Solo
Series: Strider
One of the most feared bounty hunters in the multiverse, Solo has been hired by the Primal Union's leader to knock off Beholders and destroy their worlds.- Adaptational Badass: He's already a badass in his home series. Here? His badassery is up to eleven.
- Arch-Enemy: While we don't know if Strider makes an appearance or if he even exists in his alternate universe, Solo has increasingly become one to Makoto Naegi.
- The Dreaded: He is this to most of the Realmwalkers. Zerase and Lion warn Naegi that this version of Solo is by far one of his more dangerous counterparts. Even Daffy, the Realmwalkers' very own Cloudcuckoolander is deathly afraid of him.
- Bounty Hunter: Counts as one and also as a Professional Killer.
- Catchphrase: has two:
- "I am the hunter, you are the prey."
- "I don't talk to my targets... I kill them."
- Knight of Cerebus: When he's around, things get real serious real fast.
- Make It Look Like an Accident: His first few attempts to kill Makoto were in this manner. He gets more direct when those failed.
- Plasma Cannon: One of his primary weapons, which also acts as a BFG in his Limit Break
- Sore Loser: He doesn't take it well when Makoto Naegi manages to best him in combat. Granted, Makoto had help from Lion, Rhajat, and Mei-Fang, but Solo refuses to accept this loss.
- Villainous Breakdown: Solo suffers from this after losing in his boss fight. He is completely dumbfounded that Makoto Naegi, not only has evaded his assassination attempts for long, but also best him. This loss is what fully cement him being Naegi's Arch-Enemy.Solo: How could you, four mindless brats, defeat us?!! Especially YOU!Makoto: ...Solo: How could you survive this long and eventually defeated me?! [...] You're just a pawn who should've died days ago!
- Wake-Up Call Boss: Solo is a grim reminder to Naegi and his companions how dangerous their situation has gotten. From what Zerase said about him, it is implied that Hans pales in comparison to him.
No. 9 GOLEM

An alternate version of No. 9 from the Parasite Eve universe. Which alternate universe he hails from is a mystery. No. 9 has been hired by an unknown employer and is partnered with Solo.- Ax-Crazy: Even more so than Hans that Solo doesn't fully trust him.
- Flaming Sword: A Call-Back to his home series.
- Laughably Evil: Has shades of this, more so than his original counterpart.
- Laughing Mad: Prone into a fit of laughter.
- Oh, Crap!: No. 9 gets this expression if you take out Solo first during their boss fight. Double as a Crowning Moment of Awesome and funny.
- Playing with Fire: Thanks to the Pyromancer sub-class.
- Not-So-Harmless Villain: He may have his humorous moments, but he will remind you that he's not someone to take lightly. He slaughtered three deserters, injects Samuel with a mutation that turns him into a monster, and strong enough to give the party some trouble.
- Vader Breath: He breathes like this.
- You Are Number 6
Samuel
Samuel

- Even Evil Has Standards: Realizing the full scope of the Primal Union's plans and actually seeing a world die before his eyes make him and his men make a break for it.
- Transformation Horror: His ultimate fate. Number 9 injected a deadly mutation into him. His painful groan indicates the transformation is extremely unpleasant... Fortunately, he had a Mercy Kill by Makoto Naegi, albeit from self-defense when he tried to attack him.
Unaffiliated Antagonists
Hans
Hans
Series: Fire Emblem Fates
A bandit-turned-officer hailed from a different world of Fire Emblem: Fates based on the Revelations path. He supposedly killed from his fight with Corrin, but is brought back to life by Shaft. He serves as Shaft's agent for the Fire Emblem universe.- Ax-Crazy: He loves his killing. And he uses an actual ax to boot.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: More so than his original counterpart. He fails to summon Ifrit properly. Even when the party sees something is wrong with Ifrit, Hans just barks up orders at Ifrit... then gets burned alive for his trouble. Naegi's reaction and the way he describes his death is unpleasant, to say the least.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: He gets himself killed by his own Summon.
- Spared by the Adaptation: He was saved from his death at the Bottomless Canyon by Shaft. Then he got bumped off in a different way.
- Starter Villain: He's mostly there to give the player a first serious challenge of a boss fight.
- Too Dumb to Live: Sure, keep ordering a giant red devil that went berserk with mental anguish. Nothing's wrong with that.
- Villainous Breakdown: Suffers badly from this. Justified, since he's losing to three teenagers and he's supposed to be a veteran warrior. If Naegi reveals his Summon, Hans completely lost it when he sees the huge gap between him and Naegi's Summon rendering him to a nervous wreck.
Elda
Elda
Series: DIDNapper
A villainess from an alternate DIDNapper universe. A former teacher of Aurealis Academy who planned to awaken the power of the Maunak Eyes. Ever since her defeat at the hands of Suki and her friends, she is rescued by the Primal Union. They promise her they'll restore the Maunak Eye to its full potential. In return, she is to capture Suki and her friends so they can be used as "bargaining chips" in order to harvest troops and materials from their universe. She is the primary antagonist of the Captured Holders quest.- Arch-Enemy: She considers Suki as her personal enemy ever since the former princess foils her plot.
- Arc Villain: She's the main antagonist of the Captured Holders quest with the DIDNapper cast involved.
- Bound and Gagged: Her ultimate fate. Not only Rhajat places a powerful hex that seals her magic spells for a long time, but Rhajat also places a curse... she will enjoy the very thing she hates the most, which is being tied up and gagged. Both Modern!Carol and Prototype!Carol are more than happy to tie her up before taking her back to her universe.
- Game-Over Woman: If Naegi fails to protect Suki and Carol during an Escort Mission (resulting both girls getting captured), she will appear and proceeds to taunt Naegi. She does have some different lines too.
- Elda: That girl, Suki, was counting on you. Yet, you failed her.Elda: Finally, I have that girl and her friends. Now none can stand in my way.Elda: So you failed to live up to my expectation. How predictable.Elda: They're mine now, Makoto Naegi. You've lost your chance.
- Knight of Cerebus: Even by her series' standard, she is one of the more serious antagonists. She's willing to sacrifice her own universe for her personal gain.
- Lack of Empathy: Invoked. When Lion tries to reason with her that the Primal Union will just destroy her universe just like all the others, she doesn't even care. It is implied that she enjoys being part of the Primal Union's goal.
- Manipulative Bastard: Grows to become this. She shows the prototype versions of Suki and Carol the visions of their universe's eventual fate, hoping to break them into doubting the Realmwalkers' intention and eventually coercing them to fight the party.
- Ms. Fanservice: One of the bustiest ladies from her series. Raiga ogles over her and even Lion thinks she's a hottie.
- Oh, Crap!: Gives one of these when Rhajat curses her with a hex that seals off her magic ability for five years.Rhajat: Oh, I have one more curse I love to try it out on you.Elda: S-Stay away from me....!Rhajat: Hehehehe....
- Rage Breaking Point: when the Maunak Eye is destroyed for good, she is seething with rage. She attempts to kill the party with another spell before Rhajat promptly silences her.
- Surrounded by Idiots: How she felt with her henchmen. Despite giving them instructions, they capture the wrong versions of Suki and her friends 10 times already.Elda: They should've given me better henchmen...
- Underestimating Badassery: Her biggest flaw. She doesn't view the party, especially Naegi, as a threat to her plans but an obstacle to remove. She is confident that the Maunak Eye would destroy them. Solo lampshades this that Elda should never underestimate Naegi.
- Villainous Breakdown: She slowly loses her smugness after the party continues to rescue Suki's friends. This becomes apparent in her boss fight, as she slowly loses her patience. She is very confident that the Maunak Eye's power will easily defeat them. If Naegi reveals all the Summons within him, Elda is left with a Stunned Silence and completely horrified at the huge power gap between her and Naegi's Summons to the point of nearly rivaling the Maunak Eye.
The Maunak Eye
A powerful and sentient magical artifact that longs to possess a human vessel. It was destroyed by Suki and her companions, but it survived. The Primal Union can help restore it under the condition Elda helps them with their plan, starting with her universe's Suki.- Artifact of Doom: A powerful and sentient magical artifact. Too bad it's an EVIL sentient magical artifact.
- The Corrupter: Anyone who tries to harness its power ends up being brainwashed. Elda is the possible exception.
- Graceful Loser: After taking it all in, it accepts its defeat once more.
- Oh, Crap!: When it sheepishly tries to coerce Naegi into becoming his vessel, Naegi responds by summoning Ifrit.
- Walking Spoiler: Its very existence, especially for those who are familiar with DIDNapper.
- Worthy Opponent: It considers Naegi to be a worthy adversary and sees him as a better human vessel.
