• From the prologue:
  • Komaru being canonically a huge Sayaka Maizono fangirl, is ecstatic to see her in person. Toko promptly accuses her of valuing her favorite celebrity over her best friend.
  • Komaru's first meeting with the Ultimate Imposter, followed by The Reveal that Toko can tell the Imposter and the real Byakuya apart.
  • When Monokuma first attempts a hostile takeover, Kurokuma interjects with his usual obnoxiousness. Monaca's response is to tell him he has the worst timing and command him to enter silent mode.
• Kiibo's swimsuit is literally just a floatie (granted, this is because he'd sink instead of swim, but still).
• Miu being her perverted Large Ham self as always. Some highlights:
  • Miu kicks off her event with Ryoma ("low rider") and Monokuma by referring to the latter as "Winnie the Piece of Shit."
  • Kiyotaka ("hard head") gives Miu the scolding of a lifetime for her unruly behavior on two different occasions. On one of these occasions, Miu tells him that she would rather make an invention that brushes teeth while the user is asleep than think of ideas to unlock new potential for her talent. One scolding later, she breaks down crying.
  • Angie invites Aoi to her island to participate in its divine rituals after the latter says she does not have sex appeal. At that moment, Miu jumps in and cracks a joke about the islanders being perverts. Angie offhandedly remarks that Miu is ignorant of the divine rituals, to which Miu replies by feebly asking what would happen if she participated.
  • Mikan ("sow") treats Miu's injured hand. At one point, Miu snaps at Mikan, who panics and tells her to feel free to hit her or write mean words on her. Upon hearing the latter, Miu awkwardly declines and, following a Beat, says she prefers being written on. She then abruptly snaps at Mikan again but accidentally hits her hand. Mikan then has Miu bend her wrist in certain ways, ostensibly to check for new injuries, but Miu then panics upon discovering that Mikan loves having control over her patients.
    • In Mikan's "My Future" event, Miu, after mistaking Mikan for sleeping around with her patients and getting jealous, wants her to be the test subject for her newest invention: A device that changes your clothes and gives you a health check, while lying down. When Mikan asks how it examines, Miu says that Kotoko designed the arms and they'll give a "nice, thorough examination." Mikan protests, but then Miu makes a dirty joke, causing the machine that punches you in the stomach if you make a lame dirty joke, which to Miu's horror has been remodelled, to attack her. Mikan then ends up being the dominant one over Miu once again when she gives Miu an examination, with Mikan even making the same dirty joke to her in an Ironic Echo as she examines her stomach.
      Miu: [incredulous] When did our positions get reversed!?
    • Miu is very frank about her inventions doing "weird things", especially when Mikan promises that, unlike Miu's inventions, she won't do anything weird to her.
  • Miu acting as Monotaro's "mother" returns, and it is as funny and adorable as it sounds. Monomi/Usami is completely confused by it all.
  • Miu and Teruteru ("squealer") band together and scheme about virtual reality sex, but Monomi finds them and tells them to stop.
  • Miu insults Peko ("gloomy uggo", "Ms. Rain Cloud") for looking too gloomy, then offers her to gaze at her body. Peko, who never reacts to them aside from "gloomy", does just that, which lightens her emotions somewhat and makes her realize that there is a very fine line between serious and gloomy. Peko thanks Miu and heads off, leaving Miu frustrated that Peko did not look at her more.
    Miu: Aww, c'mon... Ugh, this is neglect play...
  • As usual, Miu calls everyone a (usually obscene) nickname. The best one is probably her nickname for Byakuya — "Bigcockohyeah". Speaking of, Miu is about to meet Byakuya because he commissioned her to make a Megaphone Hacking Gun when, at that moment, Genocide Jack jumps in and accuses Miu of stealing Byakuya from her. The obscene quarreling that ensues irritates Byakuya so much that he threatens to commission Kazuichi instead.
  • Miu tells Mondo ("Hell on Wheels") that she has managed to find a way to completely silence his bike so he would not disturb the other students anymore (Mondo thanks Miu for that and offers to remodel her lab, which she accepts). She then points out that any sound Mondo makes while riding the bike will also be silenced, so he can be as noisy as he wants if he is, as she put it, "the type who batches off noisily", leading to his "No. Just… No" Reaction. Hiroko Hagakure, who is watching the entire conversation, is amazed by Miu's ability to express herself freely.
  • While Kirumi is busy attending to Fuyuhiko and Peko, Miu jumps in and demands that she massage her, do maintenance on the Monokubs, and check the outside world for system errors. Kirumi agrees to do the massage and maintenance but firmly tells Miu that she must do the system check herself (keep in mind that Kirumi is a maid, a subservient role). With that, Miu quickly backs off and reluctantly complies. Fuyuhiko, who is watching the entire scene, is puzzled by this dynamic.
    Fuyuhiko: I can't tell who's the master here...
  • Miu has to work in the kitchen for the Summer Festival and decides to test her "While Lying Down" inventions for cooking. Ibuki sees Miu rolling around like a cat while doing this and decides to join in on the "roly-poly time", but a frying pan full of fried rice falls over and burns them both. Miu in particular gets hit by the rice... but she gets off anyway since the sensation is almost like hot wax. And then she gets prohibited from using her inventions...
  • Miu turns down Monomi's pleas to restore her original form, of which Miu knows nothing, citing that she needs more concrete visual aids, such as photographs, blueprints, or porn magazines. This, combined with Miu being Miu, leads to her incorrectly concluding that Monomi was "a pink, frilly rabbit that looked like sexy lingerie for a guy to bust on, or some shit".
  • She manages to match Kurokuma in Motor Mouth and self-aggrandizing in their interaction, earning his respect.
• The entire scene where Shuichi and Kokichi help Kiibo get the hang of swimming. Kokichi's idea of helping? Pushing Kiibo into the pool! Then he pushes Shuichi in when he tries to help Kiibo, and finally Kokichi jumps in himself. The only thing missing is a CG of them all in the pool together.
• Leon tries to bond with a couple of guys over his love of cute girls. The problem? The guys in question just happen to be Rantaro and Korekiyo.
• Apparently, there was a point where Gonta buried Himiko and Kaito in the sand and forgot to dig them back out. Kokichi, naturally, found it hilarious.
• Kazuichi's response to Sonia's swimsuit.
  Kazuichi: Humina, humina, AWOOGA!
• Gundham and Hifumi being bullied by Kotoko and Masaru.
• Doubling as a bit of an awesome moment, but Hifumi trolling Hiyoko and Kotoko when the latter two make him go on a roller coaster for them by pretending he's about to vomit on them, sending both of them running.
