  • Toko's daydreams about the captured Byakuya, which sport an extremely exaggerated Shoujo art style from the rest of the game and has Byakuya madly in love with Toko while behaving very much Out of Character. Everything about it from the CLAMP-esque art to Byakuya's exaggerated facial structure is gutbusting.
  • While Toko complains about how even Aoi and Yasuhiro became members of Future Foundation before she did, Komaru comments on Toko's nicknames.
Toko: Uuh... not only am I just a research student... I'm also being made a fool of by this pissant, too! This is a disaster... even the occult divination bastard and that swimming idiot became official members...!
Komaru: "Bastard" and "idiot"... your friends have some terrible nicknames.
  • The kids' discussion in the second chapter on whether Monaca goes to the toilet.
  • Jataro's reaction to Nagisa's excessive blushing at Monaca:
Jataro: Ah, this is bad! Nagisa looks like he was 'Burned'!
Kotoko: You're our priest, so why don't you use some healing magic on him?
Jataro: "Oh Heaven, hear my prayer to spare the Sage's life and have mercy on his soul! Hoooooo-!"
  • Toko indirectly teaching Komaru about growing up in a dangerous environment, like being locked down in a school and forced to kill your classmates. Komaru believes her a bit... and excitedly tells her that it's a good idea for a book and she should become a writer.
  • Haiji's introduction. Toko mutters under her breath that he looks handsome. Later on, she is disgusted by his personality and says that she was faking her attraction to him just to get him to cough up info.
  • The mustached Monokumas, which don't do much other than move around in lines and make strange hand gesturesnote  until they're shot dead.
  • At one point, Komaru and Toko are trying to escape a building before the Monokuma Kids can lock them in. They find one and have her show them to an emergency exit...whereupon she slams the door into Toko's face, knocking her out, and runs off. Then Toko has a dream sequence about Byakuya teaching her how to properly do his laundry.
  • These Game Over moments right here of Monokumas eating Komaru are absolute Black Comedy. What are the Monokumas saying (besides "OKAY!")? Note: Beware of panty shots!
  • Komaru driving a motorcycle in Chapter 4. The whole time, Toko is totally screaming and freaking out!
    • What makes it funnier is the scene beforehand, where Komaru is the one freaking out and Toko is telling her to get going.
  • Komaru being possessed by Haiji's father's ghost is pretty creepy, but then Toko exorcises him out with a hand-sign.
Toko: The power of Christ compels you! The power of Christ compels you! The power of Christ compels you!
    • The Japanese version of the scene instead has Toko chanting various nonsensical phrases that sound like an exorcism. It somehow works.
  • After finally getting into contact with Future Foundation, Toko and Makoto explain to Komaru the events of the first game and Junko Enoshima. Makoto focuses on the serious events, Toko chooses to focus on her huge assets.
Komaru: Listening to you guys is...I just can't believe it's all real.
Toko: ...Yes, her big boobs are indeed real.
  • Togami calling Fukawa livestock in her dream along with her making pig noises under his command both in the dream and in reality. Cue Komaru's horribly traumatized sprite.
  • Normally, when Komaru interacts with something she needs to reach, she climbs up Toko's shoulders and pulls her up after her. If you do this while playing as Syo, however, she'll grab Komaru by the collar, toss her up there with one arm, then jump up after her.
  • While the concept of the Monokuma Kids is terrifying, the things they do in the background can be very funny. One of the things they can be seen doing is pelvic-thrusting.
    • Even better? In some arcade rooms, you have to distract the Monokumas with a hologram of a Monokuma Kid. The hologram in question is a kid pelvic-thrusting.
  • This exchange when Genocide Jack tries to save Komaru from Kotoko.
Kotoko: Adorable girls deserve punishment. And girls who aren't adorable deserve even harsher punishment!
Jack: Hey, I ain't ugly! I'm just way below average!
  • According to Toko, Makoto got so hyped up over being given the title of Ultimate Hope, he eagerly dragged everyone along with him doing hope-related stuff. Makoto himself only denies the "being hyped up" part. Which means that little Makoto Naegi somehow managed to get characters like Kyoko, Byakuya, and Toko inovolved in his excitement.
  • Komaru declaring herself the Riddle Queen and boasting to a bunch of grade schoolers over her wins. Toko, predictably, is not impressed.
  • The game's save points? They're duck-shaped training potties...for kids. In the scene introducing save points, Toko makes a remark on how their childish appearance suits Komaru, while Komaru says she actually feels at ease when she's sitting on one.
    • What makes this even more funny is that the Japanese word for training potty is "Omaru", Toko was calling Komaru a potty the entire time!
  • Fukawa screaming "BYAKUYA-SAMAAAAAAA!" in a really high-pitched tone. And in the end, she says "Byakuya-sama" in a very quiet tone.
  • One of Genocider's special attacks involves her looking like she is giving a group of enemies a haircut. When she finishes, the game shows the affected enemies with haircuts resembling those of the first game's characters. It's pretty funny to catch five enemies in the attack and see them with the haircuts of Leon, Hifumi, Mondo, Taka, and Chihiro stuck on top of them.
    • The special attacks can be used in her one-on-one fight with Kotoko as well. The haircuts are just pasted over, but it's still silly to see hairstyles like Mondo's pompadour applied to Kotoko, even for just a moment.
  • Hiroko's reaction to being given the hit list for Grand Bois Chéri Ludenberg. Toko barely manages to not openly acknowledged knowing the cat's owner (while repeatedly insulting her), and Hiroko agrees to save the cat even though the simple concept of a cat being on the hit list is mind boggling. This also implies that Junko kidnapped Celestia's cat as the first motive in the first game, and since Junko obviously wouldn't have done that grunt work herself, probably sent Mukuro to kidnap a cat.
    • Even better is who was kidnapped for Toko's motive: her pet stink bug Kameko. It's funny, in a sad sort of way, to think that a smelly insect was Toko's only friend until she met Komaru.
  • In Chapter 2, the girls exit a subway station... only to find several Monokumas and Monokuma Kids dancing while a fast-paced version of "Mr. Monokuma After Class" plays over nearby speakers. They almost immediately decide to retreat.
  • Kotoko mentions that her father probably had an inferiority complex because he (a dentist) would roleplay as a brain surgeon while with his mistress, his assistant.
  • Monaca dedicating attacks to the fallen Warriors of Hope during her boss fight and forgetting their names.
    • Also from Monaca's boss fight, when she uses her drill attack:
Kurokuma: Yeah, you know the fuckin' drill.
  • The boss fight against Genocide Jack is sad, but what happens if she successfully hits you? She cuts your clothes off, leaving you in your underwear. Somehow, Komaru's clothes are intact after the fight, and this aspect is never brought up again.
  • Haiji revealing that he's a pedophile is creepy, but Komaru's reaction to it is hilarious:
Komaru: Actually, can I leave now?
