  • Angst? What Angst?: Ralph Bluetawn is trapped in the Haunted Forest as a ghost. But he doesn't seem to mind too much, mainly because he has pizza and an eternity to enjoy it.
  • Awesome Music: Some players, particularly the streamers the game is based on, have praised the game's music as being professional quality to the point that they wouldn't be surprised to hear it in a mainstream game.
  • Creepy Awesome: The Happy Emote Salesshroom. Of course, who he's based on has a lot to do with that.
  • Crosses the Line Twice: Two in regards to the memorial for Vinny's Minecraft cat Ziggy.
    • First, the memorial is marked with the string that dropped from Ziggy when he died placed in an Item Frame, which are typically used by players to show off hard-to-get items as trophies.
    • The epitaph in his "honor":
      Here lies Ziggy
      May his light touch us
      As the fire touched him
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: The game's take on V-Dub became hugely popular among fanartists on account of his highly elaborate and Rule of Cool "spider lord" outfit and his exaggerated take on the character's already comical ego. Note that V-Dub only briefly appears in a single hidden-off area, is never so much as alluded to anywhere else, and is of no relevance to the rest of the game aside from giving out an emote.
  • Game-Breaker: The Super Jump goes changes the player's vertical movement from about the height of their avatar to In a Single Bound, making any remaining collectibles a breeze to get. Lampshaded in the Developer's Room where the text says that "we cut you free."
  • Jerkass Dissonance: V-Dub, as usual. He's a self-important "gamer bro" who thinks punching people is funny and filled a ball pit with soda over a petty argument.
  • Just Here for Godzilla: Most players are going to have one or two streamers whose jokes and memes they want to find.
  • One-Scene Wonder: V-Dub's spider-themed overcoat and goggles had turned that particular version of him into a popular subject for fan art.
  • Pop-Culture Isolation: Because the game brings together a large number of references and in-jokes from all the members of the Vineteam and their associates, and because some of these gags go as far back as Vinesauce's founding back in 2010, there's a significant number of jokes that can easily fly over the heads of people new to or unfamiliar with Vinesauce, people who only watch Vinny and Joel, and even people who weren't tuned into Vinesauce since day one (since a lot of older streams are now missing).
