• At the end of the film, the tiger Hu ends up with the Crazy Cat Lady, who thinks he's just a really big, sweet cat.
• Max and Duke marking the same tree. Talk about a brotherly relationship.
• Snowball enjoying his happy new life with the little girl, Molly. They brush teeth together, eat together, and play superhero together. Then there are the hugs Molly gives her little rabbit. So sweet!
• Heart not warmed enough by the “Lovely Day” scene from the last movie? There’s an all-new remix of the song in this one!
• Once Max and Rooster start to get along, there is a moment where both of them howl at the moon together. Rooster also starts acting like a father figure to Max.
• I dare you not to squee even once during the scene with Pops mentoring the puppies.
• The entire sequence with Liam bonding with Duke and Max. It's also quite funny how the toddler imitates their behavior.
  • The build up makes the scene. Liam's inclusion is at first treated like a comedic horror show, with Max being tormented by the infant and constantly trying to keep his distance. Then one day, Liam does the unimaginable...
  Liam: (hugs Max) I love you, Max.
