Other Characters

    Molly Ludwig
Elliot's ex-wife. They got divorced in 1930.
  • Awful Wedded Life: Possibly. It's implied that Elliot's dedication to his toy company is a reason why their marriage collapsed, though there probably had to have been more going on, considering the divorce laws of the 1930s.note
  • Small Role, Big Impact: She is only mentioned in "Elliot Ludwig Biography" as Elliot's ex-wife, but her divorcing him is what tempted the latter to find Playtime Co. Which in turn, sets in motion almost every event that happened in the story.
  • Unknown Character: There isn't a whole lot more to know about her, other than that she's Ludwig's ex-wife.

    Gerad Lockehart
An investigator who looked into the case of Theodore being electrocuted.
  • Great Detective: He managed to learn a great deal about the case despite Playtime Co. likely wanting everything about the experiments to be hidden. Notably, he deduced that the Prototype was the one who wanted to escape by returning back to save Theodore.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: Based on the way his comments are phrased, he seems to be unaware of the larger goals and experiments of Playtime Co. and was only given the bare minimum description of Theodore's escape by the company without any incriminating context.

    Nightmare Huggy Wuggy

Nightmare Huggy Wuggy

A mysterious and nightmarish version of Huggy Wuggy. He is a more haunting and creepy version that lacks the goofiness and charm of his normal Playtime Co. counterpart.

  • Advertised Extra: Despite being seen in the two trailers leading up to Chapter 3's release, suggesting that he's a prominent antagonist to fight, he's merely a hallucination that only serves as a Jump Scare at the start of the orphanage segment.
  • Bloodier and Gorier: Compared to the original Huggy Wuggy and the Mini Huggies that were intimidating, but also cute, this distinct version of the character features razor-sharp elongated teeth, blank hollow eyes, long arms and legs along with claws underneath his gloved hands and feet. He also lacks the cuddly fur of the original Huggy Wuggy character.
  • Body Horror: He has sharp claws underneath his glowed legs and hands along with razor-sharp teeth that could very easily crush someone, extremely long arms that are far too large for him, blank hallow eyes that are creepily empty and a lack of fur on his body.
  • Facial Horror: Just look at his face and mouth.
  • Fission Mailed: It is impossible to outrun Nightmare Huggy Wuggy, meaning that he will always give you a Jump Scare like those that would normally lead to the Game Over screen. And even if you do get a massive head start for this chase, as it turns out, the hallway has become a dead end, so Nightmare Huggy will catch you no matter what. But while the screen does fade to black, you simply wake back up in Playcare afterward.
  • Haunted Technology: Pulls himself out of the television to attack the player.
  • Mental Monster: He's just a Red Smoke-induced hallucination.
  • More Teeth than the Osmond Family: He has the sharpest and most dangerous teeth of any antagonist encountered so far.
  • Scary Teeth: He has incredibly sharp teeth.
  • Shout-Out: He easily fits in with the group of Nightmare Animatronics.
  • Slasher Smile: The nightmare version's smile is far more horrifying than aggressive Huggy Wuggy's.

    Ollie

Voiced by: Reid Osiecki

A mysterious voice who assists the Player in navigating Playcare in chapter 3. Not much is known about him, save that he and Poppy know each other and seem to be working together.

  • Accent On The Wrong Syllable: A mild example. His dialogue is oddly stilted: though not much about him is known, he talks much like a doll would - not only is everything he says said in a perky and cheerful tone regardless of the context, but his lines often sound like they're canned words coming out of a voicebox with odd accents and emphases. This could lend to the possibility that he is a doll himself, but Poppy - who is definitely a doll - only talks like that in the commercials, whereas the sapient one you know personally does not.
  • Ambiguously Human: Whether he is a human child, a toy with a kid's voice, or possibly even the Prototype is yet to be revealed.
  • Ambiguous Situation: What is a child who sounds that young doing deep down in the bowels of the Playtime factory? Has he been here for the past 10 years? Why is he so knowledgeable about how everything in Playcare works? How does he know what the player is doing at moments when they need help? Where exactly is he? Is he a human or a toy? All questions that have yet to be answered. Ollie also doesn't talk about the Playcare like he's lived there, saying things like "the kids used to live here" instead of "we used to live here".
  • Creepy Child: A few times, he makes several unsettling comments rather cheerily, such as how the real Prototype is much scarier than the shrine that CatNap has erected.
  • Dissonant Serenity: Keeps a perky tone of voice as he describes the horrors within the Playcare.
  • Expy: With their similar sounding voices and names, Ollie is basically Gregory from Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, specifically his role in the Ruin DLC; a child with a Mysterious Past directing you through a small walkie-talkie (or in Ollie's case, a more phone-like device). In both cases, if one listens carefully, the speech sounds like various words being stitched together by something that can mimic voices. In Ollie's case, it's much more ambiguous as of Chapter 3.
  • Mission Control: His main role is to guide the Player throughout the Playcare, give him keys to access buildings, and indicating him what he needs to do to move forward.
  • Support Party Member: A point in his favor is that Poppy at least knows him well enough that he seems to be intimately involved in her plan, with his involvement seemingly being part of it. Whereas Poppy is coordinating everything, while the player and Kissy do the legwork, Ollie mostly role mostly seems to be watching from a distance somehow and helping from behind the scenes.
  • The Voice: Ollie acts as your guide throughout chapter 3 via an old phone but never makes an on-screen appearance.
  • Voice with an Internet Connection: Communicates with the Player via phones scattered across the Playcare.
