Heartwarming / Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers

• Nurse Patsey trying to do what she can to give Jamie the emotional support and care she has desperately needed, as does Rachel, who seems to have stayed a lot closer to Jamie than their parents did since last year.
  • Scrappy or not, Tina undeniably has a positive impact on Jamie, and it's lovely to see the normally stoic and traumatized Jamie break into a genuine smile when she spots Tina. It's even sweeter when Jamie sees Tina after narrowly saving her from Michael posing as Mikey, and says her name, with Tina reacting in pure happiness at hearing her regain her voice after a year.
• Even though Michael possessed Jamie into stabbing her mother, Rachel holds zero ill will against Jamie, and their very well-established bond is just as strong as it was in the previous movie, and as usual Rachel is always looking out for Jamie.
• Tina and Jamie trying to protect each other during the car chase scene in a heartbreaking way as to the very end they were willing to put their lives at risk just to get Michael away from their best friend
• Narm or not, the kitten scene was a lovely change of pace as the partying teens coo over them.
