eat the Internet, Infermon is a HUGE armored insect that is also disturbingly fast, and Diaboromon, besides his demonic voice, equally fast speed, and the fact that his Japanese name (Diablomon) makes it clear what he resembles, is very, very smart. And then there's Armageddemon...
- One of the worst parts is when Tai attempts to call the other DigiDestined only for all lines to be busy with Infermon dialing every phone in the world. Then Tai suddenly gets a call and answers it, but it's a call from Infermon. In the Japanese version, he says "Hello" over and over in a robotic monotone. In the dub, he says "Hello, did you program me..?" in a mocking voice before giving a devious chuckle. Both versions are thoroughly terrifying.
- "Who can count backwards from ten?" asks Diaboromon... because he's gotten hold of some nuclear missiles. One aimed at Odaiba in the original "Our War Game", and two in the English dubbed Movie—one aimed for Colorado (where Willis lives), the other aimed directly at Tai and Izzy.JSDF Soldier: Squad leader to command: we were unable to destroy the target! The missile will impact! Repeat: the missile will impact!
- With exactly one second left on the clock, Omnimon drives the Transcendent Sword through Diaboromon's skull...unfortunately, Diaboromon long since managed to uncover the identity of his creator—shown by his uttering of his programmer's name while dissolving. Cut a few minutes later to Willis, Terriermon, and Kokomon all happily celebrating this apparent victory, when an ominous violet wind starts encircling Kokomon...Diaboromon: Willis…
- Infected Endigomon relentlessly pursues Willis and is a fairly dangerous opponent even before Digivolving into Antylamon and then Kerpymon. He's also been desperately trying to wrest back control from the viral entity that created Diaboromon for years.Endigomon: Don't interfere.
- The Angela Anaconda segment, owing to the show's infamously uncanny animation.
