• Complete Monster: Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri is the most vicious Serial Killer in Vale's history. Having been imprisoned and sentenced to die for a crime wave that began with his robbery and rape of a woman at age 12 and ended with the rape, murder, and dismemberment of three young boys, Angelo is broken out of prison and given a Stand by Torchwick and Cinder, which he uses to eviscerate two men. After being smuggled into Beacon by Torchwick, Angelo kidnaps Koichi and takes him to a water treatment facility, intending to kill Teams RWBY, JNPR, and JOJO when they pursue him and then slowly torture Koichi to death. When Neo rescues Koichi, Angelo attempts to kill them by having his Stand tear them apart from the inside. Despite being only a Villain of the Week, Angelo manages to horrify even seasoned villains such as Torchwick, Neo, and Mercury with his depravity.
• Magnificent Bastard:
  • Neo Politan is the adoptive daughter and personal assassin for Roman Torchwick. She is a highly skilled and dangerous fighter, frequently able to take on multiple trained warriors at a time. When Koichi Hirose is kidnapped by Anjuro Katagiri, Neo rescues Koichi and the two defeat the infamous murderer, with Neo being impressed by Koichi's courage and forming a Villainous Crush. Neo successfully prevents Jotaro from taking Emerald Sustrai prisoner during the Dance, and when Joseph Joestar is brought to Vale to find Torchwick, she attempts to assassinate him and is nearly successful. During the Breach, Neo escapes her imprisonment the very moment her guards attempt to transfer her from her cell, leaving their bodies in her place. Sneering at egotists and cowards, Neo proves that she is one of Remnant's most capable criminals.
  • Eleven Men is one of the enforcers hired by Whitesnake to facilitate the Breach, and is cunning, pragmatic, and unfailingly polite. Despite having a seemingly weak Stand, Eleven Men proves himself a deadly opponent when he fights Yang Xiao Long, scoring a definitive victory over the blonde brawler, and only being prevented from killing her by the intervention of Raven Branwen. Despite being outmatched by Raven, Eleven Men remains as professional as ever, successfully escaping the train with Jotaro and Team RWBY having been unable to avert the Breach.
