• Jacob and Bella growing closer together in New Moon, as well as Jacob and Leah growing closer to one another in Breaking Dawn.
• In the Breaking Dawn film, Jacob is in the woods and comes across a teen who's just changed into a werewolf for the first time. He's terrified and confused, but Jacob approaches calmly and tells the youth that he'll be okay and that he's going to help him. Considering all the hardships of being a teen anyway, and then having to suddenly deal with that, it's really sweet Jacob was there and helped out. The relief and gratitude on the teen-wolf's face is obvious.
• In Breaking Dawn Part 2, even though it was all a vision, Marcus, being the only one in the Voltori to accept his death, even muttering "Finally," is pretty heroic, considering most of the Voltori were running for their life.
  • More notably, during the envisioned battle, there is a scene when Esme is being pulled into Benjamin's chasm by an enemy vampire. Leah attacks him and pulls him off of her, saving Esme while dooming both herself and the attacker. Pulled up to Tear Jerker status when you see Leah's sad glance as she falls to her doom. Even more heartwarming when you consider that Leah never even liked the Cullens, but Esme had always been nice to her.
• The ending sequence where Bella finally takes down her mental shield and shows Edward her memories of them together is an amazing way to end the series.
• At the end of Breaking Dawn Part 2, we get images and credits of literally every actor in the series who played a character from the books, including those who weren't actually in Breaking Dawn Part 2. There's something remarkably sweet about that.
• Carlisle calling out Edward on his Smug Snake attitude towards Jasper's struggle with the vegetarian diet, telling him how unfair it is to judge him for undergoing a hundred years worth of conditioning from Maria.
• After Jacob forces a kiss on Bella, Edward doesn't blame her in the slightest, and threatens to teach Jacob a lesson he won't soon forget if he ever touches Bella again without her explicit permission. Pity he couldn't act like that Edward more often, but it's nice while it lasts.
• In Midnight Sun, Edward is impressed by the genuine kindness of one of Bella's friends and resolves to give her a gift. Since she's pretty content with her life as it is, he gets her together with her crush.
