• Why do the three other girls always end up dead in the netherworld when they weren't taking part in the Three Rooms Ritual?
  • Remember what happens when Kat tries to leave after shutting the curtains? She got trapped in the school forever. Likewise, the girls only leave when you're done putting up the curtains. They didn't get out before Kat put up the curtains, trapping them inside. That's this troper's guess at least.
• In the true instructions one of the paragraphs speaks against bringing any weapons with you. But wasn't Kat carrying a pair of scissors in her possession? While the subtext say that they are too blunt to stab someone, it's possible that this is why there is no way out. Since you can't put down the scissors, Kat always breaks the rules
