Long shot, but could this be mixing stuff involving the YGO season zero yo-yo subplot

I watch this when I was a kid, and it was about protagonist who duelling with other characters with yoyos. They have tournament arcs
The most memorable thing I remember is that one of the characters was a robot lady, a pair of twins, one have spiky white hair and one who looks like James from Pokemon anime
