I'm willing to argue in favor of most examples since the relations are clear, but I'll admit that Sunset Traveler and Hole in the Man are tougher to break down since they're practically different creatures
Kaleidoscope of Butterflies is the proper term used for a flock of the things so it isn't a complete indicator, yet the term has ever used the term in both Funeral of the Dead Butterflies Lobotomy Corp story and Ruina attack names. The difference is so massive beyond 'butterflies' when it comes to Funeral and Sunset that it probably is stretched
Likewise, Der Freischutz is an opera reference and has explicit mentions of the Devil, while the only things Hole in the Man shares is a shadowy body and a cursed gun, unique to Der Shootman and a notable trait of the other guy but maybe not an outright indicator of connection. I'm a bit more on the side that they're relatives in some way, as even Der Fruitloops and Angela using his EGO are seen shooting themselves with their own magic gun just like the Hole in the Man
It'd probably be best to just ask or wait for PM to directly address all these connections and coincidences themselves, because like how someone said, Aberration was never mentioned in Limbus but the similarities are too glaring to overlook
Edited by Stolen_Moment Try imagining how far the universe extends! Keep thinking about it until you go insane.
I feel like we're delving too much into speculative troping, what with claiming half of these abnormalities are aberrations. Like, the blue star aberration and Skin Prophet have undeniable ties, but other claims are quite stretched.
