Funny / Fury (2014)

• The Fury crew members introduction:
  • Wardaddy kicks Grady, he goes on a rant, but the camera angle shifts to outside the tank and we simply hear his and Wardaddy's muffled responses from outside. The camerawork sells it.
  • Garcia speaks Spanish a little bit and we get this from Wardaddy:
    Wardaddy: Hey you wanna talk Mexican, join another tank, a Mexican tank. This here's an American tank, we talk American.
  • Then Garcia goes on about how Wardaddy can speak German and he gets this:
    Wardaddy: Bible, what country we in?
    Boyd: Germany.
    Wardaddy: Germany, they speak German.
• On route to their mission, Norman sees a woman with a bike, it seems to be a touching scene for the New Meat to see the suffering the people has to deal with from the war...then:
  Garcia: She'll let you fuck her for a chocolate bar.
  • Which later brings up this crack from Wardaddy
    Wardaddy: Boys, you think Hitler would fuck one of us for a chocolate bar?
• In Norman's first battle in Fury, Garcia and him get this interaction.
  Garcia: Hey! Start shooting!
  Norman: But what do I shoot at?
  Garcia: The NAZIS, dumbfuck!!
• After taking the town, several soldiers drunkenly playing a piano in the middle of the street when someone yells "Grenade!" Everyone scatters and the piano blows up.
• When Emma and Norman were coaxed to go into the bedroom, on the way to the room, for whatever reason, Norman picks up his gun and brings it into the room with him.
• The scene where the whole Fury crew eats in the Emma's house. Lots of pent-up arguments and tense conversations, Wardaddy finally snaps and when everything settles down...
  Garcia: I'm just drunk. I'm sorry.
• Norman's first rant against the German Nazis after the Tiger tank battle can be quite humorous as you can tell he's definitely going on rage mode, even if it solidifies the Break the Cutie title.
  Norman: FUCK YOU!!
• A captured German army helmet and gas mask mounted on the front of the Fury like it's a hood ornament.

Deleted Scenes

The deleted scenes are gold mines for scenes that didn't make the final cut, even the jokes.

• "Alternate Camp Entrance"
  • One scene had a tank crewman running around with a tank shell over his head saying "I'm a shithead!" over and over again as punishment for nearly killing his Sergeant by negligent discharge of a machine gun he was cleaning.
  • Gordo hands Norman his alcoholic flask. Norman takes a drink, unaware its alcohol, and spits it out, saying he especially doesn't drink. Gordo then says he hates him now.
• "Giving a Hand"
  • A tad of Black Comedy, the title has to do with a tank crewman in Lucy Sue losing one of his hand.
• "Bonding On The Way"
  • Wardaddy mentions that he never planned on surviving the war. So he'll just keep losing in poker and die owing every single person in the battalion money.
• "Chocolate Bar"
  • Gordo says Norman could give that chocolate bar to a German lady, but the one in question is an elderly.
• "Cuddling"
  • Grady cuddles a baby of a German mother. O.O.C. Is Serious Business indeed.
• "Burn Out"
  • In the climaxing battle, Norman fires his M1919 too long and the overheated barrel causes a runaway gun, which means the gun continues to shoot even without a trigger pull. Norman's reaction is hilarious.
  Norman: My fucking gun's gone crazy, what do I do?!?
