Awesome / Eiyuu Senki: The World Conquest

  • The tense buildup and execution of the scene wherein Chihaya swears his Declaration of Protection to Himiko, even against evil Takeru, is the moment that tells the player that the game is far more than goofy humor and Fanservice.
  • The second time the player fights Balin it's revealed that she is also a Knight of the Round and, by that time, five others have joined the player's army. Taking her down with any/all of Lancelot, Mordred, Bors, Percival, and Bedivere is very satisfying.
  • Tristan may be The Chew Toy for the Knights of the Round, but she has serious guts to tell Brainwashed and Crazy Arthur that she and her unit are defecting to the Zipang army to her face!
    • And, taking a step up from the battle against Balin mentioned above, the four Knights who join at this point automatically join the battle against Arthur after this event.
    • Arthur herself gets one following that battle where she briefly returns to her normal self through sheer willpower to give everyone time to escape.
  • A small one that provides a nice mental image: Benkei being able to match Hercules's strength in the scene before actually fighting her.
  • Chihaya utilizing his dormant powers to revive Takeru. Note it is also the first time he'd used those powers since fighting her after Zipang's unification.
  • Nyarlathotep's introductory scene and Establishing Character Moment followed by siccing an ancient sea creature against the party when they make their first move against her prove she means business! Everything about her is set up to make defeating her all that much more satisfying and a crowning moment for both the player and game.
  • Chihaya and Mu working together to destroy the Staff of Narayana, return the heroes to the world, and defeat Nyarlathotep once and for all. The first part is done when he has a sword embedded in his chest and his legs had been removed.
  • One for the player for managing to complete every layer of Shambhala. The trophy description is even, "I Am Invincible!" The final battle within there counts too as it is an extended fight against every Knight of the Round Table.
