These are just two of the many people you'll get to know throughout the series. So far, the series consists of:

* ''Jak and Daxter Collection'' (HD): A collection of the first three ''Jak and Daxter'' games remastered for the UsefulNotes/PlayStation3 and UsefulNotes/PlayStationVita. A similar digital bundle (this time including ''Jak X'') was released digitally on the UsefulNotes/PlayStation4, however these are emulating the originals at double the resolution rather than the prior remasters.

Taking it to the next level, SCEA released ''VideoGame/PlaystationMoveHeroes'', a three-way crossover between ''Jak and Daxter'', ''Franchise/RatchetAndClank'', and ''VideoGame/SlyCooper''. The titular duo also appears as playable characters in ''[[VideoGame/PlayStationAllStarsBattleRoyale PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale]]''.

* MsFanservice: Even amongst [[WrenchWench Keira]], Tess and [[EvilIsSexy Maia]], Ashelin '''still''' stands out as the most fanservicely of the women in this game.

* BoobsOfSteel: Ashelin, the only girl we see fighting, also has the biggest breasts (or at least the most cleavage).

* CameraScrew: One of the biggest problems with ''TLF'' and ''Jak II''.

* FakeDifficulty: Some parts of TLF, mostly due to CameraScrew. Even more so in ''Jak II'', due to many unremoved bugs, camera being the least offender. For example: often your transformation into Dark Jak will get interrupted by an enemy's shot, transforming you back, and making you vulnerable for about 3 seconds and a good target.

* JerkAss: Pecker, at times. G.T. Blitz as well, [[spoiler: until the end, when he's revealed as the bad guy]].
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Jak as of ''Jak 2''; he is abrasive, rough and bitter but is a nice and good person at heart and will always do the right thing.

* OverprotectiveDad: Samos, though it's perfectly reasonable: he wants his daughter to stay in the garage fixing cars, not out on the track getting shot at.

* BareYourMidriff: Standard style for the girls of the series.

* WorldOfTehcnicolorHair: While there are many characters with normal hair colors, many others sport shades far more exotic. It's particularly common for this to take the form of multicolored hair, such as Jak's hair being green and yellow and Keira's being green and blue.

** Not to mention [[StarWars "A more elegant weapon, for a more civilized time,"]] said about the [[MundaneMadeAwesome electric bug-swatter]] in ''Daxter''.

* TheDandy: Daxter definitely cares more about his looks than you'd expect a BalefulPolymorph to. He's also made laudatory comments on Razer and the Sky Pirates' outfits, and complained about the state of his claws, one time going so far to say that he needed a manicure (of course, that was said in ''TLF'', so...)

* ForcedTutorial: These are usually integrated into the games (escape from prison, win the Arena fight), though the first game has one character literally forcing the heroes to "get some practice" under threat of BalefulPolymorph.

* IconicLogo: Jak's name (sometimes Daxter's too with an & between them) in a seemingly chickenscratch orange letters. The only time it deviated from this was in ''Daxter'''s logo, in which the color was a green gradient.
