• Friendly Fandoms: With most of the other Masked Singer crossover series on DeviantArt, to the point where they will all reference each other from time to time.
• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Why did Tiana pick the Firefly costume? Because she wanted to honor Ray.
  • After winning, Panda wishes that Ice Bear and Grizz were there so that he could celebrate with them, at which point Pinkie reveals that they are. Cue Ice Bear and Grizz running on stage for a Group Hug with their brother.
  • After it comes out that Lady Dog invited a non-family member to come watch her perform, she is nearly forced to unmask, but Shantae stands up for her, pointing out that no one else knew who she was and that the whole point of the show was to have fun. This causes Pinkie to allow the audience to vote for whether or not Lady Dog gets to stay...and they say she can.
  • When Soap gets eliminated and is revealed to be Princess Fiona, she and Shrek sing Mamma Mia (Fiona's last performance) together.
  • After getting unmasked, the Angels/Houkago Tea Time allow Clock Tower/Jenny to sing their encore with them.
  • Pinkie Pie's sheer joy when she realizes that Crystal Ball is her version of Twilight Sparkle, happily glomping her.
  • After winning, Carlota gets surprised by her entire family appearing on stage.
  • After Charlie Brown is unmasked, he says he's not shocked he lost and calls himself a loser. Charlie Morningstar, the guest judge, gives him a very touching You Are Better Than You Think You Are speech, telling him that he did even what Lucy couldn't do, reach the top 10, and how inspiring of a person he is that he just doesn't quit.
• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • The Moon costume becomes a lot funnier if you know that the Sun/LeAnn Rimes was offered a Moon costume.
  • This series had a volcano as a costume well before The Masked Singer Australia had theirs. Bonus points for them having the polar opposites in terms of rankings, as Toon Volcano wins while Australian Volcano is the first gone.
  • Roxas being a contestant is all the funnier when you remember that his voice actor, Jesse Mc Cartney also competed on the show. The two even share the same placing.
  • After Black Sheep performs for the first time, Pinkie declares that they'll be the GOAT by the time of the finale. Considering that Black Sheep goes on to win the season, Pinkie couldn't have been more correct.
  • One of the costumes from season two is a Firefly, worn by a female singer. Come season seven and now there is a female Firefly costume on the real show. As a bonus, both are worn by women of color.
  • In his Smackdown appearance, Ghost sings "Bills" and turns out to be Daffy Duck. Come the main series, and Mallard uses "Bills" as his entrance theme.
  • Much like Firefly above, Heavy had a hummingbird as well as a mermaid and a knight well before the concepts appeared in the actual show in season 8.
  • Clock Tower is revealed to be Jenny Wakeman. Fast forward to season eight and there's a Robo-Girl costume on the actual show that happens to look a lot like Jenny. Bonus points for said costume being eliminated by a sheep costume just like Clock Tower.
  • One of the costumes in Season Four is a phoenix, only they were a male singer instead of a female singer. Come series four of the UK and there is a male phoenix costume. Once again, bonus points for both phoenixes coming in second.
• I Knew It!: Much like the canon fanbase, the fans of this series are pretty decent at catching onto the identities of some singers.
  • The Monster being Lori Loud was found out almost as soon as they appeared due to the repeated use of the number 11 throughout their clues, as well as their first song being "Let's Get Loud".
  • As soon as the Kittens were revealed to be Dipper and Mabel, almost everyone realized that the Rain Cloud was Wendy due to her closeness with the Kittens and sadness they couldn't face them in a Showdown.
  • Plenty of people also correctly predicted Otherworlder was Candace Flynn, mostly due to her demanding to change her name from Universe to Otherworlder because "the universe is against her" and the second Phineas and Ferb movie is titled Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe.
  • Clock Tower was easily recognized as Jenny Wakeman after giving her first clue, which is a dead ringer to the opening of her show.
  • Conch Shell was out of the bag as Lilo almost instantly, considering that she almost said aloha in her first clue.
  • Fire, Ice and Lightning were quickly guessed to be the Calamity Trio due to the fact their first clue has frog puns in it.
  • Baby was quickly guessed to be Pibby, followed by a word suddenly getting spelled out above them while talking normal.
  • Pretty much everyone realized that Kinkajou was Winnie the Pooh by the end of his first appearance.
  • Creature was out of the bag as Donkey so quickly that the show pretty much gave up on hiding who he was.
  • Feathered Serpent was easily found out as Luz Noceda based on the amount of owl-based clues and mentions of her girlfriend.
• Moment of Awesome:
  • Considering that none of them really sing in their home series, Wendy, Chris, Roxas and Xion and Panda managing to beat out Tiana, a Disney Princess, is highly impressive.
  • After coming in dead last for the Golden Ear trophy in the prior season, Shantae redeems herself by getting the first guess of season 3 right by nailing the Monkey as Pagan Min, which no one else got right.
  • After Wario and Charles make off with the Golden Mask Plaque, almost every past contestant returns to help hunt the duo down.
• Shocking Elimination: Two from the same episode no less.
  • After spending the season as one of the most popular singers, Clock Tower is the first singer cut in the final six of season three, losing to a Wild Card no less.
  • In a similar vein, Lady Dog getting the cut caught even the author off guard, seeing as she had been one of the most popular singers the entire season.
• Unexpected Character:
  • Considering that most of the characters are from popular media, someone like Glenn Martin as Smile, who comes from a rather disliked show, comes as a bit of a shock.
  • With how obscure her game is, seeing Monkey Penny unmasked as Astronaut came as a shock.
  • Also applies to Lady Dog/Hana Uzaki, as her franchise is not well known, especially compared to the other group of anime characters unmasked that episode.
  • In a similar manner to the aforementioned Smile, seeing Eleanor Sterne unmasked as Unicorn is also quite shocking considering the show she comes from isn't very well-liked.
  • Baby getting unmasked as Pibby may have turned some heads, considering that the show she hails from has yet to have any episodes released, only having teaser trailers- and, in fact, would never be released.
  • But nothing compares to Fast Food being Chanda Besu and Elizabeth Wagner, who are so obscure that their work doesn't even have a page on this website, a Wiki, or even a Wikipedia article. The author outright put a disclaimer asking viewers to read their books.
  • Princess getting unmasked as Kirika Misono was a double whammy, as not only does the media she hails from not have a page on this site, it's also widely hated in the US.
