• When Sergeant Peepah kicks Victor Vance out of the army for bringing Mary to the base and after finding drugs under his bed, why didn't Vic tell Peepah that the drugs belonged to Sergeant Martinez and that he brought Mary into the base under Martinez's orders? He could have even asked Mary to testify on his behalf, given that she perfectly knew Martinez.
