  • After making a video completely ripping apart a horror movie called 11-11-11, director Darren Lynn Bousman saw the video and messaged Chris about it. He was very entertained by the video and actually thanked Chris for it.
  • His Op-Ed pieces Are Trailers Spoiling Movies?, about Trailers Always Spoil and Never Trust a Trailer, and Have Directors Forgotten How To Film Action? about overuse of Jitter Cam, fast-cutting closeups of actors (often to disguise stunt doubles) and overuse of CGI at the expense of real-life stuntwork. Both will probably have any movie-goer nodding along in complete agreement.
  • In his old vlog intro, there's a bit where we see Chris dancing as Michael Jackson. May sound funny, but just watch it.
    • Not to mention the sweet bass line that was accompanying it.
  • The opening skit/intro for his review of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. All we have to say is: He Really Can Act!
  • At the end of Chris' rant on annoying moviegoers, Chris recaps an event that had occurred earlier that day when he went to see Dead Man Down. A pair of "lumberjacks" began chatting it up very loudly during previews, and continued even after Chris politely asked them to stop. And then when Chris turned off his phone (even being courteous and trying not to distract people with the light), they called him out because they thought he was texting. At that moment, Chris snapped.
Chris: I couldn't take it anymore. I got up, took my coat off, and screamed at them, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I JUST WANTED TO COME HERE AND WATCH A MOVIE, IN SILENCE, AND ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE, AND YOU HAD TO COME IN HERE AND RUIN IT! YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK!" And I left.
    • Even more awesome is that the theater gave him a refund for all the crap that he went through.
  • Chris's Toonami episode of his Retro Rewind series, where he managed to get Christopher Sabat and Steve fucking Blum to collaborate with him. And manages to have Christopher voicing Vegeta to tell everyone to get Stuckmannized!
  • Chris' completely unabashed tearing-to-shreds of Fantastic Four (2015). He even has to take a deep inhale before he starts his rant.
  • His great beat-down of Dragonball Evolution, especially when he compares how it fails to measure up to the original series.
  • The opening to his review of Nine Lives, where he burns the ticket stub in a field.
  • The fact that he's a Tomatometer-approved critic.
  • As of June 20th, 2017, Stuckmann has reached over 1 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.
  • Chris' amazing scream of "And it SUUUUUUUCKED!" during the previously monotone Cold Open of his review of The Emoji Movie. It's sudden, startling, and maybe even a little scary, especially coming from someone known for his nice demeanor who rarely gets outright furious in his videos.
    • Also, the fact that he sat through such an awful movie is awesome in its own right. As one commenter put it: "If I had to sit in front of that steaming vomit pile of a movie for two hours, I'd want to scream too."
  • In his review of The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, he points out that while the film may not be the best, it's still much better than "the recent animated version of cancer on film", as it has good messages for children instead of simply pandering to them and containing endless Product Placement.
  • In 2017, Chris became an official member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association.
  • His exit from Channel Awesome, which he actually did not publicize, saying on his Twitter that attention should be going to those affected by the bad management and not him doing any grand-standing. Talk about tact.
    • In a similar vein, his response after the closing of Defy Media, which Chris did take the time to film a video for. He calmly but frankly lays out his experiences with the company as their business practices grew more and more suspicious, but acknowledges in the end he'll be fine and that real sympathies should be with the employees who are now out of work thanks to this sudden event. Not only is it heartwarming, it serves as a strong cautionary tale for online creators getting involved with networks.
  • Dangerously reckless as they were, pretty much all of the real stunts Chris performed in his two Indiana Jones fan films. Special mention should go to Chris actually getting dragged across the road by a car a la Harrison Ford in Raiders of the Lost Ark!
    • Give the man credit for having enough of a sense of humour that he talks about his own movies as Hilariocities.
  • His review of The Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson, which begins with him doing this...
Chris: I'm gonna do something I've never done before, because this movie is very special. I'm gonna give The Murder of Nicole Brown Simpson an F.
    • ...Which is then followed by him ripping apart the film that he regards as trashy and exploitative. Tranquil Fury in full effect.
  • Chris releasing his video on why he left the Jehovah's Witnesses and sharing his stories of the religion growing up despite it being very likely to lead to him being disfellowshipped and disowned by his family. Of note, his Kingdom Hall deemed his career choice too "worldly"note  and made a blatant and persistent effort to derail his career, forcing him to delete his original channel, which briefly succeeded but eventually failed after a "worldly" friend asked him why he'd let them stop him doing something he clearly enjoyed, and once he realized the hypocrisy of his elders scolding him for reviewing Thor even though one elder had taken his family to watch the movie, which proved to be the last straw. He doesn't mince words on how the horseshit he was subjected to affected his mental health, and outright accuses the faith of being a cult.
  • Doubles as heartwarming; upon launching a Kickstarter campaign to raise $250,000 for his debut feature Shelby Oaks on March 1, 2022, that six-figure goal was met in 24 hours. Stretch goals were then announced, ultimately totaling five set at $400,000, $500,000, $600,000, $750,000 and $1,000,000. The project ended up raising over $1.3 million, even though it only needed 8 days to become the single most-funded horror film project in Kickstarter history. It's no surprise that in the updates Chris posted in the wake of another milestone, he's oftentimes completely lost for words — the support he's received from his fans is just that strong.
