Nebride, or just Neb, is a slime foxgirl vtuber and VRChat streamer from Norway. Her livestreams are centered around dancing and vibing to various genres of music or dabbling in soothing ASMR, although she also plays horror games, preferably indie ones. For VR, she has 11-point full-body and eye/face tracking, as well as a multitude of 3D avatars and outfits, both for wiggly and humorous purposes, explained by her lore as being her different forms she can shift into as a slime creature. The common unifying theme however is her love of latex, or really anything black and shiny. That, and being a playful fox.
She places great emphasis on having a supportive, respectful community with good vibes, with her chat having the ability to request songs and looks. For some reason, a bunch of people tend to call her cute and praise her voice.
She started on Twitch years ago, but since July 2023, she streams on rival platform Kick. Her current content is certainly a little spicy for some (with themes of kinks such as dronification and gentle femdom), so, you know, proceed with caution.

- Abstract Eater: She specifically feeds on the minds and thoughts of her drones.
- Accent Interest: Although some people tend to notice her accent, they can't generally tell she's from Norway.
- Affectionate Nickname: She has many, from Neb, Nebby, Nebi to gems like Nub, Nebling, Nebbers, Nebington, Nebbels, Nebbi, Neb-chwan, Ben (or as a full name, Ben Hungry), Nebula, Nebri, Neberino and Nebberoni.
- Ambiguous Robots: The usage of the term drone (used both in her lore and for some of her avatars, as well as for members of her fanbase) is a bit ambiguous. It is taken from the hypno drone subculture under the umbrella of the wider BDSM culture, involving power play in the form of a Master/Mistress hypnotizing or brainwashing their target into being a drone, a mindless, obedient automaton. It usually involves the idea of losing identity and personality with the help of being covered in latex and having only numeric identifiers instead of names, and becoming part of a hive mind. By that alone, drones are organic, they only behave like machines. But then sometimes she talks about replacing her drones' legs and repairing various parts of them or scrapping them, this implies they are gradually turned into robots. (During a SOMA stream, she stated she's more comfortable with the idea of robots having human minds transferred into them than with robots having actual human brains inside them.)
- Artificial Limbs: Her "Drone Master" form has mechanical legs.
- Ascended Meme: Quite possibly her "Shadow" form, also known as the "Sleep Paralysis Demon" form. She jokingly called herself "your sleep paralysis latex demon" and chat mocked her (and their) particularly screwed up sleep schedule just enough times.
- Apologises a Lot: She's quite self-conscious about technical difficulties hindering her streams, be it faulty VR equipment, internet issues, or other aspects of the stream not going as she intended.
- Art Evolution: Her OC's look changed throughout the years; initially it was a redhead "metalhead" foxgirl with One Piece references here and there, but soon she dropped these and opted to have more of a serious look with a pronounced latex theme along with an entirely different, more detailed avatar base. During her first subathon, she revealed a revamp of her OC, which became a black-haired foxgirl with oni horns.
- Her stream overlays changed a lot, in particular, as she stopped doing "Just Chatting" style content and started focusing on dancing in VRChat, she abandoned Eastern style, heavy vtuber overlays in favor of minimalistic, Western style overlays with pretty much only sub counters and an opaque chatbox.
- Asian Fox Spirit: Her usual appearance is that of a modern kitsune, specifically a fennec foxgirl with not very desert-like colors (black, red, white) on her fluffy ears and tail.
- ASMR Video: During her first subathon, she made it one of the goals to have official ASMR streams after viewers repeatedly praised her voice and her cozy vibes during the unwindings of her dance streams. Her "colored" series of ASMR stream VODs are uploaded on her YouTube channel.
- Badass Adorable: Her lore and some of the forms (avatars) she takes implies she is someone (or rather something) to fear, despite usually looking and behaving like a friendly, sweet foxgirl. Lorewise she doesn't fight at all, however she does hypnotize you, erases your mind, shrinks your brain and fills your skull with her slime just to control you.
- Bare Midriffs Are Feminine: There are not many outfits that cover her midriffs, and on occasion, she will do something she just calls "tummy hypno".
- Battle Cry: As far as raid messages count as battle cries, hers is certainly ethusiastic, albeit unusual: MRBEEEEEAST!!! It came after jokes were made about some of the big sub bombs and donations coming from MrBeast himself.
- Big "NO!": Happens when she realizes her VR headset is about to run out of battery and die. If there's an actual big issue which can't be fixed by plugging in charger cables, her reactions tend to be less dramatic-sounding.
- Black Eyes of Crazy: Some of her avatars – both 3D and 2D – have black sclerae.
- By the Lights of Their Eyes: Her "Shadow" form is all-black with glowing white eyes and a mouth, and it lends itself very well to this in dark settings.
- Cat Girl: Her current Live2D avatar is a (slightly yandere) slime catgirl.
- Cuddle Bug: In general she would love to offer hugs to friendly people. She will poke, boop, headpat, hug, nuzzle and cuddle you during VR streams, especially when she's running out of energy (or if it's an ASMR-ish stream). Sometimes she will even lick you, because that's a normal fox thing.
- During VR meetups, she loves to headpat people, especially desktop players, as they can't headpat her back.
- Cute Little Fangs: Some of her avatars (including her catgirl Live2D model) have these. Either these, or jagged, shark-like chompers. Yes, she plays into the biting thing.
- Cute Monster Girl: Cute slime foxgirl. Even though she adamantly denies it, and might just ask what the hell is cute about "this", while showing off her curves.
- Cuteness Proximity: Happens when she finds cats in games. Not so much for VRChat worlds, as no cats in VRChat are made to look cute...
- This also might be the case for some in her chat when it comes to her behavior.
- Cyborg: Her Azshara is a cyborg. The "Drone Master" form of her OC could be interpreted as being a cyborg as well, as she has mechanical legs, but otherwise appear organic.
- Darker and Edgier: After her first subathon, she revealed the 3.0 revamp of her OC (becoming a horned foxgirl), which marked a shift into more mature and kink-themed content with a bit more control and a bit less tomfoolery around.
- Dark Is Evil: Her "Shadow" form, also known as the "Sleep Paralysis Demon" form, is all-black with white glowing eyes and a mouth.
- Dark Is Not Evil: She loves black, especially the shiny variety, but lore aside, she's a very welcoming and sweet person, often asking about people's wellbeing – and their meals.
- Determinator: She has faced a number of hardships and setbacks, both long-term and short-term (which includes an almost year-long ban from Twitch, which seemed permanent), but she still continued to do streaming. If not on the same day, maybe two days or two weeks later. Factors like her VR gear having technical scuff and health issues have hindered, but never managed to detract her for long, to the point that she saying "fuck it, we ball" became a quote.
- Double Entendre: She certainly loves yogurt. It's enough to say she's a skilled low flyer when it comes to radars and getting crap under them. Sometimes she feels she just has to be extra smug and quip "if you know what I mean"... or wink to drive it home.
- Dressed All in Rubber: Many of her avatars and outfits reflects her love of latex. Lorewise, her drones also wear latex bodysuits and gas masks.
- Elective Mute: There are streams where she spends some or all time being muted. Either she's not at home and others are around, she's tired, her throat isn't feeling well, or she simply isn't in the mood to use her actual voice. Sometimes she turns on speech-to-text, so she can still talk to chat without her voice being heard by them.

- I Banged Your Mom: Just one of her favorite silly jokes to make, movement included. She's a laidback fox who doesn't take anything seriously, what do you expect?
- Impossibly Cool Clothes: Some of her outfits would definitely contradict physics, but it's explained as something that slime clothes could do as they are a part of her body anyway.
- Insult of Endearment: "Gremlin" (for her vocalizations and energy) as well as "stinky" (hours of VR dancing does make you sweaty, besides, she's a foxgirl), and even "scuffed fox", considering how much technical trouble she has to go through.
- Jiggle Physics: She uses VRChat avatars for most of her streams, which have plenty of it, and she improves it (in multiple places) on her models herself. Then she gleefully shows off her hard work. She even used the word Gainaxing when mentioning her efforts.
- Kidnapped for Experimentation: Her lore hints at her being a failed result of experimentation (and torture) after being kidnapped. She was once a regular human girl, but now she's a shapeshifter slime creature usually taking the form of a foxgirl.
- Kindhearted Cat Lover: She had cats, she squees at cat pictures, she memes with cat memes, she added a number of cat emotes to her 7TV emote bank, she has a catgirl Live2D avatar, she meows when in pain, or just for the fun of it... It's fair to say she loves cats.
- Little Bit Beastly: A majority of her avatars sport animal ears, tails, and/or horns of various sorts.
- Loss of Identity: Lorewise, her drones lose their identity; they wear latex to hide their looks and they are assigned four-digit numeric codes in place of their names. If they stay, they will also lose their memories and minds outside of the thoughts she plants into their heads.
- Master of Illusion: Her "Drone Master" form.
- Mind Control: Lorewise, she turns people into her drones by brainwashing them with hypnosis. In real life, you might end up wanting to do what she tells you to do anyway.
- Ms. Fanservice: Being a VRChat streamer, this is not unexpected, but she's also a horror vtuber, and in that capacity, she arguably goes for a more innocent attitude. As a VRChat dancer, she certainly has the means, both in looks and in behavior. In particular, she does a really good job of controlling the camera in VR.
- My Eyes Are Up Here: She lovingly tells you to "look at her eyes". Even if you can't see those eyes, you better look offscreen where they would be. You will surely do, right?
- No, You: Every time she gets called cute or adorable or anything sweet really, she makes sure to deflect it right back at the sender in the cutest ways possible.
- Ominous Obsidian Ooze: As a slime creature, her body and apparent clothing is made up from thick, sticky slime. By default, it is black, but it can change appearance at her will. And it has a strawberry flavor.
- Oni: Her "Oni" form (based on GodYurei). The 3.0 version of her OC form also explicitly took the oni horns from GodYurei, and it's even called "NEB X ONI" in VRChat itself.
- Our Demons Are Different: Her all-black "Shadow" or "Sleep Paralysis Demon" form, as well as her Sirai avatar, who is meant to be a succubus.

- Shapeshifting Trickster: She's changing forms to ensnare and tease (and out-of-character, troll) people.
- As a character, she has her "Hypno Drone" form for hypnotizing people, as well as a "Succubus", a "Nymph" and an "Imp" form, among others, to have her way with her target.
- As a streamer, if she gets enough of chat's tomfoolery, she has meme/gag avatars to retaliate; such as the Ugandan Neb (from the infamous VRChat meme with the scuffed Knuckles of Sonic the Hedgehog fame), the Peepo (from Twitch subculture), Thicco-Arc (a cursed mixture between Garfield and Tsukihime's Neco-Arc), or Nebchomp (a cute, humanoid Garchomp from Pokémon). ...or the furry form of the GodRunner avatar.
- She's Back: Since she first started streaming as a vtuber, she had a few hiatuses/breaks she certainly didn't planned, but otherwise she keeps a dedicated, almost perfectly daily streaming activity.
- Showing Off the New Body: Pretty much what she does when she debuts a new form or avatar she got. Sometimes she dedicates a whole stream for it.

- The Artifact: She uploaded quite a few avatars into VRChat in the past years (close to 500 including avatar variants, as of April 2024), many of them for streaming. She could still switch to them if redeemed by chat, although they might be slightly broken in various ways due to VRChat updates happening in the meantime.
- The Tease: And a quite adept one at that if she's in the right mood and mindset. Her style is smug and not overtly blunt.
- Villain Protagonist: In-character as a shapeshifter slime creature with sadistic tendencies, who turns people into her mindless, obedient drones with her hypnosis power and gooey slime, she is the evil protagonist of her channel.
- Vocal Evolution: She used to have a higher-pitched voice, but a particularly bad cold in 2020 caused her voice to drop a few octaves.
- Voices Are Not Mental: It's not unusual for her to change her speech style and tone according to the avatar she currently uses and the type of stream she is conducting. This is almost a given for meme/gag avatars like the Ugandan Neb.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: While she never went deep into her character's lore so far, it's accepted as canon that her avatar and outfit changes (her so-called forms) are possible because she is a shapeshifter slime creature who happens to prefer the looks of a foxgirl as her main appearance.
- Her main avatars are based on her original character (OC) concept, being a slime creature who takes the form of a fennec foxgirl, usually latex-clad. There are iterations of this idea, the latest being the 3.0 version, the horned foxgirl. Her "Drone Master" form and her "Shadow" or "Sleep Paralysis Demon" form is part of this conceptually and modelwise. She also has a number of other avatars with a varying degree of her OC's attributes applied to them, most often the heterochromatic eyes and the makeup.
- She also has multiple drone or robot forms, the "Neko Drone" (based on NekoMekka Shkurka), the "Scout Drone" (based on Cyant Model 01) and Tetsuko Nanashi.
- Walking Techbane: She suffers through a fair amount of unexplainable computer scuff, low internet download bandwidth, bad Wi-Fi, software bugs and VR tracking errors which causes her avatars to glitch out in amusing ways. At one point she said her place might be just cursed. (That, or it's just brown power issues with electricity, or as she put it, "garage power".) Once she managed to keep streaming VRChat while every software on her PC indicated she doesn't have a live connection and she couldn't read her chat at all – she just kept on vibing to the music nonetheless.
- What Beautiful Eyes!: People enjoy looking at her eyes given her various avatars, and she likes to show them off. There's even an eye-centered 7TV emote she made.
- Wildlife Commentary Spoof: She is subject of these as a foxgirl, especially in the TTS messages of donations, often as "a wild Neb".
- Wolverine Claws: For the 3.0 version of her OC, she can equip blade-like metal claws.
- Yandere: Her current Live2D avatar is a slime catgirl, and she plays into the idea of it being a yandere.
- You Are Number 6: Lorewise, her drones are only identified by four-digit numeric codes, a kind of serial number, because that's all that they need. Their former names and identities are irrelevant.
- You Bastard!: Don't be surprised if now and then she calls her chat members weirdos, freaks or perverts for enjoying what they see. (Then she assures them it's a good thing "she likes freaks".)
