, the story is that of the "Angel War" following a group known as Strike Force, a group made up of children with superpowers piloting either the Avalon fighter craft or an Evangelion, if they are piloting something at all.
The story is made from the perspective of many different members of both universes and has no main character, though there is more attention given to Alpha and Bravo Strike members.

- Bad Future: Jay, Kay and Shin are Jon, Asuka and Shinji from a future where the Angel War was much more devastating and almost all life was destroyed by Gah Lak Tus

- Crossover: Mainly between Neon Genesis Evangelion and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though characters from other franchises have shown up as well as other Marvel properties whose rights movie rights are at other companies. Rosario + Vampire as well as the Stargate-verse also explicitly exist within the setting.

- Powered Armor: The Iron Suits, based off Tony Stark's Iron Man suit
- Serial Escalation: The first battle against the Angels is a one on one fight. Then the next battle had two Angels and two Evangelions. Escalation continued until the war ended in an Angel victory, followed by the Battle of New York between thousands of aliens and our heroes, with the implication of continued escalation until the Grand Finale against Gah Lak Tus.
