Naruto is knocked out while in the Forest of Death. When he awakens, he hears a strange voice telling him to meet him. When Naruto arrives, the man introduces himself as the Fourth Hokage, Naruto's father Arashi Kazama.
Bloodlines
is one of many Naruto fanfics with the name. This one is by "The SOC Puppet". Written in 2003, it's one of the, if not the, oldest examples of the Fandom-Specific Plot where Naruto finds out about his parents and learns that there's an Uzumaki clan. The story predates the canonical revelations about Naruto's parentage and the Uzumaki clan by several years. As a result, it's strictly AU and doesn't correlate with canon.

- Minato Namikaze's name is given as "Arashi Kazama". "Arashi" comes from attempts at translating the writing on Jiraya's scroll.
- Naruto's mother is named Haruka Uzumaki, not Kushina Uzumaki.
- Alternate Universe Fic: Bloodlines deviates at the 23rd episode of the anime. Naruto meets his father four years earlier than in canon.
- Long-Lost Relative: Naruto's maternal aunt Setsuna, who hasn't kept in touch with her younger sister.
- Luke, I Am Your Father: The first chapter ends with Arashi revealing that he's Naruto's father.
