What An Idiot / Alien Abduction Role Play

• Acktreal realizes that the humans are affecting her on an instinctual level, and admits to Subject 50499-A that she's scared that she'll enjoy the mouthplay too much.
  • You'd Expect: The human to back off and respect her boundaries, until she's able to cool down and figure out what's going on. At least it would have bought her some time.
  • Instead: They selfishly pester her until she gives in, and she sinks into her first feral episode as she spits them out.
  • The only good that came from it: Her secret is exposed right as humanity gets full rights, and the crew is made aware of the potential danger that Ackt would pose if she went feral.
• The R9 has security cameras, and an entire room dedicated to them. Apparently they're recording what's going on too.
  • You'd expect there to be some level of security. Don't give anyone else administrative access to them other than the captain, and MAYBE the tech guy. Send backups to servers back at Caridal every so often. Even if Evianporial found a way to erase the footage anyway (like somehow stealing the root password from Oovoo or Hiborich), it's still better to make him go through more hoops to do so.
  • Instead: The footage is apparently very easy for any crewmember to alter or erase, and that's exactly what Evianporial did. Forcing Kyra to resort to illegally hide cameras in the medical bay. Almost as if she suspected Evian or something.
• Apparently there were similarities between humanity and another livestock species used as biological warfare against enxions (though pheromones that induced ravenous hunger), and it possibly affects other carnivore species too, and they tell the human this while trying to explain why they mistook humanity for a livestock species, apparently because the events on the ship would have made the aliens look like hypocrites for chalking it up to humanity not getting along with itself.
  • You'd Expect: Since they had at least a century to observe humanity, they would probably connect the dots and realize that these species might also have the same hormones used to screw up enxion species.
  • Instead: They take zero precautions, and they're completely caught off guard when Ackt is slowly driven insane, tries to eat her human test subject, and finally messily devours her childhood friend. Even they must realize how idiotic this is, as behind their stoic demeanors in part 14 while talking to the human, they're desperately groveling at the human's feet, hoping they'll take the job they're extending to them.
